I had a great stay at this hotel! The vintage furniture throughout the property adds a charming, unique touch. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed. The location is ideal, being close to both the train station and bus stops, which made getting around easy. The rooms were clean and comfortable, offering a relaxing atmosphere. I also enjoyed the tasty food at the hotel. One unique feature was the lift, which can only be called with a key, ensuring extra security for guests. Plus, there’s a lovely coffee shop next door at Hello Hotel, which is part of the same company, perfect for a morning pick-me-up. It was perfect for my needs!

Buon albergo in posizione comoda vicino alla stazione e alla metro. Camera pulita e spaziosa, fin troppo calda senza possibilità di regolare la temperatura. Una pecca, solo due ascensori lenti per troppe persone, lunghe attese.

Great hotel near Gara de Nord in Bucharest. Modern, recently renovated, very clean and quiet, provides scrubbed bedding and excellent mattress for a good relaxing sleep. Some extra pair of pillows would be nice to have while laying in bed during the day, to read or just browse the TV in a comfy position. Breakfast is continental buffet with an array of choices. Excellent coffee. The juice station could use some better quality juice though. We asked some ice from the bar (complimentary) to dilute and refresh the juice *orange and grapefruit juices. We paid for the room via expedia and then for breakfast we paid at the hotel directly. it is 50 RON/ pers, about 10 euro The restaurant is open till 10pm, they have excellent dining options and we recommend the "mici" (littles) with fries and the Profiterol as a desert. Enjoy!

The property is very good. The area is quiet but no many dining places around. The hotel Bistro is very good though. If you walk 15 to 20 minutes you will find everything you want. I like the hotel. Will definitely recommend.

Die Unterkunft ist nah am Flughafen 20 Minuten fahrt. Parkplätze gab es leider keine mehr bei Ankunft. Personal ist nett. Check in und out gingen schnell. Frühstück hat auch alles was man benötigt mut innen und außen Bereich.

Hotel tem várias áreas de convivência na recepção, além de restaurante com preços acessíveis, bar e cafeteria. O café da manhã é bem variado e farto, com saladas, ovos, frios, pães, sucos e frutas. O staff da recepção é muito gentil e fala inglês. O Andrew merece destaque especial pela gentileza. O quarto triplo é bem confortável em tamanho. Os móveis precisam de atualizações e o carpet tem uma grande mancha úmida próximo ao banheiro. Banheiro não é grande, mas não compromete. Boas toalhas e roupa de cama. Tem frigobar e chaleira elétrica com chás e café. Além de água mineral disponível para os hóspedes, sem custo adicional. O hotel tem uma grande área de estacionamento descoberto, só não sei o custo pois não usamos.

Todo muy agradable, respecto a la limpieza de la habitación, deja algo que desear, debajo de la cama pasan poco la aspiradora.

The hotel needs refurbishment, we arrived there after midnight, the room was cold, the heater in the room didn't work. The girl at the front desk offered us a heater, which was broke too. She said she doesn't have any spare rooms to change it for us, but only has apartments. As a good customer service, she should have changed it even for an apartment to accomodate us, we only had to sleep for a few hours and check out. I would not return there.

Close to the train station. Breakfast is very good and lots of people most of the time, but we had enough items to choose. We did not like our TV in the room 720, two big bright spots on the screen just like two suns all the channels!

The room was on the 8th floor and there was a constant noise coming from either the elevator or AC units on the top floor. The quality of the mattress was absolutely appalling. Staff were friendly but the hotel leaves a lot to be desired

Zimmer sind ok. Man könnte ein bisschen renovieren, aber ok. Klimaanlage lässt sich regeln (und abschalten). Das Frühstücksbuffet hat warme und kalte Speisen, wenig Obst und joghurt, dafür viel Eier, Speck, geräucherten Fisch. Kaffee aus dem Vollautomat ist gut.

Excellent location - right next to the metro station and around the corner from the mainline train station (where the airport train goes from). The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was fairly standard. The overall price was good. The only downside was that that aircon unit in the room wasn't very effective and it was 27° on the days we stayed so it meant the room was a bit too warm for us.

I recently booked a two-night stay at [Hotel Name] for myself and my elderly mother (92 years old) and, unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. Room Condition: The room we were assigned was noticeably worn out, with the bathroom in particular being subpar in terms of cleanliness. It is evident that the interiors are in urgent need of a refresh, as the overall condition did not reflect the standards one would expect from a hotel of this reputation. Noise and Disruptions: To add to our discomfort, the room was located directly next to the lifts, which caused constant noise disturbances. Moreover, ongoing repairs within the hotel, starting early in the morning and continuing late into the evening, made it nearly impossible to rest or relax. Unfortunately, despite bringing this to the attention of staff, no alternative rooms were available. Customer Service: Perhaps the most disappointing aspect of our stay was the lack of communication and poor customer service. Staff were unresponsive and did little to accommodate or address our concerns. It was disheartening to feel that our comfort was not a priority during our stay. Conclusion: Given the combination of the worn-out room, continuous noise from repairs, and nonexistent customer service, I cannot recommend [Hotel Name]. The overall experience was frustrating and not worth the hassle, particularly for travelers seeking a comfortable and stress-free stay. Avoid this accommodation until improvements are made.

This is a plain hotel with few things to make it stand out. The restaurant serves simple foods but are all properly prepared. The staff speaks good English.

5 Minuten Fußweg von Gara de Nord, daher eine super Location. Personal was sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und das Essen im Restaurant sehr lecker. Besonders geschmeckt, hat mir das Bier. Es ist auf jeden Fall mein Lieblingshotel, für wenn ich wieder in Bukarest sein sollte. Vielen Dank für die angenehmen Aufenthalt.

This hotel was our saving grace after horrible accommodation we booked further down the road. Absolutely outstanding service and staff. The room wes very clean and in much better condition that some higher rated hotels. I recommend 100%.

Good that is next to train station and Metro station but not much else around!

Solid and affordable hotel. Not to far from the city centre and really close to the train station if you want to venture outside of Bucharest. Area around the hotel isn't great but it is what you expect for the price. Overall we had a good experience.

The room was nice for it’s class. It was clean, new and modern. Location is 30 seconds walk to the metro line. At night, I didn’t feel safe walking. So I took a taxi coming back. We booked into the property because the buses that go to Ukraine from Bucharest are 50 meters away from the hotel. It was a good stay and good price

Hotel bem localizado, ao lado da principal estação de metrô e trem, Gare du Nord. Quarto amplo e confortável, equipe de atendimento muito educada e prestativa, apenas café da manhã que faltou diversidade de frutas, pois por dois dias tinha apenas pêssego em calda e algumas maçãs velhas, somente esta observação, do restante nossa estadia de 5 pernoites foi ótima!!
