The staff person that checked me in was sitting and had his feet up. Looked like I was bothering him

Everything was clean and the staff was excellent. Very easy check-in. The only thing I wish is that it had a complementary breakfast

We were unable to use the pool, the temperature was cold. One of the reasons we booked was to swim and relax. Staff was very rude and dismissive. We were not made to feel welcome at all. A lot of eye rolls. In the evening, we went to have a drink in the lounge. Bartender was sitting at a table, on his phone. I had to physically walk to the table and ask for drinks. He reluctantly got up and made our drinks but was also rude. We had one drink and went to our room. It was to be a special evening away and we were uncomfortable and felt unwelcome. We will not be booking at this hotel again.🙁 I work in the service industry and would never, nor would I allow my staff, treat a customer in this manner!!

Room was pretty clean, property is nice. I liked that they had a bar and Starbucks on sight, however the “Starbucks” staff wasn’t at all friendly and the coffee was terrible. We would stay there again.
