Excellent service! We were only here for one night during our anniversary but the staff (Ivy) went out of their way to make it great! Clean room with great view, everything new and quiet. We had a comfortable bed and also really enjoyed the rooftop bar…will come back again!

We were disappointed that valet was our only option for parking and it was a surprise extra cost to us. We were disappointed at the lack of privacy as well. Definitely not family friendly.

The rooftop bar/lounge was closed for maintenence. This should have been mentioned on the site. Complementary coffee in the morning should be included. A cup of coffee is over $5.00. The room was very nice and I liked that you cannot take the elevator to the floor that you are not staying on. Would definitely stay there again. Walkable to many restaurants and bars.

The hotel is nice enough with a noteable rooftop bar. Be prepared to pay nearly $60 to valet your car or have the option to use a parking app which is what we did and parked 2 blocks away for $20.

The rooms were clean and modern, having USB in alot of convenient places, great tv, comfy bed. Nice standing shower with a place to put your foot up and wash. But the view was what really blew me away. Really enjoyed the rooftop bar (amazing space) the food was great and it had a local flair... tacos well done.

Came to the Austin for the Texas relays. This hotel was central to everything like dining, entertainment and exploring. The fitness center was nice and I got in a good workout while on my stay.

The hotel was fair. The black spots in the decor of the floor made me do think of mold, but it was an optical illusion. Hard to take a shower without water going everywhere, and the shower head would not stay in place.

It seems vaccum cleaning is not part of the clean procedure for the room. No upgrade was provided even the Gold membership told about the possibility. No nice view even the pictures showed such. My stay at Hilton Garden Inn Austin was cheaper and much better ….

The property and staff was great. Only complaints are that valet parking is crazy expensive, but I guess that is fairly standard for that area. Also, we could hear the loud beeping for the crosswalk 15 stories below like it was right outside our window, but once again I don’t know what could be done about that. View was amazing and bed was very comfortable and luxurious.

It is in a great location, close to great restaurants, the Paramount Theatre and the Moody Center and just a few blocks from the Texas Capitol. The hotel is cute and aesthetically pleasing but it needs some work. We had a king size bed, with a Capitol View, however, the room was so small. We had just enough room to walk around our bed and the bathroom is right next to the bed so you can hear what is going on in the bathroom and see the other person sitting on the toilet. It was odd. The AC unit was LOUD and kept turning on and off and it sounded like it was going to fall on us - all night long. The gentlemen at the valet and the gentlemen who checked us in were very kind and helpful, even the maintenance folks in the elevator were super nice.

I ordered room service and it was taken to the wrong room and had to call again to find out why it was taking so long. They did get the food delivered and refunded the charge, which I appreciated. I called and asked for an extra pillow and took a second phone call and 45 minutes to receive, which is a really long time when I was tired and ready to sleep.

We were in town for the Grand Prix along with 100,000 of our closest friends Our reservation was cancelled before we checked in (at 7pm) due to an elevator malfunction. The hotel re-booked us to a different property and transferred all of our details (breakfast package, etc). They offered a ride share to get us to the new property. The new property was great but the bottom line is that we were very pleased with the proactive engagement of this hotel. Not their fault the elevator broke but they covered down on every thing we needed. I would stay here for the next Grand Prix

We checked in went up to our assigned room and the key didn’t work. After several attempts we finally took all our belongings back down to the lobby. The hostess realized she had written the wrong room number on the card. After getting into our room, the TV didn’t work. We called and two hours later someone brought a random remote controller that also didn’t work. When checking out the next morning we went to the hotel restaurant for breakfast, it was not busy at all but every non occupied table was dirty. We were told there would be a 30 minute wait with no one in front of us. We scraped that idea. When checking out we discussed our check-in and room issues with a female host. She told us the room would be taken care of. To this date, it has not.

We stayed for two nights, and the only hiccup was when it came to housekeeping. Our room wasn't cleaned until 330pm after having to let the front desk know twice. To the credit of hotel mgmt the issue was resolved and they did make it right with us.

I had a great stay at the Hyatt. Great customer service. The staff were very friendly and attentive to all our needs. Last day there our car wouldn’t start and the manager Bri gave us a jump, I really appreciate her for that. I recommend this place a 10/10. Thank you for everything. We enjoyed ourselves

Excellent experience all around. The entire staff was perfect. They have a great brunch at the Tradition and great spots for drinks. Valet service was great and we didn't need our car the rest of the weekend...hotel is walkable to the best nightlife and restaurants in Austin. Will stay again. A+++

Finding the main lobby was a bit confusing at first because it's on the 7th(?) floor and tucked around the corner from the elevator. But after we figured that out, everything went smoothly. Staff were exceptional answering questions and welcoming. And the convenience of being able to walk to restaurants, 6th Street, and the capitol was great. Easy to get Uber service when we wanted it. Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Centric! The staff was top-notch, the room was very nice and clean, and the location was unbeatable. We were able to walk to sites, museums, shopping, restaurants, and bars. Highly recommend a corner room. If you are staying for a weekend, expect some bar/street noise Friday and Saturday nights. Nothing some earplugs can't fix though. Great value for this hotel!

This property is clean, updated and modern. The rooms and lounge areas are excellent. The customer service was great, and all staff were super helpful, including security and valet staff. Only qualm is that (especially if you’re a female), just be vigilant if walking in the neighborhood, especially at night.
