Everyone that we interacted with was very kind and polite. It is great to know that someone is there at Front Desk whenever you need anything or have a question. We checked in real late and it was reassuring to see front desk staff and valet parking still active. Valet parking with in and out privileges was very handy during our stay. They have 24x7 filtered water available downstairs and you can fill up your own bottle. The spa / pool in the basement is just next level. Just perfect after long day of walking and stroller pushing in Firenze. Some reviews mentioned the smell or chlorine/ pool being everywhere but I just found the smell in the lobby. There was absolutely no smell in the room. The city center is just 15-20 min walk from the hotel. We just walked there everyday. I would definitely stay here again!

This is a very modern and clean Aparthotel with kitchenette, indoor and outdoor swimming pool. It is in a quiet residential area, about 20 minutes fast walking from center of the city. Taxi will cost 25 Euros, but there are buses available. I would take C2 or C3 electric buses If you need a kitchenette, or swimming pool, and don’t mind the walk, then you should definitely stay here.

The hotel was really clean and modern. The pool area was lovely and a welcome relaxing area providing a chill out atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. We paid for the hot tub and enjoyed that as a family. I used the outdoor gym which was a brilliant addition, I would have preferred this to be open before 8am but it was fine.

Great place clean with all the amenities even they have free WiFi and filtered drinking water with ice also they have laundry indoor pool and roof jacuzzi with the view of Duomo great staff and helping with whatever you need even they have breakfast (12 euro per person) all you can eat totally satisfied and will go back again .

Early check-in was accommodated by very friendly staff. Newer hotel, with modern amenities. Room was large, clean and loved that we had a fridge and stove (didn't use the stove but nice it was there just in case). 10 minute walk from the train station, and about 15 minute walk to the lively piazza's and Duomo and about 20 minutes to Piazza Michelangelo. In the evening, with a bottle of wine, we enjoyed the multiple outdoor terraces, overlooking cathedrals and Duomo and the Florentine mountains. The hotel is a great home base location to see everything Florence has to offer if you're willing to walk, which in Italy, IMO there is no other way to immerse yourself into what each city has to offer. Used the pool and steam room, a welcome few hours of relaxation, before hitting the cobble stone streets again in the evening. Would definitely stay here again.

Ich war in 2021 schon einmal in diesem Haus. Leider hat sowohl die Sauberkeit und der Service stark nachgelassen. So war der Jakusi ziemlich dreckig und hatte eine Temperatur von nur 32 Grad bei unserer Ankunft. Auch hatten wir leider Pech mit lauten gästen die ihre Kinder im Gang und SPA toben lassen.

Really nice hotel - more than I’d usually spend but was well worth the price. Rooms were spacious and included a full wet bar, on top of the property’s amenities (indoor pool, terrace). A little bit off the beaten path but easy to get everywhere we wanted within 20-30 minutes walking at most. Would certainly stay here again.

Fantastic views from the roof terraces. Rooms spacious very clean and reception staff very helpful. Although the rooms very modern they need some maintenance eg kitchen cupboards don’t close properly, neither the sink or bath plugs worked in our room in fact the bathroom sink was loose and the shower holder was also very loose. Would liken to have had some mugs for tea and coffee and a kettle although it’s easy to boil water in a pan. Above is feedback as we enjoyed our stay the Spa was great.

Forte16 was a great stay and we enjoyed the larger room with fridge and mini kitchen, spa was very nice highly recommend a massage (70 euro a steal!), Do the hot tub rooftop experience we loved it! The balcony makes this place amazing, walked to the coop-fi market to buy wine and cheese for the rooftop views. If you are a runner you are a half mile from the river trails and can run up the hills to view Michelangelo’s view point and see all of Florence. We were 20-30 min walking to major attractions and had so much fun here. Clean, good, and larger rooms will recommend.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room. We had a room facing the street but it was still quiet. Great to have the small kitchen for tea/coffee in the morning. The roof terrace with a view of the Duomo is so nice. Did not use spa. Short walk to all sights and neighborhood near hotel has good restaurants and nightlife.

Very nice property with clean large rooms. Bathrooms are large with excellent showers. Location is good for walking and bus. Reason for 4 star is very hard bed and pillows, a little too firm for us. Otherwise highly recommend!

This property is a little farther from the city center so you are closer to the locals which we liked. It’s still very walkable and there is shopping and restaurants right by it so we liked the location a lot. It was great to have a king size bed though the bed was not the most comfortable. The room is quite spacious compared to a lot of places which was nice. Breakfast was really good and had a bunch of options. The WiFi does not work well at all which was annoying. The air conditioning didn’t work well either and we couldn’t leave the windows open because the mosquitoes kept coming in.

We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed the place very much. We stayed in room 405 and it was Very large, in clouding a balcony that wrapped around the entire side and to the front of the property where there was a view of Florence. Two small. Things- this property is at least 20 minute walk to most attractions in Florence so just know that but, because of that we discovered a wonderful restaurant- Trattoria Cesarino- ate there twice- get the small steak Florentine. Second: DO NOT get the jacuzzi experience!! It was a complete waste of money. The jacuzzi is on the rooftop facing Florence- sounds wonderful, right? But, no. The jacuzzi is oriented away from this so that the cover to the jacuzzi completely blocks any view except of the jacuzzi cover. Great idea, poorly executed. The last photo shows what I’m talking about.

This was our first visit in Italy. I picked this place based on location but the staff made our stay unforgettable. Sandy, Eda and Nico at reception and the wonderful lady at breakfast bar were really nice and pleasant. If you are planing to visit Florence, this is the place to stay. The Forte16 property is an amazing choice. Nestled in the heart of Florence, it makes sightseeing highly accessible and the customer service is superb. My daughter and I came into Florence for a wedding, and upon hearing this, the owner of the hotel spent a considerable amount of time creating a map and sightseeing list for what tto see upon departure. What a kind gesture. We would absolutely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at forte16. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Kept our bags safe and secure until the room was ready. The spa was amazing. We did the private session with a bottle of Prosecco, and we loved it. We did have a leaky air unit, but the front desk discounted our spa session as compensation, which was really nice. Location wasn’t super great. Not a lot in immediate walking distance, and fairly far away from the main Florence attractions. About a mile walk until you start getting to the good stuff.

This hotel is beautiful. It has an amazing view of Florence from the rooftop, an amazing zen pool and sauna facilities, beautifuly appointed and functional rooms, and the best breakfast in Florence at 12€. The staff are helpful, friendly and courteous. It's a great find.

Hotel was ok. Roof terrace with the jacuzzi was nice. People at the front desk were also nice. Breakfast to be honest, is not worth the money. People working at the buffet where rude and obviously wasn’t enjoying their work. One lady started to yell at a little girl over an opened milk. I asked for white bread and just had an answer there’s bread and when took some other she brought the white bread. I travel lots and don’t bring any trouble with me, always say hello and thank you.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The property is clean, centrally located, and has great amenities! Something worth noting is that you will be charged for the breakfast at the end of your stay, which we were unaware of. Other than that, Forte16 is a great property and we hope to stay here again.
