Minimino hotel

Quaint stay, small rooms with just enough space for you to feel comfortable without being cramped. Hockey arena, train station, subway/bus terminal, and tram stops in close proximity. Walkable to city center and attractions if you are able to walk a few kilometers without issue, or take the public transportation options; Uber to the airport was convenient as well. There is a grocery close by, and some places to eat but we spent most of our time on this trip seeing the city center and attractions. The breakfast was good (I suggest going right as it opens to avoid crowds). There is no TV or phone in the rooms, and the air-con was not doing so well in our room for the stay, but the nights were cool and we would turn off the air-con and open a window once the sun set. Staff at front desk is helpful, housekeeping will come by to tidy up the bathroom each day, and though the walls do allow noise from your neighbors rooms, it is not unless they are really loud that you notice. Bring a longer charging cord as some of the plugs are in less-convienant reach.

Better than expected. Clean room, nice amenities, great breakfast and polite staff. Its mainly a youth place, so some noise can be expected, but thats not a bad thing. It makes it lively and the location is great too.

Staff were super helpful and nice. Breakfast was decently stocked but not the best quality food. Rooms were noisy. Can hear all the noise from the hallways especially when people are having breakfast and when the reception phone rings. Our room had a mildew smell and flies. We pulled back the mattress and found a big mess on the floor under the bed. The staff were notified and they cleaned it up right away.

Terrible price

Nice hotel in a calm area within reach of the centre. An good balance between budget i.e. priceworthy choice and privacy. Recommended for single travellers or business folks.
