Great location for getting to know the center of Florence. We had a suite and it was beautiful and roomy. There is a small elevator which is nice if you have a bit of luggage. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Do not book this! The room looks nothing like the photos, the bed is horribly old and I woke up with a back ache, the bathroom is so small you can pee and wash your hands at the same time, the outlets didn’t all work, the sheets were terribly cheap, and I couldn’t wait to leave. Didn’t sleep a wink. They should not rent out the room we had!

The room was beautifully decorated in a neutral modern style with lovely high ceilings and plenty of space. Check in and out was smooth. Lovely quiet area within walking distance of sights. Would recommend
