very disappointed in this stay. Booked a King bed room through Expedia, was given a room with two full beds. Desk worker said Expedia booked that. Wasn't allowed to move rooms. Hotel was extremely loud, thin walls, uncomfortable beds, no usb plugs, refrigerator didn't work, and parking was scarce. Never will stay there again.

Property is being renovated so it's hard to critique the cleanliness. The room was nice but some of the furniture was worn. The complementary breakfast was really good. A little bit better than one of the other hotels we recently stayed at.

Mr. Rodney at the front desk is the best ever!! Would have been 5 stars all around but the fitness center and pool were out of order and the floor in the breakfast area needs to be fixed. Otherwise, it was a great stay. Clean hotel and thoughtful staff.

Clean and well appointed. Friendly staff! Plenty of towels, ice in the ice machine. If only a herd of Buffalo were not staying above my room on the 4th floor it would have been perfect. They were loud and started about 6am

The bathroom was so disgusting we didn’t even take a shower the night we stayed. There was mold and a hair on the tub. The toilet paper as dirty. The mirror was obviously not cleaned before we stayed and there was some dried brown stuff on wall by sink. Would not stay at this property again.

The front desk clerk was amazing. He made sure we had everything we needed and was so kind and helpful. He was definitely the best part of the trip. The room was not clean. The bathroom floor looked like it hadn’t been mopped in a very long time. There was hair on the floor. There was a thick layer of dust on the windowsill. Overall it just didn’t feel very clean. The continental breakfast was decent. There was plenty of breads to choose from, waffles, and cereal. The eggs and potatoes were good. The fruits looked old. It wouldn’t be my first choice staying there again, but I would stay if it was one of few options.

Clean hotel serviced by very friendly staff. The room was spotless and the food for the breakfast buffet was good. The highlight was the excellent strong coffee. Most hotels have a weak brew but here, we were drinking the real thing! One of the best stays we have had!! Keep up the good work

We used this brand of properties along our travel route of I10 this holiday. The destinations were selected based on total travel time/distance from our ultimate destinations. Unfortunately, both of the locations seemed to need a good upholstery and carpet cleaning. This made me wonder about other cleanliness factors. Both buildings looked recently updated, but had problems with bathroom components adhering to walls and toilet issues. I'd recommend a managers check list/inspection before renting out each room that has been used/checked out of earlier the same day. Keep your brand clean and functional, customers will return.

New standard Hampton Inn. I found it very easy to hear people in the room next door, TVs on through the doors and people walking on the floor above me, even with ear plugs in. Expected it to be quieter. Everything else was as expected

The condition of the room was terrible - the furniture was ripped up and in very bad condition. They had advertised as “remodeled” but when we said something to the front desk they told us they hadn’t gotten to ours yet. We feel we should get part of our money refunded as we would have stayed elsewhere had we known the terrible condition of the room. The office chair that was important to us was a hazard to sit in and the stuffing was coming out as was the case of another piece of furniture there. We took photos of some of the furniture.

I was double charged for my room. I booked the room on Expedia & upon arrival the clerk said she needed my I.d. & debit card to charge the room. I told the clerk that I booked & paid through Expedia & she disrespectful just rolled her eyes & then tells my fiance “I need an I.D. & debit card”. Then the morning I check my bank statement & I see where I was charged by Expedia & I was charged by the hotel….. & the curtains in our room don’t close & there was a big bright streetlight literally right outside of our window so it shined into our room all night.

Front desk experience was exceptional! The gentleman at the front greeted me wholeheartedly and made me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. I believe his name was Rodney or something along those lines. He was extremely helpful and got me checked it quickly, efficiently and professionally. Room was clean and fit our needs perfectly with added space needed for a walker. But I would stay again just for the experience at the front desk!

The man who helped us check-in was super friendly and seemed actually happy to be at work, which is a nice change for places nowadays. Room was in a great location and clean. We didn't eat the breakfast, but others in our group did and said it was good. I always appreciate fresh coffee, and they had that in great quantities!

The guy checking us in was very friendly. The pillows on the bed were a joke - little balls and nothing like any pillow I've ever experienced. The breakfast sausage and potatoes tasted weird. Only took one bite of each and threw the rest away

1. Breakfast, they only had maple sausage as the meat. I think, just my opinion, if they have maple they should also put out orginal for people who cant eat or dont like maple flavoring. 2. They put construction guys or something on all sides of me and at 4-5 am, they were up pounding on each others doors, talking loud stomping on the floor ect. Heard it all because the walls seemed to be paper thin. 3. The mattress was semi hard, so i was sore when I got up. Rodney at the front desk was very nice and welcoming.
