The staff was very friendly and helpful. I love there is a doggie gift bag at check in with treats and a tennis ball. I’m disabled traveling with service dog and I stay here often because they are so welcoming, great service, excellent breakfast included,well stocked kitchenette, large rooms, easy accessibility everywhere on the property and to walk dog areas.

Beautiful and spacious suite. Well thought out and clean. Bed was hard as a slab though. Shower could be bigger but toiletries provided were very nice. Staff was amazing, knowledgeable and friendly. Parking was well lit and safe. This property will be our go to in Billings

Great place to stay. Everything was clean. had a nice kitchenette. I was able to do my makeup at the vanity. Large TV. Stand-in shower. The room had standard size pillows that were firm, with extra pillows and blankets. The lobby and other areas were clean and cute. Had a fenced in area outback with grills. Nice sized gym. Pool. Checkin was easy. Breakfast, was fine: lots of options, waffle maker, potato’s, eggs, bagels, sausage and more.

This is the fifth or sixth time we have stayed at this hotel in past 2 years ... we have stayed in 10 to 12 other Billings hotels prior to finding this, and none compare. Staff are so friendly and accommodating. Very pet friendly including large courtyard outside breakfast area .. some people bring their dogs to brunch. Very clean, rooms are well done (we always take a king suite with separate bedroom), kitchenette well stocked, they have games and a billiard room and a large array of snacks. Buffet breakfast is consistently excellent. Pool and hot tub very nice. Most of all, staff make you feel like you are home away from home. Easy access to I90. 5 stars all around. Will go back soon.

Beautiful hotel and very well taken care of. Very good breakfast buffet! Delicious and many options. Beautiful game room, and a pool table room. We really enjoyed our stay, wish we stayed longer!!

The staff were all very nice and helpful. The dishes provided were dirty so I had to do a deep clean before using them which was disappointing. The couch in the main area was hairy so we had to put a sheet on it to sit on it. Breakfast was nice just like you’d expect it to be. I’d expect a name like Hilton to be cleaner but that is not what we found. The neighborhood is terrible so keep your stuff in your room not in your car. If you can avoid staying in Billings in general you should do so.

This was the cleanest, nicest hotel we've stayed in for a while. The bed in our King Bedroom Suite was very comfortable. Everything was beautiful, the service was gracious and the breakfast buffet had wonderful healthy and dairy-free options which I greatly appreciated.

This was the cleanest, nicest hotel we've stayed in for a while. The bed in our King Bedroom Suite was very comfortable. Everything was beautiful, the service was gracious and the breakfast buffet had wonderful healthy and dairy-free options which I greatly appreciated.

This Hotel is very nice, we have stayed at many, many Hotels. The rooms are spacious, and in great condition. It's quiet, and clean, with all the amenities, including a nice breakfast, and conveniently located close to several great restaurants. One thing we did observe though, is the amount of people walking to the elevator, after check in, with dogs! Wow, no less than 20. We were in a room by the lobby playing billiards. I just hope there are designated rooms for people with pets. Otherwise, a fantastic place, will definitely stay again when we're in Billings.

Hotel, staff, and breakfast are wonderful. Unfortunately, the walls are super thin. The guy next to me was on the phone with his girlfriend I could hear every word of their not so appropriate for public ears conversation. When they finally got off the phone every time someone flushed a toilet it woke me up. Not sure if the plumbing was all routed through my room or what the story was but it truely made sleep impossible.

Booked on Hotels.com and paid before arriving. Upon arrival hotel could not find reservation. It was an hour before hotel called and said they had found reservation. This was unacceptable after driving 12 hours and wanting to relax. The worst part about this hotel is they could have easily remedied the situation with a gift card or discount upon check-in, very poor service as nothing was offered upon a 1-hour delayed check-in. I will never rebook this hotel despite travelling through Billings, MT frequently.

This property transfered my reservation to another hotel w a smaller room than what I reserved. We were short one bed and had no refrigerator at all. They weren’t able to provide a roll away due to fire restrictions. This was not a good experience. And I want a refund.

The front desk was super helpful when we were missing our hair dryer, and when I forgot my pillow they promised to keep it for me until next time I'm there... Great customer service! Breakfast was great, and the people attending the breakfast area were lovely.

Amazing stay, front desk was so kind and friendly. My bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff made my day, made me feel at home. Even helped me with a cell phone charger issue I had. Highly recommend it and will stay again if in the area.

This Hotel is very nice, we have stayed at many, many Hotels. The rooms are spacious, and in great condition. Absolutely loved breakfast. The food tasted fresh and it wasn’t gross lol a lot of the time breakfast bars are at hotels, but not this one. The beds weren’t super comfortable, but they were OK. Really nice clean hotel.
