Our hotel room had a very modern design which we liked. The small sofa and ottoman made it easy to comfortably watch tv - the bed was comfy. There was a small microwave, fridge and coffee maker. The only downside was no breakfast included - you had to go to a small Starbucks like counter to order and pay for breakfast and it was only open till 9:30am weekdays/10:00am weekends and was pricey. Not even free coffee in the lobby. We did some laundry and would have used the pool, but lots of kids were enjoying it (and it was a bit noisy for us).

We stayed for four nights to attend a family wedding. Hotel and staff are very friendly and polite. We used the gym, and found the equipment in good condition. Close to the Woodlands River Walk and Mall without all the hustle and bustle. You do need a car to get around.

Check in was great! We went up to the room and my daughter changed so she could swim. I looked for a vending machine to get a drink. They didn’t have one. I went to the lobby and they wanted over $12 for a bottle of water and a coke. When I paid with cash he was furious because he needed to recount the drawer because of me. Advise…. Bring your own drinks!

Horrible! Go to any other hotel! Stains and odors that make you wonder what in the world they originated from. Stained sheets when we arrived and housekeeping being unable to change them because they “didn’t have any” to replace them with. Huge spiders crawling in from gaps in the wall. A huge layer of thick dust on the wall that’s continuously blowing in your face. Like nonstop. The tub not draining and no one fixing it the entire stay. Book ANYWHERE AND ELSE but here!

I’m sad to have to write this because the place was updated and the staff was so nice. The lobby was decorated beautifully and they even had a gingerbread contest going on. But once we settled in to the room we found a bug crawling vigorously on the bed that we found was a bed bug and had to change rooms. Even in the other room there was hair in the pillows and on the sheets. There was even some blood stains on the bed skirt. I have never stayed in a hotel this dirty or unsanitary before and couldn’t sleep at all because I was in disgust. I will not be staying at a courtyard again.

The service was great, but the room lacked the cleanliness we expected. We found crumbs on the table by the couch, a hair on one of the pillows that was not ours, hairs on the bathroom floor that were not ours, a small stain on the sheets, and stains on the bathroom counter that would’ve been easily wiped off if someone had cleaned it.

The room was very nicely laid out. The shelf below the TV display was perfect for keys, wallet, phone- things that typically get lost or in the way could be put there. The love seat with pull out sleeper and ottoman was a great extra for comfort ammenity.

AC didn't work. Pillows were terrible. Room appeared to have been flooded before. My brother's room had ants in it. The room next to his had frogs in it. Our keys kept deactivating and had to keep walking all the way around the hotel. The shower head was dirty so water barely came out. You had to pay for breakfast. The staff was the only saving grace for this hotel. The guys at the front were so very sweet and polite but I won't stay here again.

Easy access but not right on the highway. I liked that their tvs were compatible so that you could view Netflix, YouTube and Pandora through your personal accounts. Everyone was friendly and the room was nice, clean and comfortable.

I am usually pleased with and stay at Marriotts. However, this one seemed very cheap and tacky with its services. I’ve never been at a hotel that charges for morning coffee . I also bought a chocolate bar from the front and they charged my card $9 for it . Seemed excessive. Then we asked why they didn’t clean our rooms and they told us they do it every other day . Why are you cheaping out . I have been traveling all summer all over the world and paying far less and every hotel has a cleaning service daily. That is what you are paying for. So we asked for clean towels the following day and they told us the cleaning staff left and to come down and get them because she was all alone. You have an entire hotel with 1 person in staff? I asked if she would bring them up and she said when she had a chance. They were brought up at night when we already went out and when we came back they were on the floor in front of our room. Overall. A bit disappointed

Expedia said free breakfast which wasn't true. In fact, there isn't a buffet to purchase just a small Starbucks with a VERY limit menu that closes at 9:30am on the weekend! I ended paying $9 for a watered-down parfait from the "Grab and Go" and an Iced Tea for $5. No tea bags in the room, soooo there's that. Staff was great, but for a Marriot I expect slightly more and probably won't be staying again.

My family enjoyed our first stay at a Courtyard hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. Guest services were prompt and friendly. The bistro/bar area was literally inside the entrance and across from the check in desk. That was a little strange, as I would not necessarily want to be checking in with my young child while there was a crowd at the bar. Also, the breakfast prices were insane. Overall, would stay again simply for the cleanliness and comfort of the room.
