The only hiccup was the check-in and it was the kiosk that was the issue. However, the front desk person was very helpful in getting us checked in due to the hiccups. The hiccup.

Brilliant spot in Prague, close to main train station! We were allowed to leave luggage in a very secure room (I’d forgotten my jumper in the luggage room and asked for the key, the receptionist explained she would come with me to reopen the door! Though unnecessary, it made me feel better that the staff would not give key away easily 😂)! After a 4am flight, we arrived at the apartment for 12pm! The lovely receptionist took my phone number to let us know if the room was ready early! We were so happy to receive a text from them for a very early check-in, free of charge. Room was very clean, and bed comfy! Hotel supplied Nespresso capsules for coffee machine which was a treat! Also left some water and milk. Only downside was a smell of drains in the room, but we had the door open most the time and barely stayed at the apartment

The service is great , location is amazing , staff extremely knowledgeable friendly and helpful

Pros: very clean, helpful staff, very well-located Cons: heating unit broke three times during my three night stay (was fixed immediately but still, inconvenient), flashing red light in my room that I couldn't turn off, heating unit had a bright white light that lit up my room like a moon, no side table lights to read in bed or have softer light for the room
