Paid more than I would have because the hotel was supposed to have a bar. It closed before we even checked in, even the front desk said it was supposed to be open. It was also unavailable before checkout. Don’t list amenities that aren’t actually available. I feel ripped off.

This was the closest, decent looking and reasonably priced hotels near my sights house. Nicely maintained older hotel. Nice to have a decently stocked bar on site. The bartender made me a decent Old Fashioned. Did not try the restaurant but the menu looked alright if you just didn’t want to get out. Forgot my swimsuit but looked in on the pool and hot tub, both were a bit murky and looked like they needed a good shock or clarifier but other than that, they were in good condition

My truck was broken into and according to the front desk this happens all the time. So keep that in mind. They broke into around 6 cars and trucks. The pool was filthy. The staff was nice that’s about it. Will never stay here again.

The pool & hot tub closed. I booked due to amenities. We asked front desk if she could change big screen TV to different channel for football game. "Um. No Maintenance is tied up for 1 hour not able". Unsure why not remote available. Overall, ppl were great, staff was friendly. While we gone maid service replaced towels, took trash & made beds.

The pool door wouldn't unlock. Staff was very polite and help us get it. After getting in the pool area decided not to swim because it smelled bad and water looked cloudy. Everything else with the stay was good. Staff was very nice and polite.

The hotel is in need of a good cleaning and upgrade! Very poor quality for the price charged! The room carpet was filthy! Morning breakfast was okay but the exact same everyday! Most the time the items were either gone or very low amount available. For the price of the rooms, it was a extremely poor experience!!!

Not so good!!! We were placed directly across from the pool area. This area was extremely loud with kids running up and down the hallway and in pool area. I was there for surgery which the nice was not suitable for my stay. The bathtub drain was not even secured to the tub and I was able to lift the drain piece up, the tile around the shower head was pieced together, there was mold around the tub caulking. This should be a much nicer hotel than what it is. A little extra time to complete/repair the small things goes a long way.

Pros: We stayed in the king suite. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable, and everyone there was so kind and accommodating. This hotel has a kitchen so they have a breakfast and dinner menu, plus room service. We opted to get breakfast for 2 added to the room and that was delicious. We opted to eat in our room so they packed it up for us. They have an indoor pool and hot tub, but we didn't use it. The lobby/bar area is nicely decorated. The hotel is not too far from Quail Spring Mall which was great to shop at and Lyft was quick to transport us around OKC. Cons: The bathtub appeared to have a bit of mold on the tub caulking and the tub faucet leaked.

The bed was nice- large and did not bounce when turning while sleeping, great for 2 sleepers. Check in staff wasnt friendly and didnt give directions for check out. The space was fine but walls were too thin we heard kids screaming early morning when we were wanting to sleep in- skip the first floor or rooms near the dining area. The shower and towels were nice, and good room space.

Staff very nice! No problems there. Wi-Fi is almost non existent, no bandwidth. AC unit ran 24/7 and couldn't keep up. Room was 74 so it was livable but noisy. No vending machines. They have a store with very limited product.

While the staff were excellent and room was clean, the room was very dark, it’s furnishings were worn (dresser drawers wouldn’t shut all the way), shower curtain was torn in multiple places along the top, and toilet paper holder was rusty. Overall, not as nice as I expected from a Holiday Inn and the price point.

The check in process was rather confusing, especially if you were asked to move your vehicle to the other side of the property. I unloaded my luggage three times before I found the correct door to get to my room. Also, my room is directly above the bar and it’s rather noisy.

The customer service definitely felt a little lacking, not friendly at all. My key's stopped working multiple times forcing me to go get them reprogrammed, not once did they even ask me my name so besides not being very friendly there is definitely a security risk there.

I left a briefcase with my laptop in the hotel room and did not discover that until I was a 12 hour drive away. I called the hotel and they had nothing turned into list & found. But the front desk said housekeeping has a separate log and they would check in the morning. But 5 mins later I get a text saying housekeeping has the bag and laptop! How honest and trustworthy! The hotel even had a service for me to get the laptop and briefcase returned within a couple days. Two days later it was air shipped and received by me from Holiday Inn. I am so grateful for the honesty of their staff.

We enjoyed this hotel. Great comfortable and clean rooms. Nice bar area to relax and enjoy a drink. The staff in the bar area were very nice. We had an issue with a dead battery in the car. The staff went out of their way to help us find help to get that taken care of. Shout out to them all. The young man at the front desk even helped by giving us a jump and getting us back on the road. We certainly appreciated all of them.

There was signs stated unsafe. The rooms are very noisy. A/c was loud. Nexts room you could hear them. No breakfast, have to order out of the restaurant. Staff unfriendly . Won't stay here again

First impression wasn't great because the parking lots are run down however once inside the main lobby it smelled clean and was kept up very well. Once we walked down the hallway and entered through one of the back entrances the run downness of the building became apparent again. Room was ok, could benefit from lots of updates and general maintenance. Beds were great and clean, carpet seemed clean. Seems like a lot of focus is put on certain areas while other areas suffer.

The front staff was very friendly and welcoming especially the late night young lady. But the kitchen staff was the cause of 4 stars, if it was based on them I would give 0 stars. Saturday breakfast ends at 11. Mind you this is a paid amenity. Went to get breakfast at 9:50 was told we would not make us food, and we could eat what they had, which was 1 sausage between 2 adults, some eggs, and potatoes. Nothing to drink cereal with no milk. As they stood at the bar laughing amongst each other. If it was free and not an added fee, I might feel different. But actual front staff, thank you!!!

The checking clerk was very abrumpt in giving answers. The dining room was horrible. We sat for over 30 min. With no service. They were preparing one meal at a time and we were told there was 15 meals ahead of us. We had to leave the premises to eat. The toilet seat was ready to fall off, very loose, safety hazard. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Amazing food, pool was perfect for our little son. Enjoyed the hot tub too. Except there was a children's party happening which was very loud. We couldn't stay too long in the pool with that many kids running. Dinner was so good and breakfast was delivered to our room in a timely manner and huge proportions and very good. Overall, great say!
