Clean and comfortable room. The hotel is within walking distance to restautants, clubs, and museums. Parking is on the expensive side. If you use their valet it is close to $40 a day or you can park across the street in the lot for $60 a day.

Very nice hotel, that is a short walking distance to everything downtown. However, there were no luggage attendants, which was inconvenient, especially when it is raining and you are trying to unload your luggage, which leads to the next inconvenience which is there is no cover at the entrance, so if it’s raining, be prepared to be soaked. The valets did their best trying to help, but there was only a couple of them and they were swamped. No swimming pool for the kids.

It was within walking distance of Bricktown. Very handy to come and go. Parking prices were a bit high. Loved the modern room decor and overall look of the place. Cleanliness was so good!!

Excellent property with a great bar & restaurant. Parking is an issue so recommend using the valet parking. Even if you do find a spot on the street close by the hotel, you will need to be up by 7am to feed the meter or risk a fine or towing by the city. Otherwise loved the area and hotel and would stay there again.

The rooms are modern, airy and clean as are the hallways. Full service starbucks, bar and resteraunt. Hotel staff very responsive. Fitness center has beautiful natural light. The breakfast is amazing. The salmon omelet is amazing! Great location we walked to the museum, theatre, basketball game and many other places. Only con is parking fee.

My room (432) had an unpleasant smell of moisture. It was later revealed the smell could have been mold when the wallpaper started to peel off the walls while my son was laying in bed. There appeared to be a black substance on the wall. I was very disappointed by the condition of the room. My son and I both have asthma and didn’t realize we were in an unsafe environment. We were was able to move to another room 729 that was 100% better with no odor. The representative at the desk was slightly resistant when I asked to move. The move was necessary and an inconvenience at 9pm. The representative at check out was very abrupt with me. She was nothing like the person at check in very professional and welcoming.

The hotel and staff are great! The only downside was the noisy club that played loud music well into the morning when we had an early start the next day. I would suggest asking for a room that does not overlook the clubs on the weekend.

The property was very nice & comfortable with great amenities & friendly staff. The anesthetics were on point. However, the walls between rooms seemed exceptionally thin. We heard every word, cough, noise, & tv show our shared wall neighbors produced. And unfortunately they liked to stay up late & rise early. :(

Bed needs to be replaced in the room. Very uncomfortable…gluten free food options are nice. Steak Tare tare left something to be desired. Humidity level in the room was extremely high and front door would not close completely without being forced. Very damp and uncomfortable.

Hotel is beautifully decorated, location is excellent close to everything brick town has to offer! The city view from our room window is gorgeous, especially at night! The room service is top notch, the food and cocktails from the hotel restaurant are delicious! Highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for a romantic getaway or any special occasion!

Our hotel was very clean and close to everything. My complaint, though is we booked and paid for two king rooms what the hotel didn’t tell us when I called to make sure that our rooms were conjoined is with conjoining rooms they couldn’t give us what we paid for they ended up giving us, a king and two fulls and whenever I mentioned it to the front desk guy, he kind of just blew it off and said yeah, they should’ve told you when you asked for the conjoining rooms and said they couldn’t accommodate us. The valet people are young guys just wanting to play around with the cars that they park. One even asked us if we wanted to see a magic trick and was playing around with someone’s car that was self driving. So there’s no telling what they’re doing with your vehicle whenever they go and take it to be parked, wasn’t very professional. Overall, our stay was OK and it was very close to everything.

Our experience was amazing, including our dining experience at Culprit. We loved everything except for housekeeping knocking on our door at 10am, when checkout isn’t until 12pm. She kept coming back every hour. We will definitely take responsibility on our part for neglecting to put our “do not disturb” on the door. Otherwise, it was just what we wanted.

Fantastic property! Beautiful with excellent staff. Great location in Bricktown. The restaurant had excellent food. We had breakfast at the restaurant. I loved the valet parking. In and out privileges. We will definitely stay at the Renaissance next time!

In town for a concert at the arena down the street. They have no parking so you have to valet everything. They only had 1 guy working the parking. Took 45 minutes to get through valet. Then walk in and they evidently only have 2 computers to check you in. One was down so there was another line that took another 30 minutes. Now we are starving as we are way behind go to bar area to grab a bite. Sat at the bar for 23 minutes and no order. Moved to a stand up table top as we did see a waitress there. Plenty of empty ones. Sat down and were told the table was reserved and had to go back to the bar. No thanks! Room faced due East. After the concert lots of noise from the other bars outside the property that you hear all night long.

The breakfast is amazing. The salmon omelet is amazing! Great location we walked to the museum, theatre, basketball game and many other places. Only con is parking fee.

Clean and comfortable room. The hotel is within walking distance to restautants, clubs, and museums. Parking is on the expensive side. If you use their valet it is close to $40 a day or you can park across the street in the lot for $60 a day.

Hotel is clean. Starbucks in the lobby is handy for breakfast. Immediate area is clean with many dining options and a pretty walking area along the canal. Horticultural garden area, museum and memorial within easy walking distance, but best to avoid transit hub near memorial - area is a bit dodgy. Very little noise from other rooms, but some traffic noise from the freeway at night. We were there during a heatwave and the air-conditioning was great, dehumidification not so much. Bar and restaurant in lobby seem popular.

What a beautiful hotel. Right on Bricktown walking distance to multiple restaurants and activities. Although restraunt and hotel bar was nice convenience as well. That’s being said if want peace and quiet not best place on weekend especially Saturday night. Bricktown is alive and loud but I had no complaints really. Parking charge does seem really steep! Overall great weekend stay!

The hotel is nice and clean. However…We were there for the weekend and the area around the hotel was very rough, loud, and quite scary. Someone followed my husband into the lobby asking for money. There were police cars up and down the streets and drunk people everywhere. We did not feel comfortable walking around the area at night.

very nice hotel and staff. We had tickets to a Thunder game at the Paycom arena. Easy walk... around 5 minutes. used the hotel's valet and walked to dinner and the game. Hotel was beautiful. Great mattress and shower. Highly recommend.

Fantastic property! Beautiful with excellent staff. Great location in Bricktown. The restaurant had excellent food. We had breakfast at the restaurant. I loved the valet parking. In and out privileges. We will definitely stay at the Renaissance next time!

Location couldn't have been better. Room was clean and modern. Having to pay $45 a day for parking was a negative. The staff in the restaurant doesnt know the breakfast policy. We booked through expedia and added the breakfast option. They told us in the restaurant we only had 5 options for breakfast. None of the choices available were anything we were interested in so we paid for breakfast again. When i asked if we could be refunded for breakfast with the hotel manager because of the situation he informed us that we should have been able to order any breakfast. When people book through bonvoy they only have 5 options but through expedia you get the full menu. They did comp our breakfast and were easy to work with. I just wish the staff had more training so we could have avoided the issue to begin with.

Bed needs to be replaced in the room. Very uncomfortable…gluten free food options are nice. Steak Tare tare left something to be desired. Humidity level in the room was extremely high and front door would not close completely without being forced. Very damp and uncomfortable.

I stay there everytime i go to OKC, never fails to disappoint. Their restaurant the Culprits has amazing lamb and goat cheese, with exotic drinks with natural ingredients. 10/10 highly recommend.

Hotel is beautifully decorated, location is excellent close to everything brick town has to offer! The city view from our room window is gorgeous, especially at night! The room service is top notch, the food and cocktails from the hotel restaurant are delicious! Highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for a romantic getaway or any special occasion!
