Excellent location for our needs and had everything we wanted in a week stay. Breakfast offer was good and bar area in the evening excellent with attentive and pleasant staff. Room was compact with a very comfy and spacious bed - loved the 2 duvet concept! Window opening was also a positive and clean bathroom with modern fittings and great shower. Bedside lighting was good and well positioned and perfect for reading at night. Although the hotel was near a busy station there was no noise at all from the trains. The staff in reception were very pleasant welcoming, Amro in particular. Would recommend the hotel for its location, views and overall excellent standard of accommodation and experience.

Wir waren nur für eine Nacht auf Durchreise im MotelOne Innsbruck. Es war einfach zu finden und die Tiefgarage sehr praktisch gleich unterhalb des Gebäudes. Leider ist diese -trotz kleiner Vergünstigung duch das hotel- recht teuer (Einfahrt ca.20:00h, Ausfahrt ca. 11:00h = 22€). Die wurden sehr freundlich begrüsst an der Rezeption und bekamen auch gleich den tollen Tipp, morgens im Karaffu einen Kaffee zu trinken. Im Zimmer hatten wir einen spannenden Ausblick auf die Gleise des Innsbrucker Bahnhofes. Das Zimmer war praktisch eingerichtet, mit allem, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt braucht.

El hotel se siente nuevo, la habitación es pequeña y acogedora, la cama y las almohadas son deliciosas. La habitación cuenta con lo necesario para disfrutar tu estancia. Las vistas que tuvimos desde nuestra habitación en el piso 8 estaban increíbles. El bar en el piso 13 sin palabras, todo bien cuidado las vistas 360 están maravillosas y las bebidas deliciosas. Volveríamos a este lugar definitivamente.

Fantastic views with breakfast. Short walk to city center. Good for a 1 night transit stop. Note: The parking they list as available is actually public parking (attached to the property), and not run/managed by the hotel themselves. At the time of my stay parking fees were ~20€/day.

Accommodation feels brand new, spotlessly clean, well appointed. Room has a magnificent view as promised. Comfortable bed, immediate access to trains and close to the historic center. Breakfast was excellent, served in comfort “in the sky”.

Clean and comfortable hotel convenient to the bus and railway stations. A short walk to the centre, lots of places to eat and drink. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A lovely bar/breakfast room with views over Innsbruck. Breakfast quite expensive but convenient. Beds were very comfortable.

I found my room to be comfortable and clean, and the views amazing. Watched the sunset from my bed. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Connections awesome, as the hotel is right next to the railway station. Breakfast was good but pretty basic. Overall I was very happy with my stay and would absolutely come back.

Smart modern hotel, good bed, let down by size of rooms, no tea making facilities, no fridge, ridiculously small wardrobe space. Ideal for 1 night stopover but any longer forget it. Two people, suitcases & bags 3 nights, never again!

Personal sehr freundlich, tolles Frühstück im 13. Stock mit schönem Blick über Innsbruck, Zimmer sauber und bequemes Bett. Leider kaum Möglichkeit für Klamotten zu verstauen und Zimmer ist klein. Nur zum Schlafen reicht es aber.

This hotel is steps away from the train station. It could not be easier to get from the train to here-you cross no streets. The front desk crew is awesome; professional, polite and friendly. Check in was easy. The room is modern with an awesome view of the mountains. We were on the train side-but you would not know it! The room was quite quiet. The room was clean and looked updated. The hotel is located less than a 15 minute walk from the Old Town and all of the attractions. If I come back to Innsbruck, I will come back here!

The room was super tiny with no where to put suitcases, but reading reviews I knew this would be a sacrifice to having a convenient walk to the train. What we didn’t know was that our room on the 12th floor was right under the bar dance floor and that they would play music so loud until 1:45 a.m. on Daturfay night that it shook our bed. My husband went up to talk to them at 11:30 p.m. in the bar and they told him that it was a “Special Occasion” event and that it would end at 12:00. They lied. I would not recommend this hotel and especially not staying on the 12th floor.

She didn't repeat the room number or show me where the elevators were. Iended up having to drag it out of her in order to get to my room. I've stayed at a lot of hotel rooms, and this small act didn't make me feel welcome.

This hotel is steps away from the train station. It could not be easier to get from the train to here-you cross no streets. The front desk crew is awesome; professional, polite and friendly. Check in was easy. The room is modern with an awesome view of the mountains. We were on the train side-but you would not know it! The room was quite quiet. The room was clean and looked updated. The hotel is located less than a 15 minute walk from the Old Town and all of the attractions. If I come back to Innsbruck, I will come back here!

Excellent location for our needs and had everything we wanted in a week stay. Breakfast offer was good and bar area in the evening excellent with attentive and pleasant staff. Room was compact with a very comfy and spacious bed - loved the 2 duvet concept! Window opening was also a positive and clean bathroom with modern fittings and great shower. Bedside lighting was good and well positioned and perfect for reading at night. Although the hotel was near a busy station there was no noise at all from the trains. The staff in reception were very pleasant welcoming, Amro in particular. Would recommend the hotel for its location, views and overall excellent standard of accommodation and experience.

Clean and comfortable hotel convenient to the bus and railway stations. A short walk to the centre, lots of places to eat and drink. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A lovely bar/breakfast room with views over Innsbruck. Breakfast quite expensive but convenient. Beds were very comfortable.

Great location next to all transit hubs and the city centre. Customer service was not the best. Tried to call the hotel several times before arriving and was just placed on hold. Check in staff was curt and dismissive. Room was clean but only had a half roll of toilet paper and no replacement. Area is walkable to the old town and the central train station. It is safe with many dining options as well as a supermarket. The room is well sized for two with big luggage. Kettle is available upon request. Staff was friendly and helpful!

This was a great place because of its close proximity to the train station. It was also easily walkable to all the attractions I wanted to visit. However, I found that the breakfast was very overpriced for a small selection of items. The view from the restaurant was amazing.

Accommodation feels brand new, spotlessly clean, well appointed. Room has a magnificent view as promised. Comfortable bed, immediate access to trains and close to the historic center. Breakfast was excellent, served in comfort “in the sky”.

Hotel direkt am Hauptbahnhof Altstadt kann von dort ohne Probleme zu Fuss erreicht werden. Schöne moderne Zimmer Einziger negative Punkt war der komplett überfüllte Frühstücksraum. Das Frühstück selbst war in Ordnung, mehr aber auch nicht. Dieses würden wir beim nächsten Besuch nicht mehr mitbuchen.

O hotel é bem localizado, ao lado da principal estação de trem de Innsbruck. Nosso quarto era bem pequeno mas a vista maravilhosa faz compensar demais. Viamos os Alpes branquinhos de neve, muito bonito. O café da manhã no topo também tem a vista linda, no mesmo lugar que funciona um bar bem agradável à noite.

I found my room to be comfortable and clean, and the views amazing. Watched the sunset from my bed. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Connections awesome, as the hotel is right next to the railway station. Breakfast was good but pretty basic. Overall I was very happy with my stay and would absolutely come back.

Great location and great views! Rooftop bar was a highlight. Just wasn’t a fan of smokers ruining the atmosphere by smoking in the same small area. Breakfast could also be improved upon. The room was dusty in some areas but was generally pretty clean and just the right size for us. We also had amazing views. Would stay there again.
