Parking area was well lit and we felt safe walking in late at night. Staff was friendly and courteous. The carpet in the hallway was not the cleanest but thankfully the room and everything inside it were clean. They had liquid soaps locked up on a wall which works fine for adults but were not reachable for my kid. The sink is smaller than it appeared on the pictures. Overall it was a good experience and the price was reasonable.

Multiple cars, including mine was broken into in the back parking lot. Back area is dark, under construction and the hotel doesnt seem to have adequate security. Nothing of value was left inside the vehicle, so luckily for me, it only cost me a window.

Had an excellant experience staying here, from the moment we walked in, the young man that checked us in was excellant. Friendly, advised us of places to eat close by, let us know the pool was open, etc. The room was clean and very spacious. Top floor, we had a great view of downtown Austin skyline! The breakfast was excellant with plenty of choices. I will stay here again.

The carpet was very dirty and dingy. It had a lot of big stains and dead bugs on it. Smelled bad and looked like they had not vacuum cleaned in quite awhile. The toilet was noisy and it was difficult to get a good night sleep. On checkout day the cleaning lady knocked on our door at 915am claiming we needed to have been checked out already and they needed to clean the room. She was a little rude. According to the reservation, check out time was at 11am

The room smelled terrible. It has a strong odor of musk, damp mildew smell, horrible . It was so bad it started to itch on my throat as I breathed. I asked to be moved and was denied because they were fully booked. The front desk manager said it was the chemical cleaning agents used but I went to tow other rooms and they did not smell. They could not even provide an air freshener as the where out. Terrible experience.i stayed in room 201, avoid this room at all cost.

The hotel really needs renovations. The bathroom walls and ceiling were all peeling. The thermostat was not properly attached to the wall. The water pressure was very low and beds were very uncomfortable.

AC in my room did not work properly during our stay. Maintenance never came to fix the problem. We were offered a smaller room but no guarantees the AC would be better and we were not allowed to check if the AC worked better in that room. We opted to stay in the first room. Room temperature was barely ok, area by the bathroom was not cool enough for the most part. Beds were ok, room was clean, fridge was off when we arrived, we turned it on and after a few hours it could be used. Bathroom was ok. Staff was helpful and friendly for the most part. Fixing the AC should be a priority as temps were hitting the 100's every day.

Stayed one night in one room. Two nights in a different room. The 2nd room had a toilet seat that was very loose. Complained about it Sunday morning . At end of day, it was not fixed. I said, "loan me a screwdriver and I'll fix it." Was told nobody had one.

Nice Comfortable rooms but started out bad when we arrived, the front desk did not have computers up and running. System crashed so that delayed the check in process. I also forgot a charger and I called to hold it for me but they have not notified me of it. Telling me that somebody kept.

Manager was disgusting and yelling at me. I tried to say that room was loud and she said thats not her problem. She said to take up with Expedia ? The room is very new and neat. I heard the front-desk staff said they just done remodeling for this hotel. The breakfast is also nice (enough for me) with eggs, bagels, sausage, yogurt, fruits, and coffee. It is very close to downtown Austin, and about driving 30 minutes to San Marcos Outlet, I believe many people come for shopping. To San Antonio, driving about one hour.

The breakfast was not up to standards I am used to seeing at this price level hotel. Biscuits, yes gravy, no. Fruit choices, not great. Bacon very good, sausage I would normt eat. Better than none at all, clean and convenient, but dissapointed compared to Hampton.

Great stay. Wonderful hot breakfast, constantly being restocked. Good selection of foods. Room was clean. Big bottles of Dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and lotion in the bathroom connected to the walls so plenty for all 4 people in my family. Easy check in.
