The pool was closed for maintenance. The sister property was 30 mins away they said we could go there. Room was clean but water damage could be seen in the bathroom and there was damage visible in the room.

Resort and rooms were very clean and well maintained. Was close to markets and dining options. Did not like the pool was under maintenance and they offered another pool which was a 30 mins deive away. Getting to our room was hard, the resort felt like a maze and getting lost was easy.

This property has potential but definitely needs work. You pay a resort fee for use of the pool (pool liner disintegrating), hot tub, and game room (few games and claw machines). Room number one had mold in the bedroom around the vent for the AC and paint was peeling off walls in the bathroom. Room #2 was better, although still a touch of mold. Our trip was cut short when I stepped into the hot tub and burned myself pretty well, only to discover it was over 110 degrees.

The apartment was clean and in good condition. The lodge desk staff was helpful. The pool was really nice. The weight room had some broken equipment and needed an update and it would’ve been nice to have some hooks outside by the hot tub. I also noticed that the showerhead in our bathroom was hilariously low and barely tall enough to get my head under at 5 foot five. Overall, we had a good visit and it is good for families with really convenient parking by the front door.

Big property, nice rooms with full kitchens and everything you woud need. Property is dated Pool area is clean and the hot tub is great to have at the end of the day. room cleanliness could be a bit better in the small detail areas like curtains, windows.. con webs etc. Our overall stay was great and priced right. We would or will stay again.

Beware families or anyone with 4 people. We booked one night and knew our kids would need to sleep on the pull out sofa bed. No problem, we’ve done that before. The problem was when I went to pull out the bed it was filthy. The bed was covered in crumbs, popcorn and hair… yes, including what looked like a pubic hair. I contacted the front desk and they said sorry and I could come downstairs (actually across the enormous resort) and grab some new sheets. Couldn’t someone come up and just fix it I asked? “No, there isn’t anyone from housekeeping on staff right now. And honestly, they wouldn’t come up unless we were staying the full week.” The bare minimum you expect of a place is a clean bed and they couldn’t even provide that. Also, I think think someone pooped in the pool earlier. I was told the pool was going to be closed “one hour” due to an “incident.” Of course hours later and I think the next morning was still closed leaving my kids crushed and me sleeping on the pubes sofa bed

First off, this is not a hotel, it is a timeshare, which was not disclosed on Hotels.com. There was no housekeeping service. You could get more towels, etc from the front desk. You were expected to remove your own garbage and recycling if full and strip the beds. The entire property is shabby. Our sliding door wouldn’t lock when we arrived. The window wasn’t locked. We were on the first floor. The doors dragged on the floor, the sofa was ripped, curtains had stains, carpet was dirty and the entire unit had an odor. We could hear every toilet flush around us. We were awoken every morning at 6 am by flushing. They have DVD’s that you could borrow, all old movies, but the player wouldn’t work. The pictures shown of the property show places to sit outside. They were all in the sun next to the parking lot. There are 4 electric charging spaces, which only worked for Teslas, although not marked. The sign read, electric vehicle parking only. We parked there one evening, but the plug didn’t fit. Based on the sign we stayed parked there. At 12:10 am we were wakened by a phone call threatening to tow us if we didn’t move our car. That others needed the space. We explained that we were abiding by the signage. The threat was reiterated. In 8 days only one car parked in any of the 4 spaces. All of this for only $300 per night. Never again.

The second room they gave us was pretty clean.The first room was not very clean and smelled weird, stuffy air and very warm on the 5th floor.The hot tub had a brown tint and i was told it's the color of the paint but it's not true. We were there a week and it changed after it rained to a normal color. Than looked brown the day after. I actually ended up with a UTI after going in it for 2 days. Not sure what happened. The pool was nice and warm. The bed was comfy in the 2nd room and the room was very spacious. The staff was pleasantly nice. We usually stay at the sister resort for our anniversary, (The Berkshire Resort vacation village). I screwed up and booked the wrong one this time. Overall it was a pleasant stay and worth the money. Lots of shopping right in the area! I would probably stay again if the other resort had no space, but i would avoid the hot tub and check my room before unloading baggage.

We’ve stayed here a bunch of times and always have a good experience. The rooms are well designed, and the service is very good. The only things we’ve had issues with are the beds are very uncomfortable and the air conditioning is uneven in that it is always more intense in the common area than in the bedroom or bathroom. We would stay here even more often if these two things were improved.

The hotel was exactly what we needed for. Quick trip to the Berkshires. Great location. The room was clean and the staff was helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were soft. The only reason it’s 4 and not 5 stars is the air conditioning is located in the living room area and not the bedroom, so it gets hot at night.

One of the nicest suites I have ever stayed in. It had a generous kitchen with good appliances, a good dining table for four, a large sofa, and a decent desk. The bedroom and bathroom felt spacious but not excessive. Everything seemed clean and new. It would have been very comfortable for an extended stay.

Very comfortable and clean with lots of towels/pillows and numerous standard kitchen supplies in the beautiful recently renovated kitchen. Along with a toaster and microwave oven there was even a blender on the kitchen counter and the fridge freezer has an automatic ice maker. Our one bedroom suite was very spacious with a king size bed; the living room was large as well with a full sofa(bed) and side chair and coffee table. Both the living room and bedroom had large televisions. From our room we heard very few sounds from any neighbors, so it was exceptionally quiet. Bathroom hot water was plentiful. The tub/shower was not as renovated as the kitchen but was very clean and provided a very enjoyable shower experience. Aside from the front door binding and squeaking when opening/closing, there really were not any negatives to complain about.

It was a great central spot for our plans in the Berkshires. The place is quiet and the staff is friendly. The rooms are very large with a stocked kitchen, dishwasher, dining table, etc. The pull out sofa has a thinner mattress so don't expect a lot of comfort, but the king bed was good. A/C could be better in bedroom.

Please train customer service for the front desk and maintenance people. I couldn't open the room door and had to go and back front desk three times． The front lady did reset the card key and told me that the key should be away from electromagnetic power． She should think about other ways to deal with the problem instead of doing the same thing three times.

They could not find our Expedia reservations . Confirmation number did not help . Thankfully they found a room for us but not through reservation that I made . Also their elevators were not working so we had to bring all our stuff and ski equipment to the fourth floor with no elevators. It’s a work out

Stay at BML was amazing. We booked for a business trip and could not have been happier. Service was amazing at checking us in at 2am. Our staff got to enjoy the pool and hot tub before our event. Movie night was pretty cool although we didn't have a chance to participate. Rooms were clean and we loved the door opening in the living room viewing outside. I also loved that u could get coffee anytime i wanted (besides making some in the room) We will definitely book again if we are ever in the Lenox area!! 10/10

Check in was awful. The front desk staff could not locate our reservation. The gentleman was rude when in fact it was his mistake in misunderstanding the pronunciation of our last name. When I couldn’t remember my license plate I was told that I couldn’t call down after with the information. We have two little kids who needed to use the restroom and it was just not an easy process. I had to go outside and retrieve the plate number when it could have just been a quick call after getting our kids settled.

Be aware that they also charge a $150 "hold" on your payment card. Not a big deal, but also not mentioned anywhere i saw until I was doing thrift the online check in process. (24+hrs after check out, the hold hasn't released yet... no idea how long it'll take to clear.) Otherwise, the hotel is very nicely maintained, the days was EXCELLENT. The kitchen was stocked really well with all the things we needed to be able to make our own meals. There's a grocery store right across the street as well. The view of the mountain as sunset was breathtaking! We would stay here again.

Receptionist at check-in was cold, apathetic, apparently over this job and anyone coming to the desk…really sets a $200+ weeknight stay off on the wrong foot. Nice view from the room of a wide open dumpster right below. Family in the area, but I won’t be back.

I was surprised by the undisclosed(until we arrived) $150 security deposit. There were also a number of additional threats of charges we had to initial to sign in. Stayed an extra day and had to wait 15 minutes to repeat the process of signing in. Required proof of payment. (I couldn’t book the room without paying on Expedia in advance) Tv didn’t work. Waited 25 minutes and called again before someone was sent to replace it. Nice guy.

Nice resort hotel with plenty of on-site options including fitness center, heated indoor pool, outdoor hot tub, and game room. The rooms have a full kitchen with a pleasant view. Shopping is nearby. Easy to get around the Berkshires to see local sites or go fishing or hiking. Nice place and good for families.

don’t let the low rate fool you…this is very nice. comfortable, and roomy. it’s a suite…full kitchen, with plates, and glasses, and silverware. microwave, blender(!), full size fridge. tv in living room and bedroom. a stop and shop literally across the road. pool, exercise room. nice size bathroom. south of downtown, ez access to lenox and south county.

Comfortable bed, spacious rooms, nice kitchenette and appliances, friendly staff, nice pool, wi-fi excellent, and great price. Some amenities listed on website were not available (ping-pong, vouchers for breakfast at a nearby restaurant, walking trails on site) or needed repair (jacuzzi- though the motor had recently broken down and was quickly replaced), communication between maintenance and front desk staff (who were unaware that the jacuzzi wasn't working and that it wouldn't be repaired for a few days, which wasn't accurate).

Absolutely spotless clean. I get skeeved out but every corner was exceptionally clean. It’s safe and plenty of parking. We only stayed for an overnight. If you’re looking for a place where you can walk to shops/restaurants/activities, the Berkshires isn’t the place and this hotel is not walkable. Oh except to the Stop&Shop grocery which is actually convenient because the kitchen is stocked with everything you need to create a meal if that’s what you’re after. Had the best shower ever because I’ve never experienced water pressure so good. Felt like I was standing under Niagara Falls.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The king size beds were great. I had hoped for a breakfast option at the hotel. That would be a nice addition. Otherwise, it's a very nice place convenient to Lenox and Tanglewood.

This place consists of spacious one bedroom apartments for the same price as a typical hotel room in the area. It just lacks daily maid service and a restaurant on premises. There’s free coffee in the lobby, but no free breakfast. However, food is available at the supermarket next door and at nearby restaurants in the neighborhood. My only complaint is that the rooms could use more waste baskets. All in all, an excellent place to stay.

The small kitchen in the unit is perfect for families to make breakfast before venturing out for the day. Lots more space than a typical hotel.
