Friendly check-in and checkout. Our room was very clean and quiet on the third floor. The whole hotel is maintained very well and it’s very clean. Our room had an odd layout, though with the TV directly above the sofa which was odd. Beds are very comfortable and there’s a full kitchen and big bathroom, but the shower is small. Complementary wash and dryer on the 11th floor with a few of each supplied. Breakfast was great. They were scrambled eggs, sausage/bacon, make your own waffles, and many other food items. Breakfast area has lots of room to sit and it’s also very well maintained. I knew about the parking ahead of time so we just parked in the parking lot on the corner of 12th and market which is $24 a night/$25.20 with the surcharge total per night. We had no issues parking there. There are garages within a block around the hotel if you would prefer that, but don’t know the charges for those. Location is convenient to see sites in the area. We found it very quiet and a safe location. Overall, we had a great nights day.

Good place to stay only issue was parking. You have to pay $24 a day to park. Weekends you can park on the street for free but it’s only saturday and Sunday.

Exceptional! The room was huge, fit my family of 5 easily, and everything was clean. Service was excellent and the complimentary breakfast was a very nice touch. They have a small gym and laundry facility on the penthouse floor which I ended up needing.

This is a fairly new property, it's clean, a choice of restaurants are right across the street, and the rooms are spacious, The morning breakfast is excellent, as is the social hour on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings. What makes this Staybridge exceptional, however, is Edwin. He's an employee who is friendly, who goes above and beyond to treat guests well, and who is just a classy guy. We hope Staybridge recognizes his value. Thank you!

The proper was clean, pleasant smelling lobby. The rooms were spacious and the breakfast was awesome. Sadly, I have to report that around 11pm while relaxing in the room (wife already asleep) a bedbug appeared at the foot of the bed she was laying in. These bugs will appear once there in a host expelling carbon dioxide, which was my wife. Hotel staff came up immediately, saw the bug, took pics as proof and found us another room a few floors above and the other side of the hotel. I was up til 2am staring at the bed hoping no bedbugs would appear. Everything else was awesome.

Pleasantly surprised with the hotel and our stay. The staff was extremely kind and professional upon check-in and that continued for the remainder of our stay. The room was the highlight though. We were placed on the 10th floor in a corner room. It was incredibly spacious and incredibly clean. I cannot exaggerate how comfortable and clean everything was... Including hallways, stairwells, and common areas. Housekeeping and management deserve a round of applause for this. The continental breakfast buffet was fresh, organized, and a large assortment of food was offered. I would highly recommend this hotel. You will NOT be disappointed.

There was some spilled syrup on the carpet from a previous family that stayed, once we let them know it was cleaned up and there was something all over the bathroom door but we cleaned it, other than that it was a great experience the staff was outstanding and the breakfast was great and there was a jazz fest up the street the hotel is in a great spot

Very noisy room, no offer to move us so sleep Was terrible and limited. They took $150 for incidentals and days after leaving still not returned. I’m still unsure what these ‘incedentals’ would be as there is no bar or restaurants. Not much around the hotel. Completely overpriced. I would have slept better in a cheapl motel without the noise.

We left another hotel nearby right after checking in because of poor conditions, we arrived here and were greeted so warmly by the staff, and then by a beautiful and CLEAN room. My husband, toddler and I couldn’t have been more grateful to stay here!

Nice clean hotel, friendly staff and great breakfast. I don't like that they charged for parking. Television screen had vertical and horizontal lines. Luckily the lines were on the far right and bottom of the screen so the didn't affect viewing much. It also had lots of pixelation and the screen froze every 10 minutes or so.

Everything was very nice. The only bad thing I can say was that the desk chair was awful. I mean absolutely horrendous. It didn’t have arms or even adjust up and down. I had to work from the room for a half day during my stay and it was horrible. I wouldn’t have been able to make it a full day. If they’re all like this the hotel is definitely not for someone who needs to work in the room.

The suite was reasonably priced for a one night stay. Rooms were spacious and clean. Bathroom was great, although the shower could be slightly larger. My only real complaint is that the thermostat was so bright and it faced my bed directly. I had to cover it up to sleep comfortably.

First time to Wilmington. Not sure what to expect. Property was easy to access and check in was seamless. Staff was friendly and offered me a lot of local knowledge and advice. We originally booked the stay to see a concert at the Grand. We had to change the dates and made it about Longwood Gardens and the Brandywine River Museum instead. The staff was friendly, our room was spacious. Dove soaps, lotion and shampoo and conditioner in pump bottles was a great surprise. There were enough towels for both of us, two bottles of water and the makings for coffee and tea. The included breakfast was delicious and plentiful with something for everyone. We enjoyed a quick workout in the gym before checkout. Definitely coming back to see what else the Brandywine Valley has to see.

I was amazed by how clean the hotel was, and the facilities also looked new. Sound insulation was good, I didn't hear much noise from the surrounding neighbors (next doors or floors above or below). One thing I wish they had was an exhaust fan in the bathroom. One complaint I would say was breakfast wasn't that great. Eggs were overcooked every day, and potatoes were very salty.
