The worst hotel stay ive had in years.. completely the opposite of a Marriott class hotel. The staff was extremely rude, gross, and unprofessional.. the condition of our room was terrible.. im not making it up when I say the room looked like it belonged in a crime scene. There were bullet holes covered up paint as well as a funky smell in the room as well as around the hotel. The maintenance guys were cleaning our door and just our door most of the time as well as just I don't know, it gave a very creepy vibe to the hotel in general. And last but not least, the hot breakfast that didn't exist. Marriott always does a good job, and this was disgusting on how this hotel could even be accepted by marriott's quality. It should have been a Motel 6 or even an extended stay or a travel lodge or something that's what this hotel? Advertises itself, the pool is gross. The rooms are gross. They don't have towels the market's never stocked, and it's overexpensive, and despite the gentleman behind the counter, openly scratching his a** in front of my wife was kind of icing on the cake, if you will, I will not be staying here ever again. And I honestly questioned marriott's quality after this experience.

Car was broken into. No security onsite and outdated cameras nor enough around premises. I was notified by staff that night manager witnessed break in. Claims she heard window break but has no information on car. Only that vehicle pulled up and two guys got out. Mind you I was three cars parked from front door. Why weren’t the police called? Why was there no police report? How could you not have more information concerning the manager was right out front smoking cigarette??? BEWARE!!!

We had never stayed in a property with a kitchen previously. This was great! We were able to cook a special dinner for my birthday. The room was spacious, clean and came equipped with everything we needed. I will look for this brand of Marriott when we want to have the option to cook for ourselves on our trips in the future. They even had a gas grill outside under a patio that guests could use. We grill our meal.

The hotel itself was nice. The area around the hotel seemed economically depressed. The hotel was running on about half power. We had lights in our room but no electrical outlets were working. When we wanted to cancel our stay to move somewhere else (because of the power issue) we had to fight to get partially refunded and the staff was evasive leaving us on hold indefinitely and hanging up "accidentally" several times over the course of two days of phone calls. Seemed like they should have been better supported and ready to assist their guests in this kind of event, but they seemed unprepared.

Overall very nice facility! No staff at the desk when we walked in but didn’t take long for staff to come out and she was super nice and professional! Pool was smaller than it seemed from the picture and didn’t seem very sanitary. Our shower had a stain but otherwise seemed upkept and nicely furnished. Overall we would come back 😀

7$ per night for the parking …why don’t you include this for everyone, I doubt many customers come to your hotel without a car … furthermore, maybe you could teach your desk employees where to locate the hotel on the paper map you’re offering at the arrival, that would help (or just don’t present paper map)

There were so many cockroaches scattering everywhere. Every time we walked in the room I had to kill many of them. Netflix would not work no matter what I tried and staff didn’t know how to help. Fire alarm went off for more than 30 minutes early in the morning and made us miss our flight back home. Had to book a later flight. Totally unacceptable.

The bathroom door did not close. Not level. Diswasher was halfway out not secured under counter top. Entryway floors were very dirty w/ huge sticky spots. Front of refrigerator was all beaten up. Place needs talot of attention.

The room had everything we needed and and a few Xtra unexpected niceties. Very comfy bed. Super nice walk-in shower, with perfect temp and water pressure. Room temp was also perfect. Overall no complaints and will definitely stay again!

The clerk at the front desk told me he needed to charge my credit card for incidentals, BUT INSTEAD, he charged my credit card for the full amount of the room that I already paid for through Orbitz. Then he said only the manager could process a refund, but the manager was offsite and never came in to process the refund. I will not stay at a hotel again that doesn't empower its employees to process refund transactions.

Easy and quick access to freeway. Facility was average. Major turn off was the front desk personnel. The two we encountered had no hospitable bone in their bodies. In fact we received more hospitable efforts from the cleaning staff. Apparently hanging out at the office directly behind the front desk is more important than servicing people waiting for front desk service.

Everything was clean and in good shape. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The pillows really did need replacing though. The area is not a high end area but it was a less expensive place to stay for a visit to Austin. My family of 4 was comfortable and the Uber was only about $20 each way to go downtown. There is a HEB, a movie theater and a couple of restaurants close by.

It’s like there isn’t any staff here. When I checked in I stood at the desk fifteen minutes before someone came to the desk. Then she checked me in, while not saying one word to me, except asking for my credit card. Weird! The time staff wasn’t any better. I needed to purchase a few things , and again waited a long time before someone showed up. Then she barely looked at me, and grumbled “do you want to put it on your room”. Makes this place feel unsafe! I travel a lot for work, don’t need much, but you want to feel like the staff is friendly. Not here

I really enjoyed my stay. It was very conveniently located and I liked that there was an option to visit the movie theater right next to the hotel. I loved the cleanliness and the modern feel. My one complaint is lack of variety in the breakfast but other than that, I’ll definitely be staying again.

The Room is a fully equipped efficiency apartment, with Fridge, range, toaster, cooking ware, pans, etc. walking distance to several Restaurants and Movie Theater. My Wife and I loved, this our second time Staying there. We will come back since is very close to my mother in law ‘s house!

The actual hotel was very nice, but the hotels near and around this one were not the nicest. There was a large homeless population around the property and the surrounding hotels were not family friendly. I liked this hotel, but would not stay again due to the surrounding area.

Room not cleaned. Someone did enter our room and turned on the TV to LOUD Spanish music and left it on. But they did not take out the garbage. They did take 2 towels and did not replace them with clean ones. AC was noisy. Carpet smelt like urine. Guests above us had a party until 3 AM!! Breakfast was terrible. Food ran out. No coffee. Service not great. No one was ever at front desk to talk about issues.
