The accommodations were not in the hotel but in an annex which was supposed to be a 2 minute walk from the hotel. That 2 minute walk was more like 10 minutes. I had a suite but it was on the third floor and no elevator but 40 very dangerous winding steps, which I could handle but not getting two suitcases up and down. The hotel does not provide any help so I had to take the two carry ons up myself (very very difficult) if you are in your 80's. Now the unit was supposed to have air conditioning. That did not work and on the last day of my 5 day stay the suite was 85 degrees. When I opened the windows for air, the noise level was terrible and the hotel did warn me about the noise and provided two sets of ear plugs which were in the suite on arrival. The staff at the hotel close to two blocks away were very nice, but the annex suites detracted from the overall experience.

We stayed in the junior suite for 4 nights with our bernese mountaindog. The room was very spacious and nice, and had a small kitchen as well as a huge bathroom. Stairs were narrow and steep, but our 6 years old dog could manage them. Overall a very pleasant stay, really close to the center and the central station.

Great hotel in historic building. Check in was easy, staff incredibly friendly, room very clean. Looks like there has been recent refresh in bathroom and bedroom. Portable A/C worked great. Bed and pillows comfortable. Earplugs are provided due to outside noise but they aren’t the “strongest” ones available. Be sure to ask for ground floor if stairs are a problem as there’s no elevator. Very convenient to train station and town. Highly recommended and would definitely return.

Nice 3star hotel in downtown Delft. From my room there was a nice view on the old channel. Very close to everything. The rent bikes even if we don't. Quality breakfast. It is missing an afterhour service. Room was clean

excellent spot canal side, close to the train station and city center. I was delighted by how big & nice the room was. One tip for others, I was placed in the "Annex" which is down the street a few blocks from the main hotel. Not a huge problem for me, but something to mention - a bit of walking to breakfast. Breakfast was well worth the price! Had fun renting a bike as well

Hotel nella zona appena fuori dalla piazza centrale e dai tanti locali, quindi molto tranquillo. Facilissimo da trovare, con parcheggi a pagamento a circa 500 metri, nella zona della stazione degli autobus, altrimenti parcheggio coperto a pagamento a 400 m (17€ giorno). Personale competente, efficace e gentile. Buona la pulizia in generale. Ottima la colazione con prodotti freschi preparati al momento sia dolci che salati, frutta fresca appena tagliata e per chi ama la colazione salata, tantissima scelta, ci sono anche cose per i vegani, inoltre la sala dove si fa la colazione è arredata con molta cura e alcune finestre affacciano sui canali. La stanza dove siamo stati noi era una di quelle piccole, adatta a chi viaggia leggero, con valigie piccole e per pochi giorni. Il letto era molto comodo, c'è anche una macchinetta del caffè e un bollitore a disposizione. L'unica cosa negativa è il bagno che è veramente piccolo, con difficoltà di movimento. Sicuramente lo consiglio, ma la camera piccola, come specificato sopra è per viaggi per pochi giorni.

We had a room in the annex building, about a 5 minutes walk, towards the city center, from the main hotel building. The room was great, nice and clean, looked recently renovated and was in good shape. We did have to climb 2 stairs as there is no elevator in the annex building.

Hotel is lekker centraal gelegen. Dichtbij parkeergarage. Goede bedden. Geen lawaai van buiten, dus heerlijk rustig. Ontbijt ook prima, alleen een beetje kleine ruimte. Niet geschikt voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn, er is geen lift in het hotel en de trappen hebben hele smalle treden.

Very unpleasant check in experience. Incompetent member of staff on reception with little to no knowledge of the hotel and demanded a deposit payment - despite the booking stating only tourist tax would be required at the property. I am a solo female traveller who was travelling on business, checking in late in the evening and really didn’t appreciate the way I was spoken to, the fact I had already paid for the room in full but was refused the room key until I handed over a deposit payment that wasn’t specified on my booking clearly - and to add to this, the lady on reception had no knowledge of how this deposit can be refunded if you did not own a credit card or an EU bank account (I was travelling from UK and only had a virtual company credit card with me.. which they refused to use for the deposit - despite this same card being the one used to pay for the room itself). I was very upset and stressed by the experience until management was available the next day to speak to and resolve the issue. The room was comfortable enough for a very short stay, but I would not stop here again and urge solo travellers to avoid this hotel. The room has no sound proofing it was incredibly noisy the entire time, banging from the room above, noise from outside the window etc, sounds of water running through pipework from neighbouring bathrooms. The bathroom had an awful smell coming from it, and during breakfast hours the entire hotel and my own room smelt of cooked food e.g. bacon/smoke.

L'emplacement est parfait, tout prêt de la gare, et proche de tous les centres d'intérêt de la ville, le long d'un canal. Accueil sympathique et rapide. Hôtel très bien décoré, ambiance Noel. Chambre et SdB un peu petites, mais propre et fonctionnelle. Excellent chauffage. Douche très agréable. Petit frigo pratique. Et plein de petites attentions dans la chambre, comme cette prise multiple ajoutée pour brancher tous nos appareils à recharger. Et puis le petit déjeuner, juste incroyable le choix (chaud, froid, sucré, salé), bon et bien présenté, dans une belle pièce. Rien que pour cela, je reviendrai à Delft. Deux petits hics : la sonorité, on entend bien les voisins. Et la qualité de la literie un peu moyenne (trop mou à mon gout). Je conseille chaleureusement l'établissement.

Ik ben zo blij dat we voor dit hotel hebben gekozen. Vanaf het moment dat we binnenkwamen voelde het meteen goed: knus, persoonlijk en oprecht gastvrij. Geen standaard hotelgevoel, maar juist die warme sfeer waardoor je je direct thuis voelt. Dit is geen franchise hotel maar een geweldig familie hotel in een prachtig monumentaal pand. Onze kamer keek uit op het kanaal zó sfeervol, vooral ‘s ochtends met de zon die op het kanaal glinstert. Alles was super schoon, het bed lag fantastisch en de details in de kamer (zoals het comfortabele zitje en de fijne koffie/thee en de extra’s in de badkamer) gaven echt dat extra beetje luxe. Wat me vooral bijblijft is de vriendelijkheid van het team. Je merkt aan alles dat hier met zorg en aandacht gewerkt wordt. Ze gaven goede tips voor Delft, waren oprecht geïnteresseerd en niets voelde ‘gemaakt’ of standaard. ’s Ochtends genoten we van een lekker en vers ontbijt in de gezellige lounge niet overdreven uitgebreid, maar juist precies goed en met aandacht klaargezet. En ook fijn: alles ligt op loopafstand. Het station, het centrum, leuke winkels en restaurants – je zit echt midden in de stad, maar toch super rustig. The hotel is in a great location, about a 5-minute walk from the station. The staff were very helpful. The room was very spacious, quiet, had a spacious bathtub, and was clean and almost perfect. The only disappointment was that the electric kettle in the room had not been cleaned properly. It seems that the previous guest had used it to cook with oil. I asked the staff to replace the kettle, but there was no spare. I brought two cups and got hot water from the hot water heater in the dining room.
The hotel is in a great location, about a 5-minute walk from the station. The staff were very helpful. The room was very spacious, quiet, had a spacious bathtub, and was clean and almost perfect. The only disappointment was that the electric kettle in the room had not been cleaned properly. It seems that the previous guest had used it to cook with oil. We stayed in the junior suite for 4 nights with our bernese mountaindog. The room was very spacious and nice, and had a small kitchen as well as a huge bathroom. Stairs were narrow and steep, but our 6 years old dog could manage them. Overall a very pleasant stay, really close to the center and the central station.

In summer you should know there is no AC The breakfast is okay, but costs more than local restaurants you can walk to. Room 1 has crazy wiring for lights. It took us forever to turn on just the bathroom light. Bathroom is very tiny. Get the upgraded rooms, the base one offered is too small. Close to the train station and the centrum of delft.

Location was near perfect. Our large deluxe room overlooking the canal was a big plus. The train station and the old town were real close. Parking was a walk away and an occasional loud drunk across the canal isn’t the hotel’s fault.

Very unpleasant check in experience. Incompetent member of staff on reception with little to no knowledge of the hotel and demanded a deposit payment - despite the booking stating only tourist tax would be required at the property. I am a solo female traveller who was travelling on business, checking in late in the evening and really didn’t appreciate the way I was spoken to, the fact I had already paid for the room in full but was refused the room key until I handed over a deposit payment that wasn’t specified on my booking clearly - and to add to this, the lady on reception had no knowledge of how this deposit can be refunded if you did not own a credit card or an EU bank account (I was travelling from UK and only had a virtual company credit card with me.. which they refused to use for the deposit - despite this same card being the one used to pay for the room itself). I was very upset and stressed by the experience until management was available the next day to speak to and resolve the issue. The room was comfortable enough for a very short stay, but I would not stop here again and urge solo travellers to avoid this hotel. The room has no sound proofing it was incredibly noisy the entire time, banging from the room above, noise from outside the window etc, sounds of water running through pipework from neighbouring bathrooms. The bathroom had an awful smell coming from it, and during breakfast hours the entire hotel and my own room smelt of cooked food e.g. bacon/smoke.

Ik ben zo blij dat we voor dit hotel hebben gekozen. Vanaf het moment dat we binnenkwamen voelde het meteen goed: knus, persoonlijk en oprecht gastvrij. Geen standaard hotelgevoel, maar juist die warme sfeer waardoor je je direct thuis voelt. Dit is geen franchise hotel maar een geweldig familie hotel in een prachtig monumentaal pand. Onze kamer keek uit op het kanaal zó sfeervol, vooral ‘s ochtends met de zon die op het kanaal glinstert. Alles was super schoon, het bed lag fantastisch en de details in de kamer (zoals het comfortabele zitje en de fijne koffie/thee en de extra’s in de badkamer) gaven echt dat extra beetje luxe. Wat me vooral bijblijft is de vriendelijkheid van het team. Je merkt aan alles dat hier met zorg en aandacht gewerkt wordt. Ze gaven goede tips voor Delft, waren oprecht geïnteresseerd en niets voelde ‘gemaakt’ of standaard. ’s Ochtends genoten we van een lekker en vers ontbijt in de gezellige lounge niet overdreven uitgebreid, maar juist precies goed en met aandacht klaargezet. En ook fijn: alles ligt op loopafstand. Het station, het centrum, leuke winkels en restaurants – je zit echt midden in de stad, maar toch super rustig. The location is perfect. Close to the train station like a min walk but you dont hear the train at all. Close to all shops and walkable everywhere. Right on the canal so some noise during the day but we were kostly gone. Hot and no air cond. In the summer it would be very hot. Service is not great. They have little knowledge of the town if any. We had to remind them of the perk, then they forgot and give us one bag of chips in compensation. They emailed us later to tell us that we owed bottles of water when we had none. Lovely lounge tho. Breakfast seemed nice but we had a nicer and cheaper one in old town. Also the noise from upstair cleaning in the morning because the walls are not well insonorised. They actually provide earplugs.

We only stayed for one night but I wisht we had stayed longer. For someone who's in love with Bruges, Delft feels like a Bruges' identical twin. Regarding the hotel - it was fantastic. The room was cute and clean with a canal view! The receptionists were really helpful giving us useful tips and preparing our breakfast in advance as we had to leave early the next day. They also gave us a discount to a 3 course menu at one of the local restaurants, which we ended up using and it was definitely worth it. I'm hoping to come back to Delft next year and I will be searching for this hotel specifically for sure.

We rented bicycles on site, very easy to get around. This hotel is in a good central location. The hotel is nice, clean and has a good balance of new amenities with old styles. The breakfast is good with a variety of foods on offer.

Nice 3star hotel in downtown Delft. From my room there was a nice view on the old channel. Very close to everything. The rent bikes even if we don't. Quality breakfast. It is missing an afterhour service. Room was clean

Hotel nella zona appena fuori dalla piazza centrale e dai tanti locali, quindi molto tranquillo. Facilissimo da trovare, con parcheggi a pagamento a circa 500 metri, nella zona della stazione degli autobus, altrimenti parcheggio coperto a pagamento a 400 m (17€ giorno). Personale competente, efficace e gentile. Buona la pulizia in generale. Ottima la colazione con prodotti freschi preparati al momento sia dolci che salati, frutta fresca appena tagliata e per chi ama la colazione salata, tantissima scelta, ci sono anche cose per i vegani, inoltre la sala dove si fa la colazione è arredata con molta cura e alcune finestre affacciano sui canali. La stanza dove siamo stati noi era una di quelle piccole, adatta a chi viaggia leggero, con valigie piccole e per pochi giorni. Il letto era molto comodo, c'è anche una macchinetta del caffè e un bollitore a disposizione. L'unica cosa negativa è il bagno che è veramente piccolo, con difficoltà di movimento. Sicuramente lo consiglio, ma la camera piccola, come specificato sopra è per viaggi per pochi giorni.
