I won’t stay here again! The pool had like a slime film on the top of it with stuff floating in it. The gym had garbage all over the floor. You can hear the traffic from the highway. Just wasn’t a clean place to stay.

Newer facility but lacking in many areas. Staff was fairly nice but there is obviously lack of qualified management. Hotel and elevators hot and humid. Workout room unusable because it was 80 degrees in there due to malfunctioning air conditioning unit. Pool was dirty and not circulating- these are the main 2 amenities I am interested in and both were not in usable shape. Breakfast was not good and the same things were served all 4 mornings. Usually there is a rotating breakfast but not here. Asked for clean towels but was told could only have 2 because they were running low on towels. Definitely would not stay here again.

When we arrived the outdoor pool was closed. The water was filthy. We asked for a complimentary concession and the clerk said he would check with mgmt. but never got back to us. Will not stay here again.

Our stay was wonderful. The only issue was parking. Big trucks with trailers were allowed to take up multiple parking spaces and had to park on the other side of the next hotel. Otherwise would highly recommend.

Right off the main highway, it was a great hotel for a one night stop. So many stores and restaurants nearby. The staff weren't as friendly and enthusiastic as some other hotels but he got us checked in with no issues. My only complaints were the pool had a lot of bugs in and around so made it a bit dirty as well as the air conditioner was so loud. Otherwise a nice and easy stay!

We got in really late and called down in the morning for a late check out and they offered 12:30. Then 20 mins later they called (and woke us up) to say they could no longer do a 12:30 checkout but they could do 12. Then 10 mins later we were woken up again by housekeeping knocking to see if we had left yet. This was at 9:30 and regular checkout isn’t until 11 so this makes no sense. There was also a cockroach in the bathroom. The room didn’t have a coffee maker??? Will not be back.

Room wasnt clean enough. I was too tired to pack up & ask for a cleaner room. Mirror in entrance very dirty, finger prints all over microwave, dusty, heat & aie unit had dirty wet stains all in the top very dirty, night tabke beside bed had drink & cup stains not cleaned..dust on phone & clock, carpet stained which was gross .desk chair had white thick substance running down the front of it. Will never stay there again. Vety unhappy with that room.

The front desk staff were wonderful! The rugs in the room were dirty with some sort of wood shavings. The comforter was stained, the buttons for elevator was broken. The used coffee pod was still in the machine and there was no other new coffee. There was only a couple of sheets of Kleenex left. Breakfast refrigerator was empty, no milk or butter. Just poorly run!!!

My husband and son stayed in 208 and when they woke up there was a bunch of ants. My son had some potato chips in a bag that he couldn't eat because they were in the bag, in his drink and all over the nightstand. Patricia at the front desk was awesome! We really enjoyed the convenience of the hotel being close to Chili's. Breakfast was good. Just need those ants handled.

Started off bad as no one was at the desk to check us in. Had to wait 15 min for someone to finally check us in. Get to the room and the floor was dirty, tv would not work and someone’s dirty underwear was hanging up in the wardrobe.

Greeted with a less than welcoming host. He did not know or try to find out the information we asked (if the tv service included the SEC and BIG TEN networks. After much searching on the tv when we got to our room, we learned that you did not have the channels. We attempted to stream them through the phone but the qr code would not connect. We called the desk and were told that others had reported the same problem. Can’t be fixed until a work order is sent tomorrow! And this during March Madness! We watched the game on our ipad.

Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and had lots of room. Breakfast is included, and we always take advantage of that. The only problems we had were 1) a noisy air conditioner that made sleeping difficult for my husband; 2) there was no channel guide on the tv or printed out, so finding something to watch was frustrating. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was a surprise to us, we’ve never been to a hotel with so many options to choose from. We would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

If you don’t like the sound of interstate traffic stay somewhere else. It sounded like the high speed traffic was driving through our room. We were on the end just feet from the interstate and the blind did not close all the way so we also had headlights shining in all night. The room was nice and clean and new that’s why I gave it two stars. Otherwise it would have been 1.

We’ve stayed here before and didn’t have a problem. But this time two days in a row the Breakfast worker left much to be desired. The first morning came down right at 7am when they opened for service and no coffee cups…walk in for breakfast and the food was already running out…ok there’s a few people eating. I’m thinking she will just go back and get some more food. Nope didn’t have any ready. Had to wait. I’m sure they know how many people are staying so they can prepare. I guess she missed the memo. The next morning same thing 7am right when they open and no coffee cups. 2 days in a row would probably show they don’t care…walk in they have food but no juice. How do you not have one of the only drinks you offer not stocked?

We were checking in after a very long day of traveling and a volleyball tournament. We didn’t make it to the hotel until about 10:00. -10:30 pm. As I’m trying to check in, there’s no one at th/e desk but I can hear someone in the office on a personal call. I try being polite and give her a few minutes to finish the conversation. (I’m making all sorts of noises in hopes of getting her attention.). After standing and waiting for 10 minutes, I raise my voice louder and say: “Hey! Hello!” The lady comes out of the office, no apologies or anything. She had room cards and papers preprinted and asked for my name, handed me the key card and paperwork. Never asked for my ID, credit card, or anything to verify my identity. It was obvious she wanted to get back to her call. I paid around $200 and expected better service and respect.

Conveniently located with shopping and dining within walking distance. Breakfast was fantastic. Check in was awful with only one person at the desk and me with 3 kids waiting over 30 minutes to check in. Soap dispensers empty in the room plus had to go to the front desk and ask for a shower curtain so I coud use the shower.

We checked in about 8pm and apparently by the several people waiting, rooms were just being cleaned. I had reserved a room with two beds and they comp it to two rooms with one bed. Towels had not been restocked, trash can not emptied, hair in drain of shower and shampoo / soap was empty. Both rooms had the same issues. Nice rooms but house keeping failed badly. Free breakfast was not impressive either but I do appreciate the young man trying to make some things right

This was a quick weekend trip for a youth sports event at the Rock Hill sports complex. Great location, lots of restaurants and shops nearby. This hotel seemed brand new, very clean, friendly staff, great breakfast. I will stay here again if we return to Rock Hill.

Have stayed here several nights over the past few years but this time was bad and it all had to do with breakfast. The only reason we always stay here is the free breakfast and this past eeek it was terrible. 3 days no biscuit & gravy and no pancakes. And last 2 days no milk really can’t get milk.

We have great experience in other Holiday Inns prior to this trip. I was disappointed with this stay. Usually there is more toiletries available in the room. Usually breakfast offered by Holiday Inns. We were told at check in that breakfast was 730 to 1030. We went down at 9 and the pancake maker was broken, no signage was posted and the pancake station was fully stocked. I was very disappointed. The eggs were burnt, the biscuits were hard, the sausage was super tough and chewy. The coffee was luke warm. The yogurt was limited amount. The muffin, bagels area was barley anything left. The only thing that was hot and tasted fresh was the cinnamon rolls. I was told at check out the hotel was sold out so I expected the breakfast to be enough for everyone that stayed. The elevators were freezing and the hallways were super cold. I am hoping this one stay was a fluke and my next stay at a Holiday Inn isnt like this stay.
