Hotel is volledig nieuw gerenoveerd en heeft een mooie entree en en eigen restaurantje "the twisted fig" waar ook het ontbijtbuffet geserveerd wordt. 's-avonds is de straat wat donker, maar de buurt is kennelijk vrij upcoming en hip. Er is een sauna (geen andere wellness) die 1/2 uur van te voren kan worden opgewarmd. Schönes Boutique Hotel Karlin mit einem sehr freundlichen Service. Rezeptionsbereich ist neu, Die Zimmer sind groß und teilweise renoviert und die Lage perfekt zwischen den coolen (nicht touristischen) Stadtteil Karlin und der Altstadt, die in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Leider wird das Hotel gerade renoviert. Restaurant hat am Wochenende zu und der Flur hat nach Anstrich gerochen. Fitness Studio ist da aber nicht mehr... Hoffentlich geht es um einen vorübergehenden Zustand.

Het verblijf was zeer prettig. Vanaf de aankomst tot het uitchecken hebben we genoten van het hotel, de faciliteiten en het personeel. Het personeel is zeer behulpzaam en enthousiast. Daarnaast denken zij erg goed mee om het verblijf zo fijn mogelijk te laten zijn. De kamer en het hotel was schoon en zeer goed onderhouden. De kamer was ruim en ook de badkamer was erg netjes. Daarnaast was het ontbijt goed. Er was voldoende keuze en werd telkens aangevuld zodat je genoeg kon kiezen. Extra complimenten voor de man die geregeld te vinden was in het restaurant; erg behulpzaam en enthousiast. Het hotel ligt op loopafstand van het centrum maar ook met het openbaar vervoer waren er meerdere opties; de tram en bus op 2 minuten lopen. Dit hotel is zeker een aanrader. We zijn zeker van plan ok nog een keer terug te gaan naar deze mooie accommodatie.

This is a good hotel in a decent location. It doesn't sit in the centre of town (not a bad thing in my opinion) but is within walking distance of the old town and has a tram stop very close by with regular trams that cost very little. My room was a good size and the bed was comfortable...I even had an unexpected balcony! Breakfast was good with plenty of choice and the staff were friendly and quick to acknowledge you. They were also very helpful. There has been a mix-up with one of the bookings in my party, and this was quickly resolved by reception. The only negative point appears to be a hotels.com issue rather than the hotel itself, as when asking about the "free beverage" promised in the booking, I was told that the hotel doesn't do this. When I raised this with hotels.com, they were quick to offer compensation, but to my knowledge, the offer is still shown on the booking page. But this is a very minor point. In summary, if you are looking for a comfortable stay in Prague, outside of the hustle and bustle of the city centre but with good transport links back and forth, then this is the perfect place to book.

The Hotel ist chic, quite new, near the Center. The stuff very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, quiet, with windows to open and a filled fridge, the box spring bed was soft and everything was very clean. I started 2 nights in June 2025 and the AC was also welcomed. The Breakfast was just everything you need and well prepared with an good coffee machine. I appreciated my stay there and truly recommend the Hotel!

Room was clean and staff was excellent. Staff was willing to assist in anyway. Location is excellent! Tram service was nearby and a bus station for a direct bus to and from the airport in a 10min walk. The only issue I have is with the Laundry Service. Before finalizing the wash, notification of the total cost to wash the laundry should be passed on to the guest if different from what was expected at first(approx. 57 Euros). The new price of 158 Euros is unrational. If I was aware beforehand, the laundry could be completed at Prague Andy's Laundromat(a family member utilized this service for a larger load and confirmed the price) nearby for 20 Euros.

The horel staff were very helpful and friendly. There was a leak in the room below and they had to access it from the bathroom in my room. They more than made up for the inconvenience, moved me to a better room, offered me additional perks etc. This is a great hotel, very comfortable and is close to everything. Stay here, you will love it!

The hotel was well appointed and decorated, and in a convenient location. Breakfast was excellent. Only criticisms were the rooms were hot (A/C was disabled for the season and there were no other fan options), and the water temperature in the shower often fluctuated between icy and scalding)
