We love to stay in this place , clean! And everything is close to the hotel , restaurants, stores, etc 👍 and the best part is : the water of the pool is warm! 😍

Clean quiet place to stay. I did not like the fact that they charge for parking. Parking should be free!

Hotel itself fine, recent renovation helps. Housekeeping was helpful when we needed extra towels and reacted quickly. The $12 parking fee was a surprise and not logical, its an open lot with no cover and no security.

The stay was very comfortable. The only thing was the cleanliness of the pool.

Hotel is great it’s brand new hope they keep it that way only downside was you have to pay 12.00 for parking

Newish hotel. Everything is still fairly new. Modern design. Nice breakfast spread. Main courses change daily with the same staple, bread/bagel, oatmeal/cereal, juices/coffee/tea, banana/apple/orange. Grab some extra if you’d like snacks/drinks later Gym and pool are great additions if you just want to enjoy a slow day resting The only complaint would be the thermostat doesn’t seem to be strong. Temp is always 2 F lower than the setting

Very unique floorplans. I stayed here while on a work trip so it was nice having a space that worked to relax and get some work done. I liked that the pool was on the 2nd floor. Being higher than ground level gave for a much better view. You don't see the surrounding buildings, just the beautiful sky.

Dirty pool, 3 towels for 5 people. Needed to request towels every day. Minimal Breakfast. Tea/Coffe machine in room didn't work. Rude room maids.

The staff were friendly and very responsive. The property is very clean, safe and conveniently located. I would definitely stay here again!

I stayed at this hotel for work with 2 of my employees. We found large cockroaches in the bedding in the closet and upon further inspection of the room we found a lot of trash around the beds and behind the side table, we found a set of keys as well and more personal items from past guests. When we asked for another room or someone to come clean it we were told that the entire hotel was booked yet there was only one single person on staff for the evening and they couldn’t do anything. I was told after I would receive points credited to my account at the very least and that has still not happened. I highly encourage people to book literally any other hotel they can find in the area. This place does not have cleanliness or your safety in mind.

The property is nice overall. I did not like my room. The night I got there I checked the beds and there was hair on mattress topper. I asked them to change the bedding, but they did not have anyone so they brought me the linen. They did ask if I wanted a different room and I declined because I had kids with me and they already wanted to sleep. (I should have changed rooms). I didn’t realize I was given an accessible room which I did not book on Expedia. There was no tub for my kids to bathe in. The shower didn’t look clean. The bathroom has a barn/sliding door to close it and you can see the person showering. The toilet and the shower are not separate. The gym is small, but has what you need to work out. The bathroom next to the gym was clogged. I notified someone and I’m not sure if it was fixed. We booked for 5 people and there were only 3 big towels in the room. The only thing I liked about this place is the location. Shopping options like Macys and JCPenney across the way. Dunkin Donuts and Foot locker right next to it. Starbucks is next to Foot Locker. SoFi and Rose Bowl stadiums are within 30 minutes or less driving. There is plenty of uncovered self parking. The staff for the most part was friendly. The breakfast was ok. Oatmilk tasted kinda funny. I probably will not stay here again. I paid so much money for this room just to be disappointed.

The stay was very comfortable. The only thing was the cleanliness of the pool.

The cleanliness was horrible. All of the commons areas were filthy everyday, including the walkways, elevators, etc. The floor we stayed on had a horrible smell, our room itself was nice but the shower had mold and corrosion on the corners/shower door. The staff was very nice.

Hotel was great, my only comment would be that our room was not cleaned overnight and that I was not aware that parking was not free.

I expected way better, this place was very dirty.

The linens were very thin compares to other SpringHill locations. It seems like it was updates but still had an old feel. Wallpaper peeling from the wall in the bathroom. Toothpaste stains by the sink. Hair left in shower. Toilet with stains. Im assuming the toilets were old and left there because they didn't seem to fit the update. Was overall okay but I have been to other locations that were absolutely stunning and I assumed I would get the same quality but not all SpringHills are built the same.

The room set up was a little odd. The bathroom door is entirely frosted glass, so if someone needed to use the restroom, while others slept, the whole room lit up. The hotel itself was very nice and conveniently located for what we needed.

Rooms were really spacious

The room is clean, spacious, quiet. All the staffs are friendly and kind. Highly recommended!

The check in was fast and easy, staff is friendly. One thing I did notice on this trip is how thin the walls are, you can hear distant conversations and the sound of the TV from the rooms next door.

Everything was perfect with our stay except for the shower water pressure. Just needed a bit more pressure.

Only issue was it wasn’t really comfortable in the room - the AC wasn’t functioning and due to the short stay we weren’t able to get that resolved. Just unfortunate it wasn’t functioning corrrctly.

Nice Place , great staff and service

Our family of 6 stayed here as part of our vacation after a great time in San Diego. The location was great and check-in was fine—but things went downhill fast. The morning after our first night, I noticed brown water leaking from the base of the toilet, spreading across the bathroom floor. I’d seen some dampness the night before but figured it was from a prior guest or one of my kids after a shower. I reported it, and a tech confirmed the leak. Instead of handling it professionally, the assistant manager questioned why I didn’t report it earlier, despite my explanation. The interaction turned needlessly confrontational, but was never abusive on my end. I asked for a refund for the second night (which we hadn’t stayed yet), but was told it probably wouldn’t happen. They offered to move us to another room later that day, but after talking it over—especially with my daughter having been barefoot in the bathroom—we decided not to return. When I called to cancel, I was falsely accused of being abusive to staff, which was completely untrue. After several calls between Expedia and the hotel, they agreed to split the refund. Two weeks later, Expedia says the hotel still hasn’t processed it. The plumbing issue was bad, but the bigger issue was the poor management and lack of accountability. I travel a lot, and this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.

The room was good. A few little cleanliness issues otherwise good. Staff were very dry and rude. Only one rude person the others were just seemed to be there cause they had to. Hotel staff on the floor in passing said nothing not even a hi or good morning. Nothing.

Check in was easy I got there a few hours before check in since I was from out of town. They had a room available for me. Great customer service I was a young lady she had just got there right away without hesitation she helped me out had my room keys in a few mins. She was very professional went over policy parking and breakfast’s accommodations which smelled good but I didn’t try. Dunkin donut is right next to it if u need coffee. The place was super clean nice tv with all streams available I even hooked up my YouTube playlist to play music which was great. Pillows blankets where clean and the bed was very comfortable. I loved the desk in between the sofa and bed worked out perfectly for my work and had a c-port charging plug perfect since I left my block at home. Room comes with a microwave and fridge which was great. Great customer service overall I’d rate the stay higher then a 5 star I will be staying again when I go to LA for work. Overall this was the best placed I stayed at in years since I’m always out on business trips I highly recommend you guys to try this place out and the snack bar they have is great anything u can think of they have. Thanks for the service you guys have a client for the years to come and I’m sending you my colleagues when they have to go down that way as well again thank you for the great service take care and see u guys on the next trip in town!

Clean and easy access to food and restaurants. Mall right across the street.

The hotel is very conveniently located. There's a Starbucks in front of the hotel, as well as a Dunkin Donuts. A mall is located right across the street and In-N-Out is literally down the road at the intersection. My family and I loved how clean the property was. The staff was extremely nice and friendly. I highly recommend this place. Unfortunately we were too busy exploring the nearby cities to utilize the gym and pool. We will definitely be coming back when we're in town again.

Best hotel I have stayed at in the Downey area. It is new and modern. It is across from the Stonewood Mall. It's in a safe area Would stay again.

Property is close to shopping and eating and breakfast was included and good.

Convenience to area

I recommend this hotel, we had a great time staying here, the area is super safe and very accessible to restaurants and it is located infront of a mall shopping center. The only thing I will suggest for them to improved is their breakfast options, I stayed there for 10 days and the food was very repeatable, other than that is a Great place to stay!

Everything was beautiful, clean and in a convenient location. The ONLY ISSUE for me was the breakfast. We missed it the first day because it ends so early but the choices feel like a complimentary breakfast. The only hot food was sausage and watery eggs.

Maroons are very clean. Bed and pillows not so comfy but not terrible. Breakfast is good. Has a variety. Front desk staff ok.
