J’ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour au Épik. L’hôtel est bien situé, c’est propre, le décor est au goût du jour et les prix sont abordables (déjeuner inclus). Par contre, attention si vous possédez un camion, le coût du parking que propose l’hôtel est doublé (70$). J’ai opté pour stationner ailleurs aux alentours pour 30$. J’y retournerais.

Beautiful old architecture in the room. Spacious bathroom. 10/10 location. Coffees and light breakfast to the room was a nice perk. I didn’t like that housekeeping was only available if you vacated before 11 am. As a result we didn’t have the room made up at all over the three nights we were there. The on-site restaurant has weird hours and seemed empty.

Property and staff was good but the bathroom water adjust is ambiguous at best! Construction in front closed the street and prevented the restaurant and bar from being open…not ideal for the stay. We will try again once the street is open.

The room was very cozy and breakfast was very good! The only issue was parking was a little bit difficult, especially when we needed to unload a lot of baggage and bring into the hotel (no elevators). Overall we are very pleased with this property.

Queda cerca de todo!!el tema es que debes subir 2 pisos x escalera y si venís cargada es un gran problema. Pedir que me atrasen el check out 2 hs xq no llegaba por un tour y me cobraban. Detalles que hay que evitar. Desayuno no variado. No volvería en estos momentos!

Cozy and quaint in Old Montreal. We stayed in the King Suite and loved the preserved architecture and rustic feel of the bedroom balanced perfectly with a fully modern bathroom. Great location - walking distance to restaurants, bars, waterfront, etc. Note there is no elevator but the concierge volunteered to help with bags. Overall a great spot - we will return.

The sound proofing in this boutique hotel was horrible. You hear doors shutting, people walking around and talking like they were right outside your door. Yet it was only the normal day to day traffic. Beds were not comfortable either. For the price, was not worth it. Location, you can’t beat but so many other wonderful hotels around that provide a higher end stay for the same price.

Ad states the following: Superior Room, 1 Queen Bed 301 sq ft. Room size is closer to half that size unless you add in the washroom then you might get close to 301 sq ft. It felt a little cramped in a the Queen room. Recommend going with the King Room.

We did not stay here because there was road construction right in front of the hotel that went on noisily all day, Plus, as a result of the construction, the sidewalk in front of the hotel was unsafe and difficult to navigate. The room we were given was large and comfortable but had insufficient lighting and was very dark. We were able to move to sister property of the EPIK -- Hotel UVille -- a couple of blocks away and really liked that hotel. It was quiet, had a great staff, a comfortable well-lit room, and an excellent location.

This was a very charming hotel in the middle of Old Montreal for a very reasonable price. The room itself was only missing a mini fridge, but that's hardly anything to complain about. The bathroom, and specifically the lighting in the shower was wonderful and really helped me to relax after a long day of walking around the beautiful city. The staff was super nice and the breakfast, while minimal, was delicious. If you're looking for a quiet charming place to soak up the culture of old montreal, look no further!

The Epik Montreal is a charming boutique hotel in the heart of the Old Quarter. The room had character and was very comfortable. The staff was kind and helpful. We loved the breakfast that could be taken in the dining room or your own room. The parking lot was just around the corner. Highly recommend!

Amazing greeting/service as I walked in late. The lady at the desk was incredibly professional, helpful and so sweet! The room is lovely and the place is quiet despite being steps away from the gorgeous old port - I'm so happy with this hotel choice; highly recommend it!!!

Vieux Port is simply amazing and Hotel Epik is siituated in the heart. Authentic "Vieux Port" vibe and the most incredible personal and informed service. For a small property they offer so much and expertly. Absolutely love Hotel Epik and this may be my new "go to" in downtown Montreal.

Very comfortable room, loved the location at the old port. Easy walk to metro station. Location right on St Paul central to all things at Old Port . Was visiting during off season, so it was quiet …prob a lot crowded/ busy during summer .

I will definitely be staying at Hotel Epik for future trips to Old Montreal. It is a charming little hotel close to everything…great restaurants, art galleries, shopping! Parking is off premises but very easy! We parked for three days and enjoyed walking to everything right from the hotel! Highly recommend this hotel.

The room was lovely, wonderful rain shower. Staff was friendly and switched beautifully between English and French to accommodate the guests and make them feel welcomed and understood. The continental breakfast was wonderful and such a surprise. Each table had their own individual basket containing quality items. We almost skipped the breakfast, expecting a buffet of sweet pastries. We are so glad we did not skip it. It really sealed our plan to return to this hotel.

The Epik Hotel is in a very good location for exploring old Montreal. Bed very comfortable, excellent shower. The basket breakfast was less than desirable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful with getting around old Montreal. This hotel is probably over priced compared to others in the vicinity and does not look like pictures on Hotels.com

The breakfast was not worth hanging around for. They obviously don’t have a kitchen, but 2 cold subpar croissants and and really bad coffee was not worth their effort and our waiting for it. We went around the corner to a good cafe afterwards. It’s a shame be cause we loved the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was beautiful.

Accueil très sympathique. Surtout au restaurant. Côté hôtel on est surclassés, bonne nouvelle la mauvaise c’est que nous devons monter nous-mêmes nos 2 énormes valises au 2 e étage sans ascenseur. Petit déjeuner, demandé en chambre, on reçoit un casier avec des produits emballés, petit pain pas frais, pas de beurre, et des choses dans des emballages en plastique, omelette froide… Le 2e jour on préfère descendre pour prendre le petit déjeuner… même panier avec les produits emballés !!! Nous avons demandé à la personne qui nous répond que ça a toujours été comme ça. Revoir la définition du Petit déjeuner continental. Quel dommage avec une si bonne cuisine de ne pas prendre la peine de préparer un bon buffet continental. Dommage car le restaurant est top et le personnel très agréable. Bon séjour tout de même.

Our stay at Hotel Épik for New Years was absolutely perfect! The staff were all so lovely and attentive, the location doesn't get better in Old Port, and the breakfast included was very yummy!
