The service was lovely. The breakfast was generous and delicious. The hotel was cute and we loved the restaurant/bar area and outdoor patio. Our room was nice but it was small and had an awkward layout. Overall would recommend staying here. Great value and good hospitality.

A lovely hotel not far from all the major attractions by bus. The lift is very small but you can get in there with your case to get to your room. The only complaint we have is that there is a nightclub right next to the hotel. We didn’t know anything about it until 3am when the occupants spilled out onto the street, obviously in high and loud spirits. We told the hotel staff and they were going to talk to the nightclub owners. I don’t know if they did. So if you stay here be aware of the nightclub.

Niko was so helpful with local information and arranging a taxi to the airport for a very early flight, he provided a take away breakfast since we missed the sit down breakfast. Niko was so helpful with local information and arranging a taxi to the airport for a very early flight, he provided a take away breakfast since we missed the sit down breakfast. The hotel is about a ten-minute walk from the main Syntagma Metro station. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. For example, they can help to make reservations at good restaurants - thank you, Nikos. The hotel is accurately described as being "urban chic": The decor in the rooms, in the hotel lobby and in the adjacent covered courtyard is tasteful. We were in room 401 which is a large, quiet room. We had no trouble sleeping. The room featured a big shower, a great air conditioner, and a separate toilet room. Curiously, the sink is a large bowl in the main room and it took much effort to avoid getting water on the bedroom floor. Other rooms, though, appear to have a more sensible design for the sink area. The hotel breakfast offers a range of delicious options, each specially-prepared to order, as well as good coffee. The breakfasts are big - there is enough food to keep you going for many hours! There is a good wi-fi signal throughout the hotel. We were very pleased with our stay at Project 3 and will happily return to this hotel next time we visit Athens.

The only thing we wish is that the outlets were updated to include USB/USB-C ports for international travelers and easier use. That would make an already fantastic experience absolutely perfect. A lovely hotel not far from all the major attractions by bus. The lift is very small but you can get in there with your case to get to your room. The only complaint we have is that there is a nightclub right next to the hotel. We didn’t know anything about it until 3am when the occupants spilled out onto the street, obviously in high and loud spirits. We told the hotel staff and they were going to talk to the nightclub owners. I don’t know if they did. So if you stay here be aware of the nightclub.

The Project 3 hotel is located on a quiet side street in the lovely Kolonaki part of Athens, with plenty of restaurants and cafes just steps away. The hotel is about a ten-minute walk from the main Syntagma Metro station. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. For example, they can help to make reservations at good restaurants - thank you, Nikos. The hotel is accurately described as being "urban chic": The decor in the rooms, in the hotel lobby and in the adjacent covered courtyard is tasteful. We were in room 401 which is a large, quiet room. We had no trouble sleeping. The room featured a big shower, a great air conditioner, and a separate toilet room. Curiously, the sink is a large bowl in the main room and it took much effort to avoid getting water on the bedroom floor. Other rooms, though, appear to have a more sensible design for the sink area. The hotel breakfast offers a range of delicious options, each specially-prepared to order, as well as good coffee. The breakfasts are big - there is enough food to keep you going for many hours! There is a good wi-fi signal throughout the hotel. We were very pleased with our stay at Project 3 and will happily return to this hotel next time we visit Athens.

The breakfast options were great; not too much and not too little. Everything was fresh and no basic ingredients, you could tell that thought had gone into the menu and service. More importantly, the staff were fantastic, proactive and attentive.
