Loved this was in the middle of lots of shopping. 24 hour hot tub and heated pool. Food was lukewarm at 730 for breakfast but other than that it was all amazing! Staff was friendly.

I only stayed at the property for the indoor pool & hot tub and breakfast. The hot tub and pool were down, they were working on an electrical issue, so it wasn’t as if it’s been down for months. The breakfast apparently is over at 9am. My teenager sleeps in, so that didn’t workout. The staff still hooked me up with some left overs. I’m not sure the breakfast was worth it anyways. We went to the Costco nearby and got early lunch. The facilities were clean and staff was helpful. It was much nicer than I anticipated.

I Hate that the Pool isn’t 24 hours with no kids after 10 anymore. Me and my Wife have use this hotel at least 4 or 5 times in the past. This will be our last visit. Because the only reason we booked here was because of the 24 hour pool. And no kids after 10.

The property pictures online are nice. However, the property was not up to par. The ceiling in the bathroom was cracking, the showerhead water was barely coming out, the water in the hot tub smelled like fish and the pool water was very murky. Health and human services need to inspect these things. I will be asking for a refund for my stay, because the stay was awful. The only plus was the breakfast!!!

Morning/daytime staff guy was awesome. The indoor pool was pretty cold and hot tub was broken and those were the entire reason we picked this hotel. The breakfast was better than average, coffee was not very good. Room was comfortable and good temperature.

They need to turn the hot tub to at least the minimum temperature to call it a hot tub. After traveling all day we wanted a nice relaxing soak but barely warm enough to be considered bath water. Disappointed in the AC/heat unit in room. Made awful disturbing noises all night.

Beautiful courtyard with a splash pad for the kiddos and 24 hr indoor pool. Needs a bit updating outside but wow I have stayed at 5 star hotels that don’t offer these kind of amenities. Staff was amazing.

I had a great stay with you guys.The grounds and interior are very clean and beautiful i loved the pool and Jacuzzi the kiddi area is very nice as well. I wish the bar was still open though but thats ok. The staff is very friendly and engaging. Plastic utensils and hand towels would be nice in the rooms. I will definetely be back soon for sure

Please do not stay here. There was one person working and the wait to check in was eternal. The room was DISGUSTING and smelled like dog. There were hairs everywhere, the floors were disgusting, and there was blood on the toilet seat. The kids wanted to go to the pool, we went, it was also disgusting. You couldn’t see your feet once in the water, same with hot tub. The floors were filthy, dead bugs on all the window sills, just gross. We were just there for about an hour and decided ti check out. I’ll be reaching out to customer care for a refund.

Friendly staff. Room was cold. Pool was great. I did not get the King suite I booked. Bathroom was filthy— counter had black sticky stuff on it, toilet was dirty & the shower was disgusting. Showerheads & Glass door was full of mildew. Had to thoroughly clean myself to even use the restroom. Refuse to shower there. Checked out as soon as we could.

I would say the customer service is amazing they try breakfast was good how ever the phone system do not work so calling down to front desk or local calls was impossible phone didn’t work the internet didn’t work I couldn’t work from home so I had to take 2 days off because of bad internet room 205 should be deep clean before it rent out to anybody dog or cat pee all over you can smell it and the floor is sticky I kept informing front desk of phone and they new the internet was bad they just kept apologizing but it didn’t help I had to miss work and my kids caught a sinus infection from the cat or dog hair and pee I am disappointed i kept informing them and they act like i had to come down every day anytime i had a question instead of being able to call like I expected

The hotel was nice and clean. My complaint is the pillows went flat and no blanket just a thin sheet. The air conditioning work wonder but it sure was cold with the thin sheets provided. We loved the shower with all the extra shower heads.

I loved my room and the indoor pool. My only complaint is we couldn’t get the TV to work it kept displaying network status error. I did ask the front desk and he offered to come up and check but my boyfriend was sleeping and had to wake up early. The breakfast didn’t offer any meat options but was good.

The staff was very helpful, but only because the business center's printer did not work. My room was updated, nice bed and other furnishings (the 5 shower jets were very nice), but it had a musty smell. I had to work while in my room, but afterwards a little TV would have been nice... My TV remote did not work. It turned on, but I could not change channels. The area had a lot of food options, and was centrally located to my job sites..but also had several men, just hanging out in the parking lot and just outside the side door. There were a few women just hanging out in the lobby, talking loudly with bad language.. (they were there when I arrived, still there when I left for dinner and again when I came back from dinner).The store down the street was the same, men sitting on the sidewalk, and inside.

We stayed at this La Quinta location because our daughter was staying there, too, during her trip to Houston. It was a great stay for our short trip. The front desk clerks, especially Ally, were very friendly and helpful. It was no problem, for example, to get extra pillows. The room was spacious and included a kitchenette. We had plenty of hot water and good water pressure though the water was very hard. The bed was very firm. Fine for my husband but harder than I like. I’m glad we only stayed for one night for that reason. Checkout was a breeze but they should consider adding a drop box for key cards.

The staff Ally was very rude. My card was charged extra after my room was paid for and I was placing my card on file for incidentals and was told my card would not be charged however my card was still charged the amount of the room for the night if my card was going to be charged that should have been said. And incidentals to my knowledge is 100$. I still have not received my funds back after the general manager said she refunded it to Expedia when I didn’t use Expedia for booking and the funds should have went back to the card they took it from. Ally was very rude my entire two weeks I stayed there gave me a hard time every time it was time for checking in. The general manager said they would not extend my stay again based off what her employee did wrong at the end of the day customer service is everything and it’s uncalled for to be rude when it’s your fault just fix the mistake. However that wasn’t taking into consideration I refuse to ever stay at this hotel again. And I encourage any and everyone to always deal with Jose or Eduardo they are the only ones that provide great customer service.

This was our second and definitely our last stay at this hotel. After 10pm, someone barged into our room while my children and I were sleeping—the front desk had mistakenly given another guest our room number and key. This was not only shocking but incredibly unsafe. I immediately tried calling the front desk, but no one answered. When I went in person to speak with the front desk attendant, he had no explanation for how this happened. The next morning, I spoke with the manager, who was condescending and dismissive. She actually asked me to help them figure out what went wrong, saying they “need a new key system” and claiming we were “supposed to be in room 411” (we were in room 211). After pressing the issue, I finally received an apology, but she tried to downplay the situation by saying it was just a “mistake” and the front desk agent “flipped through the keys and gave the wrong one.” This didn’t add up—I had done pre-check-in and my key was already prepared with my check-in paperwork. There was no flipping through anything. Beyond this serious breach of security, the pool area is unsafe—the tile surrounding it is extremely slippery and hazardous, especially for children. During our first visit, a homeless couple spent hours in the business area on the public computer, making the space feel uncomfortable and unmonitored. The property itself is just okay, but after this incident, I no longer feel it’s a safe or profes

I had to constantly ask for towels for myself and kids. Received attitude about that from one staff member. It was noisy. The bathroom light didn’t work told staff an “oh ok” was responded. Pool area no towels available and extremely hot in the room.

Website stated we could have a free rollaway bed. After arriving they say no because of fire hazard. I had to make a pallet on the floor for one of my kids. Staff was ok but seemed over worked. They had trouble finding supplies to make a pallet for my child and never even provided the extra pillow we requested.

This facility is located in a very unsafe area close to the interstate. It also has blind spots in the parking of area with one one way in and out. Two vehicles were burglarized overnight. Will NOT stay there again!!!!

Really nice hotel! This hotel was weirdly placed, like the backyard patio was viewing an auto shop; and you have to be coming from a certain direction to pull into the parking lot of the place... but it was no big deal! Just not crazy romantic lol. Pool/hottub seemed super nice, too, we just didn't have time to use it. Breakfast was amazingly well done— Potatos were exceptional and no notes. Great breakfast!! And the staff was super kind. Rooms were clean and spacious. Laundry room on each floor was clean, too! Took full advantage of those and would stay again!!

It is difficult to enter and exit the premises with ongoing construction. There is no other exit also which is a safety concern. There is also no provision if one wakes up late. one will be added another day’s worth? Otherwise, the facade is lovely.

The property is located in a great area, was very clean and the rooms were a nice sized. The front desk night shift and morning shift staff were great! Breakfast was great and delicious and offered a variety. Parking was good. I had no issues. I will gladly return!

Staff was friendly & helpful. Cabinets in the hotel room were old & chipped, and some of the grout in the tiles were coming apart and my husband stubbed his toe on a tile that came up. Biggest disappointment though was the breakfast bar. I wish we would’ve known it was so heavily regulated so we could’ve booked with a different hotel. We weren’t allowed to leave the breakfast area to bring our food to our room, and we weren’t allowed to go sit outside. The food was bland as well. And we had to present ‘coupons’ to show we were allowed to get breakfast. It was all very disappointing.

This was our second time staying here. Staff was helpful, I had to print out some paperwork and they helped me by printing it out with no fee. Breakfast was good they even had a waffle maker the shape of Texas. Very cute!
