The continental breakfast is the best I have ever seen ( the piece de resistance was having salsa available for scrambled eggs). The Hotel looks brand new as if it was opened a few months ago. There were a number of amenities (outdoor heated pool, work out facilities, a bank of EV charges in the rear) for a business person to enjoy. Service was first rate and actually engaged with the night auditor to make a snack purchase and the price was not exorbitant. Very wide hall ways with very good sound proofing. Rooms were spacious and organized with a nice efficiency area to enable extended stays. Can’t say enough good about my visit

Towneplace Suites in Chattanooga, (East Ridge)Tennessee, is absolutely wonderful.! It was packed with extras that most hotels don't offer. A very large refrigerator and freezer and a dishwasher with everything you would need to cook a meal and eat in your room. Of course, they have a swimming pool, and a very nice gym, but I was really impressed with the fire pit with ample seating for everybody to enjoy. There is also a free breakfast and it was really good. I love fresh waffles and certain toppings. They had so many toppings to choose from. Also a good variety of different things to choose from. There was fresh coffee,tea and cocoa any time of day. The staff was great! Extremely nice and helpful. It is a pet friendly hotel and we were really impressed with the free dog treats. N

My family stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and it was great. It was very clean and comfortable with good amenities like free breakfast, pool, workout room, guest laundry, and little kitchen. The staff was very friendly and helpful, too. We enjoyed the quieter location and beautiful view as well. I highly recommend this hotel!

Front desk staff was incredibly courteous and helpful. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Very comfortable mattresses. Parking lot and area around hotel is open and well maintained - feels safer than some other nearby hotels. Minor issues - AC fan should have constant on function to stabilize room temperature a little better and hotel allowed cargo truck and vehicles with trailers to park in the main parking lot which made parking a little more difficult than it should’ve been.

My check in was very quick, the guy at the desk was very friendly! Rooms were extremely clean and spacious. The closet was great. The only complaint I could have , the shower water pressure wasnt the best and also we booked because of the pool but the pool wasnt open at the time. Other than that we loved our stay

Great location near to camp Jordan. Breakfast was better than most, the bed was better than most, there was ALWAYS hot coffee and ice water available, and although I had to stay on the first floor while the hotel was packed with very loud teenagers, the room did have a bit of a foyer with a separate door which helped to mitigate the noise. Highly recommend

For a newer property both the kitchen and bathroom were infested with ants. The bed was comfortable and fortunately the ants had not made it that far. Very disappointed.

When we first arrived I thought it was a really great property. Very nice and clean looking, but at 4:00 in the morning we found they were ants in the kitchen area and had to go outside to throw away a box with a croissant in it. Then we got up for breakfast and found that most of the food was gone, including hot water.

The hotel was nice overall. However, woke up this morning to an investation of ants that were all over the desk and food item that had brought back to the room the night before. The ants were allover and inside my girlfriends purse. The hotel GM apologized but only offered to credit one night's stay vs two stays. This incident really ruin the stay for us as my girlfriend had to completely empty her bag and discard items that were covered in ants.

We checked in around midnight and the man working the desk was very welcoming. Great customer service. Our room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It was the cleanest hotel we had stayed in a very long time. We would definitely stay again.

This was one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in. Even the parking lot looked like someone had taken a leaf blower to it. I literally could not find one piece of garbage or debris in the entire parking lot!! The hotel room was clean and modern. The lighting was nice and the beds were comfortable. We only stayed one night but I would highly recommend this hotel. Very nice!!

Newly built, all looks fresh new. We had 2 queen bed suite, plenty of space, had large refrigerator with Microwave, electric stove, necessary cooking utensils, kitchen sink etc in a compact space. Wish to stay more days.

We just needed a place for one night during our road trip. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here longer! So clean! The room was very spacious, the beds were comfortable! Full sized Body wash, shampoo & conditioner in the shower. The kitchenette would be wonderful for longer stays. 2 burner electric stove top, small dishwasher, fridge,microwave & all the pots/pans, silverware, real glassware, plates supplied. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve seen. Hot egg choices, sausage, make your own waffles with lots of topping choices. Cereals, yogurts, hard boiled eggs. Instant oatmeal varieties with about 10 different toppings to add. Juices. Coffee, milk. Hotel is in a quiet area literally feet from the state line. Convenient off the interstate. Staff was friendly. Check in easy.

Large room size at a very reasonable price. Staff is very nice and accommodating. Pets allowed. Good free buffet. Bed so so for me personally. Stayed 2 nights but no housekeeping service for us. Air conditioning in room worked but was not able to provide an even temperature. You were either hot or cold.

Had high hopes due to other reviews. Studio suite fell far short of expectations. “Sofa bed” is not meant for any human to sleep on. Horribly uncomfortable. Breakfast was average at best, with overcooked eggs and pancakes that tasted like they were straight from the microwave. Overall a clean facility with friendly staff. But we will look for other options for our next weekend trip.

A very nice place to stay. Staff went above and beyond when checking in and checking out. We did have a small issue with housekeeping but the manager on duty took care of everything immediately. Would definitely recommend.

Front desk staff was incredibly courteous and helpful. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Very comfortable mattresses. Parking lot and area around hotel is open and well maintained - feels safer than some other nearby hotels. Minor issues - AC fan should have constant on function to stabilize room temperature a little better and hotel allowed cargo truck and vehicles with trailers to park in the main parking lot which made parking a little more difficult than it should’ve been.

The property seemed newly built and fresh. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was large. The only minor issue was upon check in when the clerk gave no helpful info as to where the room was, the best area in which to park for easy access to the room, and the time of breakfast service. However, that didn’t affect the quality of the room or hotel!

Wow!! We stay in Chattanooga a couple times a year and have struggled to find the right place. Finally found it!! Gorgeous spot - not far off 75 so convenient. Sparkling clean! Room is huge and has evening we needed. Front desk staff was wonderful. This will be our place we stay from now on!

We were just stopping for the night while traveling through to the Smokies. The area around the Hotel was beautiful, clean and quiet. Can’t say that about every place in Chattanooga but it was nice there.

We just needed a place for one night during our road trip. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here longer! So clean! The room was very spacious, the beds were comfortable! Full sized Body wash, shampoo & conditioner in the shower. The kitchenette would be wonderful for longer stays. 2 burner electric stove top, small dishwasher, fridge,microwave & all the pots/pans, silverware, real glassware, plates supplied. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve seen. Hot egg choices, sausage, make your own waffles with lots of topping choices. Cereals, yogurts, hard boiled eggs. Instant oatmeal varieties with about 10 different toppings to add. Juices. Coffee, milk. Hotel is in a quiet area literally feet from the state line. Convenient off the interstate. Staff was friendly. Check in easy.

Great location near to camp Jordan. Breakfast was better than most, the bed was better than most, there was ALWAYS hot coffee and ice water available, and although I had to stay on the first floor while the hotel was packed with very loud teenagers, the room did have a bit of a foyer with a separate door which helped to mitigate the noise. Highly recommend

Absolutely beautiful hotel and we will definitely stay again! Everything from our front desk contact to our room was exceptional...until we went down for breakfast the next morning. There were no clean bowls or milk for cereal, and no hot food available. There were dirty bowls near the cereal. We inquired at the front desk and eventually someone brought out milk and bowls when we asked. We were told that there would be a wait for hot food. It was very disappointing and marred the perfect rating I would have given the hotel to that point! I'm hoping that it was a fluke and that we won't have that breakfast experience when we stay in March!

Our room was on the ground floor. The doors of the rooms near ours woke us up every time someone used one. So loud. Breakfast was okay but they stopped providing eggs 15 minutes before breakfast ended so we dis. Very disappointing.

Had high hopes due to other reviews. Studio suite fell far short of expectations. “Sofa bed” is not meant for any human to sleep on. Horribly uncomfortable. Breakfast was average at best, with overcooked eggs and pancakes that tasted like they were straight from the microwave. Overall a clean facility with friendly staff. But we will look for other options for our next weekend trip.
