Stayed at Siesta Palms by the Beach for a week in May. The unit we had was spacious and very clean. Plenty of towels for our week stay. The shower was awesome!! It was also nice to have beach amenities to take with us such as chairs, umbrella, cart. However, the chairs were pretty rusted and old. Could use an update. The area was quiet and serene. Located in a quiet neighborhood and very close to beach access. However, once you reach the beach there isnt a lot of space for people to spread out so plan to get there early to secure a good spot. We did have one issue with noisy neighbors above us. We had the bottom floor. We could hear when people upstairs were walking and moving furniture such as moving chairs around. It was all theoughout the day and very annoying. I did contact the peoperty about that and all they did was forward my email to a supervisor and then i never heard from anyone after that. Overall though our stay was wonderful!

Loved the property! Very nice house to stay in with family! Walkable distance from the beach. There was one floor tile outside near the pool/grill area that was elevated and many people from my group tripped and got injured from it.

The pool was heated, so hot it was not enjoyable. The smell of cleaning products was so unbearable, we had to open all windows and doors to air out!

Nice location, very clean, we had a very good stay. The only bad thing was that after we did the check out, we couldn't get any parking available to stay and enjoy the beach day but not access to the pool area either.

Only a 1- 2 minute walk to the beach and two included parking spaces. The hotel itself was very spacious with a full kitchen and sizeable living room. The pool was nice as well. We also appreciated the towels, beach chairs and wagon. My only complaint is that the beds were terrible! Such hard uncomfortable mattresses and rough sheets.

The property is nice especially because of its proximity to the beach. I’m thinking it’s much better when the weather is warmer and one can enjoy all the outdoorsy activities. I couldn’t reserve an upstairs room, which, in turn, due to very noisy neighbors upstairs, made it for a rather uncomfortable experience particularly during the night. Also, the air inside was quite musty and all of our clothes ended up smelling quite badly.

We had two nights booked in this condo and unfortunately only stayed one due to a bug problem. The hosts were extremely nice and apologetic about it. Mentioned it is something that hadn’t happened before and they even refunded us a small portion. The bugs were secluded to the kitchen from what we noticed. But so much activity we would not stay again. The condo itself was very cute. Good location. Spacious. Very unfortunate we encountered the bugs.

This is a lovely apartment - it was super clean and comfortable. Check in was easy. The beach was just a short walk to the beach - where you can take long walks. I swam in the pool daily the temp was warm. I will stay again without a doubt!

The air conditioner vent spewed out moldy/mildewy air and the extremely strong perfume like smell upon entering covered it up but was so strobe we couldn’t use the living room/kitchen area we realized it was to cover up the mold smell after it faded before we left - the bedroom was not as strong and was tolerable if we kept the door closed all the time

What a great place for a weekend getaway with family. Loved the big open living and dining room area. Condo was very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Will definitely be staying here again.

Location was wonderful, short walk to the beach. Several restaurants and ice cream within walking distance. House was very clean and well stocked. Sofa bed was not so comfortable but it is a sofa bed. Overall would definitely stay here again.

our first floor unit was very nice and clean. Unfortunately, a family with small children were above us and very noisy as well as in the yard in the pool and next store had several families with kids and very loud. Nothing against children, but were looking to relax and enjoy our anniversary time together.

This property was so close to the beach and very clean. The checkin process is a bit complicated, as the front office is only open for a few hours per day. It was quiet for most of our stay, new people moved in to the condo above us on our last day/night and were very loud with music until 1am. Overall we would stay here again, even though communicating for the checkin process is difficult.

Nice owner and very responsive. The place was relatively clean and inviting. Very close to the beach. The beach is nice but super crowded. Very hard to find a spot to sit away from people. The resorts block off the beach in front of them so the general public can't sit on the beach except in confined areas which makes it very difficult during spring break. The only complaint about the resort is that they didn't send an email about the code for the door until the time of check-in. I didn't have phone or e-mail access since there was limited cell coverage in that area. Most places will send this well in advance.

This is the place to stay in Siesta key! Been coming here for many years and even though the ownership has changed the quality has not declined. They graciously accommodated us even though some of the units in their other buildings were not ready for our arrival. In the main building where we stayed we saw no evidence of any damage. It was clean and had everything we needed. It was delightful, and we will be back!

Great place to stay. A few steps to the beach. Very clean and spacious. Chairs, umbrella and beach towels included. Close to center were you will find many restaurants. This is my second stay. I highly recommended.

Loved staying here, so convenient to the beach, beautiful cottages, quiet. We walked to dinner a few nights, easy walk. We had plenty of room and the use of umbrellas, wagon, chairs and a cooler were very much appreciated!
