This property is a Gem. Small and personal in a great location yet a quiet street. Close to everything you may want to walk to and near very good restaurants.the staff was excellent and very helpful. Breakfast was sensational served either in your room or on a secluded patio..your choice. Highly recommend

Beautiful stay at this charming hotel just blocks away from the Santa Maria Novella station, great service and attentive staff with great attention to detail including the Santa Maria Novella products that I like so much . Would recommend this place.

The staff was excellent. The concierge was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I have had. I would highly recommend Casa Howard Firenze.

The welcome by the staff was very friendly , they help us in everyway, the room was clean and confortable and breakfast was very delicious . We were very happy and we recommend this Hotel to our friends and family.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely boutique hotel within walking distance of most major museums. Casa Howard was very clean, and the breakfast-to-order served to the room every morning was extraordinary. We had 2 rooms - one with a lovely little balcony. Our room had a large bathroom with a shower. The second room only had a large bathtub with a handheld shower. We were traveling with an older family member and it was very difficult for him to get in and out of the bathtub. Otherwise we loved the hotel and especially appreciated the great suggestions and assistance from the concierge. They arranged taxis, recommended restaurants, and were happy to chat. We felt well looked-after. We will be back!
