Check-in & Check-out Check-in: from 2:00 PM Check-out: by 11:00 AM If your onward travel is later in the day, you are welcome to use our facilities, and we offer free luggage storage on your departure day. 2. Booking & Reservation All bookings must be made via our official website or an authorised booking platform. We do not accept bookings on arrival. We do not accept payments on arrival, in cash or by card. All payments must be processed online, via the secure payment link provided at the time of booking. A full name, email address, phone number, and valid credit or debit card are required to make a reservation. A valid government-issued ID is required at check-in. 3. Guest Eligibility T5 Social operates as an international solo backpacker hostel. All guests must be 18 years or older. We only accept guests travelling on a valid international passport. We do not accept group bookings of 3 or more people, whether booked together or separately. Our model is built around solo travellers connecting on site. 4. Rates & Payment Policy All our rates are Non-Refundable. The total amount is charged at the time of booking. Reservations are non-cancellable. Modifications, cancellations, no-shows, or early departures will not result in any refund. Reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit or debit card, processed entirely online at the time of booking. 5. City Tax A city tax of 10 RON per person, per night applies to all stays. This tax is collected by the hostel on behalf of the municipality and is paid separately at check-in. 6. Hostel Unavailability T5 Social reserves the right to cancel any booking if the hostel becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, all booking fees paid will be refunded in full. 7. House Rules & Conduct All guests agree to comply with the T5 Social House Agreement upon check-in. Non-compliance with the House Agreement or misuse of hostel facilities will result in fines, with a minimum penalty of €50. Damage to property, fixtures, or fittings will be charged in full to the guest responsible. Lost access wristbands incur a replacement fee of 50 RON. 8. Agreement By completing a booking with T5 Social, guests confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
