The staff was very helpful even during a busy rush of checking. The room was and clean and the hotel smelled clean. I did think that this hotel had suites where the king bed was in a bedroom and the living room was separate. This location does not have any rooms that meet that criteria

We used hotels.com to book but the clerk couldn’t get us checked in. It took a good 40 minutes standing around in the lobby before he did a FaceTime call with someone else and finally got us checked in. That was exhausting! Then in the morning I asked how much for a small bottle of water and the price was over $5 for one bottle - ridiculous!

The room was clean, the staff was friendly. Only disappointment was that I had booked 2 queens on Expedia, but they were all out so I had to get a King room.
