I loved the size of the room, comfortable bed and the shower was great. Checking in was not pleasant as room was not ready by 3pm and staff seemed confused over my booking as we had 2 rooms. Also sign for Happy Hour at bar but we never saw the bar opened once the 2 nights we stayed which was a shame as would have had a few drinks before heading out for dinner.

Spa bath didn't work nor did the lights so it was a dark non bubbly bath. In the gym, the bike didn't work - pedal broken and the weights machine was also broken, I would definately not call it WORLD CLASS! :P I booked the hotel becuase of the gym so was quite upset about that.

Following check in we found that our tv was not fully working. The staff were very helpful and found us a new room that was an upgrade. The rooms were very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The gym was very good and the location was very convenient.

Great set down arrangement on arrival. Good easy free parking. Nice meals seemed to be available at any time. Great room. Very nice bed. The most helpful and friendly staff. This is a GREAT GOOD VALUE MOTEL.

I was not at all happy that i booked this accomodation based on pool and hot tub facilities. Once checked in with mt 3 children, we discovered pool was out of order. The room was not at a standard that is adaquate. Very run down and dirty.

I had an unpleasant experience with the cleanliness of the bathroom at this hotel. The bathtub was filthy and clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly, as there were several strands of unidentified hair left in it. On top of that, the tissue box in the bathroom was completely empty, which was extremely inconvenient. The overall state of the bathroom was unacceptable and made me feel very uncomfortable and disgusted.

The hotel has welcoming staff but there was old hair, stains and dirt mainly in the shower and bathroom, I couldn’t see through the shower glass that is how dirty it was.(It is supposed to be see through glass)

We have stayed at this hotel before, so knew it would suit our requirements for an overnight stay. The place is rather old fashioned, but has large comfortable warm rooms, great shower and bed. Would stay here again. The only thing we did notice is the dirty meal tray/plates that were never cleared away, that had been left in the corridors outside rooms of previous occupiers, not a good look.

I feel this property isn't well-maintained. Bathrooms don't feel clean and the room we got, which faced the park/parking lot, didn't have a good window insulation. That meant that air entered the room through the old windows, and the A/C didn't work half of the time, and the heater in the room was turned on. The bed felt more like a double than a queen size but regardless, my back hurt after sleeping one night. By comparison, Hana Lodge is top-notch and not that much more expensive.

They really need to clean up better! The bathroom had soap marks on benches, the shower head needed a scrub. Jug needed a clean which I couldn’t use because it dirty. The lights would flicker on and off and we couldn’t get into our room because our card stopped working. Room service didn’t vaccum the room and made our beds but stuff were still in our sheets and which meant they didn’t fully clean and they left us no towels.

I wish I had seen the review on the Google before I booked this accommodation. My room's air conditioning was not working and had told the receptionist three times and never had taken any action before I checked out. The room was not worth what I paid for. I will not take any chance to look at this hotel again.

The rooms are very much the same since I last stayed 20 years ago. Dated but still usable. The ceiling had water damage and the gib plasterboard on the ceiling was exposed. The shower door wouldn’t s close properly. The hallway is very loud with people opening and closing/slamming doors from the hallway and then unfortunately the hotel was getting renovations at that time the noise at 8am disturbed us. Still a good hotel and affordable for a quick stay over.

No staff on Reception. They should have a bell to summon staff to front desk rather than having guests calling out to see if any staff can hear and /or come to receive guests to check in and or to assist with enquires.

My son got sick and the staff were very accommodating and helpful with warming up food at off service hours, and we had our flight cancelled and rebooked for late afternoon, we got a late check out option given the option to leave at the time we needed. I will rate it as an outstanding service!!

チェックインの時の係員の態度が良くない。２名いたが、１名は丁寧に一生懸命やっているが、もう一人はまるでやる気がない。一生懸命対応している方の担当者がいろいろとリクエストのある２組をさばいていたにもかかわらず、特段何もリクエストのない自分のチェックインにはそれ以上時間がかかった。チェックアウトはスムーズでよかったです。お部屋はとても広くて清潔ではあったけれど、家具が結構ヘタっていた（キャビネット）。あと便座が配管の関係からか、レンガ一個分くらいの下駄をはいていて着座位置がかなり高いので、小柄な人は用を足すのに苦労すると思う。シャワースペースだけ低くして他を高くすれば水回りも解決できそうな気がする。シャワーの水量は少なめ。

The staff were friendly but there didn't seem to be enough of them. We would have dined in the restaurant but no one was monitoring the entrance of the dining room, so we left after a few minutes. (We noticed another guest was having the same experience the next day). There was a significant leak in the corridor not far from our room, this was there before we checked in & was worse when we left the next day. Our bathroom felt like it needed a good clean & definitely needed some maintenance work. The bedroom was clean though & spacious. It felt like we had been given an old room & that the hotel was still struggling after the quiet times of covid.

Over all a good place to stay. Staff gave us the wrong room that was already occupied. The occupant freaked out when she saw us. Front counter staff didn't even apologize for their mistake which i thought was unprofessional. Our room had a kitchenette but no cutlery or plates, no microwave, would have been better if these utensils and appliances were available. A clean, well kept facility, room serviced to a really good standard. Regards.

This hotel needs a complete overhaul. The beds were squishy, the fittings in the room ancient. The breakfast buffet was overpriced, not much selection and inedible. The carpets were gross. It was a very negative experience
