Hotel Real de Leyendas

Lo único malo es que el estacionamiento está a 15-20 min caminando, no está cerca del hotel es una lata además si se presenta una emergencia no está tan accesible ir por el.

La ubicación es excelente, las camas son cómodas, pero las almohadas no tanto. Cuenta con servicio de estacionamiento pero se encuentra bastante lejos del edificio. La calle es go ruidosa hasta altas horas de l noche. El servicio de recepción es muy bueno

Estaba algo pesado acceder a su estacionamiento que realmente esta en otro hotel. Tambien si te hospedas en los cuartos que estan seguiditos a la recepción, hay mucho ruido, las paredes dejan pasar el sonido de tooodo lo que pasa. Por ultimo el agua caliente del cuarto iba y venía, duraba como un minuto el chorro caliente y despues frío y después caliente. No regresaría al lugar.

It is a cute hotel and the service was friendly. The room and cleanliness was acceptable. The only issue I had was the listing says there is parking available. This is incorrect, and the clerk only recommended the closes spot to park which was full. I couldn't find any overnight parking garages, so I had to pay a ticket the next morning for parking over the one hour limit for street parking :(

El costo del lugar ($1 750.00 por noche) es excesivamente alto para lo que ofrece el establecimiento, no tiene aire acondicionado (el estado del tiempo en que nos tocó ir a guanajuato fue muy caluroso), no logramos descansar nada, abrimos la pequeña ventana y el ruido de los coches es exagerado, el ventilador que tiene da muy poca revolución, ademas de que esta muy alejado de la cama, ademas de que el establecimiento no tiene elevador ni estacionamiento, hasta la imagen de la Tv es de mala calidad. Es personal es muy amable, excelente actitud.

La habitacion super ruidosa no se puede dormir pero el personal muy amable. El estacionamiento de verdad como a 700 metros

En general cumplió las espectativas, lo único que fue complicado fue regular el agua caliente o tardaba demasiado tiempo en salir. Para el frío que estaba haciendo es una tortura.

El hotel es muy limpio y cómodo, en el centro queda cerca de todo. Solo no hay aire acondicionado, solo ventilador de techo. Mientras no haya calor está bien!

This hotel is immaculate and well located. The important reason to take off a star is because there is no hoy water for the shower. The first day I showered almost entirely with cold (not lukewarm, freezing cold) water, by the end it got warm. Today I let it run and when it got warm I jumped in, only to stop when I was shampooing my hair. The rest of the shower: frozen water. My roommate had the exact same experience. When I went to reception to let them know, the front desk lady and told I should’ve notified it (I was doing it in that moment, hair still dripping from the cold shower). We also couldn’t use the safe box because the directions are for opening but not programming. I got the directions online from the manufacturer page to program it but the model of the safe was missing the #* keys, the safe kept beeping and blinking yellow when we tried to program it. The lady at the front desk said we were supposed to figure it out because they are not allowed, she reset it twice but it never worked out. Would we stay again? Probably not, because of the cold shower.

Tiene buena ubicación, esta limpio el staff es amable. Pero no me gusto porque se escucha mucho el ruido de la calle...y batalle para el agua caliente...

No me gusto el ruido que hacia, o tiene A/C y el ventilador que tiene es muy poco funcional, hacia muchisimo calor, mucho ruido toda la noche

The staff was friendly and helpful, the walls in the room felt paper thin you could hear every noise from the street and lobby

The lady at front desk rude, mean & cold. Please put her away from people. You need a friendly, smoky, helpful front desk assistant. Front desk is the face of your business. Bathroom towels sand paper perfect for aligator skin. I requested one big bed & got 2 small ones. Amazing gentlemen’s chest. Spacious room.

Exceptionally nice hotel and staff for the price. Not a short walk to the Jardín de la Unión (central plaza), but the walk does take you past the best street food in Guanajuato, and the Mercado Hidalgo.

Tiene buena ubicación, esta limpio el staff es amable. Pero no me gusto porque se escucha mucho el ruido de la calle...y batalle para el agua caliente...
