Clean room with great amenities. Your manager was so nice and accommodating

They didn't give us the room we booked on Expedia. The room itself was dated and okay clean. They never responded to any of our texts and there's no front desk support. Grab some toilet paper and tissues from the Supply Closet early as they're not always there. The room we were in needed a second nightstand and a towel ring for the handout in the bathroom. The hot water was also extremely hot. Bed was okay but there was only one table chair to sit in.

The room could have been a little cleaner. Window shades need to be replaced. Pictures could be hung in a more symmetrical way. TV was not operable.

We arrived from out of state to check in. There’s no one there to assist us. A text message indicates you contact them via a provided thread however no one responded. There’s a phone number but I attempted several times to contact them. No one answers the phone and you can’t leave a message. This place runs on auto pilot and there is no service. Our room smelled of mildew and the carpet has many obvious stains. If your idea of Bed and Breakfast is a granola bar and a cup of coffee from the kurig you will be pleased.
