Decent hotel in good location. Clean and comfortable room with great staff and the free pool table in the Lobby was great! Bartender was excellent too. We would stay again.

1 out of 2 elevators was disabled during the stay, long waits or taking stairs Two mornings of no coffee in the cafe area All Saturday and into evening with no access to pool or hot tub because of a large 10-year-old-girl birthday party. They were also two doors down from our room. By end of Sunday the party was gone, but the pool and hot tut were so dirty and murky, no other adults wanted to go in. Shampoo was empty in shower - promptly replaced, but next morning shower body wash was also empty. Daily housekeeping didn't check levels. Room were comfortable, appreciated the free laundry service and good parking.

Great room, clean with a solid shower. What really stood out was the gathering area in the lobby which adjoined the bar area. It was perfect for family members to gather and engage, plus there were a TON of awesome games for all ages. The bartender was engaging and the hotel staff was very accommodating.

This is a super clean, new property. Pool is awesome. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Food for purchase. South of Austin quite a ways. Real quiet area. Highly recommend. Price would be double if downtown. Easy in and out.

This is a great hotel overall. Everything is clean and seems pretty new. Hotel staff is great. One elevator was broken during our stay so it was very slow coming and going. Also the beds are foam beds that are not great.

Had to make a last minute booking on a short trip to Austin and had to book whatever was avaialble and werent expecting much but this hotel definitely checked all or most boxes for us. Clean, updated, smelled good, had all the modern tech updates. Staff were friendly, accommodating and provided timely service. Only issue we noticed was the water was too soft and it was hard to get the soap/shampoo off. Would definitely come back.

It was a beautiful property it had many amenities and the staff was very professional and friendly. They went out of their way to be helpful. The room was large however there was no closet just a rack with 2 hangers. There were 2 drawers on the floor for clothes

Liked the hotel vibe and area. Front desk person was so so, didn’t bother to inquire about ordering breakfast and didn’t see anyone at the small window to kitchen. Room would cool quickly but when air shuts off, it gets stale and warm in room quickly. Shower floor is extremely slick when wet.

Very stylish, modern, looked great. However, it's lacking in some practical necessities - no place to hang or retrieve a hand towel near the sink (had to step into the adjourning shower room to get a towel. Only one trash can in the whole room (in the bathroom) so making coffee which was set up in the bedroom area and disposing of Keurig cups, stirrers & used sugar packets not at all convenient (we lined the ice bucket with a plastic bag and used that for a trashcan).

Overnight trip for a family wedding. Nice room, very sparse compared to other hotels. Some USB outlets were just in the middle of a wall that meant you had to have a “phone shelf” or just put your phone on the hard floor in a high traffic area of the U-shapes room layout. Nice bathroom and water closet, beds were comfortable, in room table was a bit unstable from one side. No freezer section in room fridge, but it did get drinks acceptably cold. Hotel is nicely arranged, some food available at hotel pantry, lots of eating options within a mile of hotel.

The hotel is very new and is in good condition. Positives are a comfortable bed and a HUGE TV. Negatives were no shampoo in the shower-mounted container and no desk for working. A decent value. Parking is very limited and I was lucky to get the last on-site space on a slow weekend night.

Stayed at the hotel twice, at the beginning and end of a week long trip. First night there was a leak in the bathroom but overall good. Second night there were not issues except it took too long to check-in in the evening because the front clerk was busy delivering food to another guest, so they were either short staffed or don’t hire enough people in the evenings.

Stayed here for the F1 race. Was close enough to be able to use share ride to get to the race. Plenty of restaurants around as well. Parking was also easy and free.

The hotel was conveniently located where you could get to most Austin attractions within 15-20 minutes. The area was nice and had plenty if retail and dining options within 5 minutes. The parking garage was also free and had paid charges that came in handy for us. Bed was a little uncomfortable, but not too bad.

The hotel was beautiful but probably not a place for a couple in their '70s. No breakfast places very close and they weren't serving breakfast unless pre-ordered for $20 because it was really quiet over the holidays? Felt like a business hotel, which is fine
