The hotel offered a free breakfast with variety. Parking is also free. The rooms included a kitchenette with a refrigerator and freezer. Staff was friendly and helpful Area outside of the hotel can be sketchy. We saw someone living in their car with a big barking dog.

The staff was friendly, efficient and informative. The lobby had plenty of seating and there was plenty of food and dessert options right outside the hotel. The nearest Starbucks felt like it was 20 feet away from the hotel. The room was in excellent condition with every major amenities in functioning condition

We had an awesome stay! The hotel was clean. The staff were helpful. The room was spacious & I really liked the full kitchen!! We brought groceries along so we didn't have to eat out every day. Breakfast was delicious & had free parking!! We will definately come back when visiting California again!!

Room had everything we needed beds were comfortable, room was clean, service and breakfast were excellent. The only complaints we had were the strike plate entry door was loose due to missing screw which made it a hassle to open door and room had a bit of a funky smell. Overall we were happy with our stay and would return if we are ever in the area again.

Disappointed the walls in the bathroom was dirty. There was trash on the floor in the bedroom. Not enough space in the bathroom, need to put some shelves or something so you can lay things down around the sink area. The gym you needed a password to watch any TV of any kind while on the machines. Breakfast needs to be at least an hour longer. Although the staff was very nice

The staff was super friendly and welcoming. The staff running the breakfast area were awesome! I gave a few lower stars only because the AC smelled really bad every time we turned it on. Might be worth looking into for the service team.

The staff was very friendly and the suite was a good size. But the room itself was not what I expected. The bathrooms have a very small/short toilet, and the toilet seat was too small for the toilet. In our room the toilet paper holder was broken, probably from someone using it to get up from the toilet. There was a chunk of the shower missing. On more than 1 occasion, the ac would not work properly and it would get really warm in the room. We had it set on 69 and it said the room temp was at 73. Housekeeping “refreshes” your room every other day. They said we could call and request more towels, which we did. And they said housekeeping would bring them up to us but they never did. We frequently had to go down to the front desk and get more towels. The toilet paper is very thin. And we ended up running out of body wash in the shower, and housekeeping did not replace it. So we had to go get more from the front desk. We could hear people on the stairs all hours of the night.

The hotel, staff and grounds were excellent. The only issue I had was with the pull out couch mattress, super thin and not comfy. Otherwise, everything was spectacular. I will return again, but this time i will get a room with 2 beds rather than the sleeper couch. The grounds and room were clean and beautiful. The room was excellent, full size fridge and plenty of space for my son and I. The free breakfast was very good and the breakfast attendee Luis was the perfect host, very attentive and very kind and helpful.

The property had no maintenance staff on a Saturday night. The toilet in our room broke. After calling, they dropped off a plunger and left. I was unable to clear the toilet until morning. When I told the staff at check out, they said thank you. Like no apology, no rebate for literally not having a toilet. Was told I paid third party so nothing was done.

Julian who takes care of the breakfast was always friendly and professional. We’ve been coming here in this hotel. Everyone is great and accommodating specially to my Mom( wheelchair). Keep up the good work!😊👍

Quite and clean place. The break fast service was not up to the standard. Morning at 7:30 am I noticed they have certain items as I was going for hike. At 9:12 am, after the hike, the items have changed. Of the four hot food trays, 3 are empty. The staff say it would take 20 mins to make any of these and that he would not make any more of the items I wanted since it would be past break fast closing time.

Arrived and staff did not go over amenities with me. I had no idea there was a free breakfast the next day Also, I walked out to the pool area and was locked out. Neither door accepted my key. Someone had to let me in and then I had to wait 25 mins at the front desk to get a new key
