Good clean room and cool..it was hot outside but ice maker near our room was broken and had to walk all the way to the front desk to get ice.. just a little inconvenient, but overall very good.

Very comfortable room with pleasant amenities. Desk staff was welcoming and kind. We didn't get to swim, but the pool was sparkling clean and looked very nice. Breakfast was convenient, with two-- TWO!-- waffle irons. We enjoyed our brief stay, and the next time we come to Fort Worth, we'll stay again!

booked this hotel because it had a pool, no where did it say it was closed for another week when I was booking, its a nice place to stay but they should really put what is going on there so people will know before spending their money.

The pool was AMAZING. Loved it. The room was nice and clean. The free breakfast was nice. The tap water was actually good-tasting. The bed was comfy but the bed covers felt rather like a curtain and diaper for some reason so bring your own blanket.Lots of great movie and news stations on the television. Microwave and fridge in the room were nice. There is nothing within walking distance except a donut shop and pizza place, so since we took the train to Ft Worth we had to use an Uber for every place we wanted to go.

Beds and linens were high quality. Great facilities in room including AC, fridge & mwave. Breakfast highlights included make-your-own waffles, fruit juices, tea & coffee, yogurt and basic cereal. Easy access to everything in Fort Worth via the I-30 and lots of parking. Overall very happy with our 2 week stay and would definitely stay again.

Clean room, nice beddings, spacious room. Has elevator, ATM (didn't use) security camera, safe. The lobby looks clean, however, they need to do sth about flies and bugs in the dim lighted area of the lobby. Too many flies and bugs in the free coffee, microwave area at the lobby. Those flies jumps into whatever food you have before you take a bite. Room door directly face hallway (outside). Room curtain doesn't cover the window complete.

Pleasantly happy considering reviews. Great place forlow budget price. Room had everyhing I needed. Great, friendly service. Wonderful pool, big enough for laps and lounge chairs in decent shape. For the $, was great value. Gteat location..Easy, quick on and off from freeway.10 min to downtown and less to university and cultural district Shouldnt say bteakfast included...had practically mothingg compated to oyher Quality Inns but for such low price, i didnt complain

If you are just needing a place to crash for the night, this might be sufficient for you. If you are wanting to stay in a decent hotel, look elsewhere. This place smells like weed inside and out. Every time the AC came on, the smell was so strong, I was afraid I was going to get secondhand high. When the AC wasn’t running, the room smelled like a wet dog. On a positive note, they do have a bunch of security cameras.

Room was good. Access was awful. Room key wouldn't work on the room where ice machine is located. Tried two times and finally gave up because it was too far from the front desk to the ice machine. I was dissapointed by the breakfast. Cheerios, toast, and waffles don't qualify as the breakfast of champions.

It was not what I expected. There was dead insects all over the floor. I was charged more than I was told and the whole property smelled of marajuana. There were men standing in the parking late at night and early in the morning. Very disappointing for the money we spent

The rooms were very clean and in good condition. Very nice for a budget hotel. It would have been helpful to know that they were going to charge me a $70 deposit before they did it - clearly never said a word about it. Otherwise staff were professional. Lots of people hanging around on the stairs and balcony smoking and smoking weed. Not the hotel’s fault but it didn’t feel very safe.

The bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned. There was stuff on the toilet bowl when you lifted the seat, hair in the shower and a half used bottle of lotion on the counter. Pillow smelled like bodily fluids. The site said they served breakfast but what it should have said was continental breakfast because they only had cereal, apples, yogurt and waffles available. Lastly, we were watching tv late at night, trying to fall asleep when we were startled from one of the pictures falling off the wall. The front desk staff was polite, but I wouldn't recommend this place. Definitely will not be back, if I can gelp it.

It was a decent place. a lot of people coming and going at night and early morning. had issues with my door not closing unless you slammed it. brought it up to front desk and they saw no issue with it. Had a nosey neighbor on my last night, lady yelling at her kids, The wifi was very spotty and often went out on me.

The facility is old needs updated. Was not aware when booking it was outside entry. Bathroom floor had stains…shower wall had cracks looked like they just let a kid off street try to fix it. The price was good but I guess you get what you pay for…right? Next trip I’ll stay up the street.

Very clean, good front desk service, no problems checking in or out. No issues with water or other amenities. This part of town is not known as the nicest but the immediate area was perfectly fine. I was mostly around the TCU area so it was a good launching point for the price I was looking for. Breakfast was OK: coffee, juice, milk, yogurt, apples and mandarins, waffle and syrup. For the price I got it was fine. if you want a full southern breakfast array best to check out the holiday inn next door. A little noisy my last night due to a family checking in late and arguing I think. My first two nights were pleasant and uneventful. Wi-Fi at times was spotty. Twice I had to reactivate my key card.

I didn't like the fact my door having a gap around it. The noise from outside was very loud. Bed was made poorly, air-conditioner and heater system didn't work properly. Bath was not clean. I stayed 1 night, the next morning the guy at the front desk didn't knock on my door, he unlocked and walked in. It shocked and pissed me off. I am glad i was dressed. His excuse was he thought i was supposed to be out at 10:15 AM. Checkout is at 11 AM. I informed him, I wasn't supposed to leave until the next day. My stay wasn't enjoyable.

The on site associate was not wearing a badge and could not properly be verified. There was no on-site manager to speak to and we were told he’s only available during the week. People were walking around the property all night out side. Folks were lounging outside the doors like it was a club. There was no security, the room was smelly, and was not properly swept and cleaned. We did not stay and check out a few minutes after we checked in. Furthermore, we were hassled about a refund, even though we did not occupy the premises for the night. I did not feel safe enough to stay, let alone leave my belongings into the room. I do not recommend this place, it was not a pleasant experience.

Everything was pretty good. The front desk staff struggled to be accommodating. However, after asking a few times for extra pillows, towels, or even help with some frozen ice packs we had, they would finally help.

The property was close to the Highway, easy access, only a few miles from Dickies Arena, with accessible to great restaurants and shopping. I also loved how quiet it was during the night, so l slept well with the comfy bed. I plan on staying there again when in the area on my next trip.

The ‘hot’ breakfast was exceedingly limited with the only hot food option being waffles. Only fruit was a bowl of small apples; one pitcher of milk; no bread or rolls. The area around the hotel was sketchy - vape shops, electric station, other motels; not attractive. Beds were pretty comfortable.

I sure do wish the Contenintal Breakfast was more than just waffles. That would put yal over the TOP and would have really helped my money situation with my son who does not eat waffles. Great Staff clean rooms was very happy overall!!!
