Had an amazing stay at Seacloud Hotel. Perfect location, and the room was very spacious with a wonderful view of the ocean. We asked for late checkout (2 pm instead of 11 am) for only 22.000 Won. Two free tickets to the pool area for each night we stayed there. Can’t complain about anything!

Property is in a great location and room had lots of space if travelling with children and the view was our favourite part! We however did not like having to explain to the kids we have to pay $100 a swim for the family after the two free swims they gave us, We also gad to hold our shower hose as we could not move it so the kids made a mess every shower The room we had had a kitchen but no utensils at all no cups no spoons no bowls no nothing which didn’t really make sense

Very convenient location for everything Haeundae Beach has to offer. Others complained about the elevator situation but we really didn't mind having to use one to get to the lobby and another to get to our room. The gym is where this place loses some stars. It was pretty well equipped but was literally just an atrium space in the middle of the apartment blocks so everyone going to their rooms can see you working out. Not so bad, but it also doesn't have air conditioning, towels or anything to wipe equipment with, or water.

바다뷰 포함 위치가 너무 좋아서 다니기 편했습니다. 다만 체크아웃 시간대 10-11시쯤에 층마다 사람이 많아 못타고 오랜시간 기다렸습니다. 엘리베이터 운영이 손님 위주가 아닌 청소하시는분들이 사용하는 청소용 엘베 느낌이었습니다. 손님용으로는 1대만 움직이고 있다보니 층마다 열리지만 다들 못타고 엘베 지옥이었습니다. 가능하면 붐비는 체크아웃 시간대 만이라도 엘리베이터 3대 전부 고객 위주로 사용되었으면 좋겠습니다.

Convenient location, very close to the beach, market, and restaurants. Did not like the elevator situation. You have to take an elevator from the parking area to the lobby and then a separate elevator to the rooms. Elevators were crowded and had to wait in long lines. It was hard to sleep comfortably due to the AC not blowing cold air. The location of the downstairs ac was not able to keep the area by the bed cool. Bathroom was outdated. Room wallpaper was not intact in some areas. There was a kitchenette area, but no dishes provided.

Nice big room however even though it was “refurbished” in 2023 it could still do with more improvements. The bathroom is dirty - mould in the shower floors, walls and ceiling & the shower head is very basic - the shower taps were also hanging off the wall. No privacy curtain on the window so it was either open to the world or black out curtain. I wouldn’t stay here again because it’s just a bit too outdated for me.

I want to leave a good review as the staff did a wonderful job. However, I couldn’t help but note the bathroom smell that smelled like urine. Towels that were in our room had brown stains on them, not to mention the AC in our room was hardly working. To top it off, I had bug bites on my legs that appeared as we were sleeping. I had to go to the main desk where I was switched to another room in fear I was getting bed bug bites.

위치는 너무 좋으나 리노베이션 룸에 숙박했음에도 불구하고 청소상태가 너무 안좋았음ㅠㅠ 특히 에어컨 ,벽지 곰팡이 바닷가 앞이라는걸 감안해도 관리가 심하게 안된게 보임. 쉬러갔다가 비염을 얻고 옴.

방음이 안돼서 밤에 너무 시끄러웠어요~ 창문을 닫았는데도 밖에 소리때문에 잠을 설쳤습니디. 방두개를 하프 오션뷰를 예약했는데 방 하나는 벽뷰나 다름없네요~ 오션뷰를 하던지 노뷰나 시티뷰를 하세요~ 위치는 백사장 바로 앞이고 편이시설이 다 근처에있어 좋았습니다. 청결도 괜찮았고 다만 옆룸에서 음식을 하면 온 복도에 다퍼지네요~

We had a nice time at Kolon Secloud Hotel, but it was booked as a family room with kitchen and laundry facilities. There was a kitchen there, but no pots, pans, cutlery etc. Room had a washing machine for clothes, but not tumbler or clothes rack.

We loved our stay at the SEACLOUD. Our view was absolutely amazing, and it was so nice to be able to lay in our bed and stare at the ocean from our wall of windows. The room was huge and a great size for our family of four. The room does get quite hot because of all the windows, but the aircon worked well and we would close the blinds when we went out. At night, you could hear a bit of noise (music and people) from the street, but not enough to be a problem, especially from the 21st floor. I would definitely stay there again, due to the views, and the size and cost for a family of four. It was ideal for the end of our trip to Korea.

The 2 room suite with beach view was amazing! Loved the full kitchen with washer for laundry. Second time staying here and really enjoyed the stay. Beach front and pretty easy to subway.

The room was cold. I asked the manager but they told me that they did not activate the temperature controlling system yet. The staff was friendly but it was awful that I can't control the room temp. It was 16-17 degree in the room so it was pretty cold.

We had a fantastic stay! Our 1 bedroom suite was incredibly spacious, clean, and comfortable, much larger than expected. We were lucky to receive an upgrade to a full ocean view, and it truly made the experience unforgettable. Service was friendly and attentive, and the hotel’s location was perfect for both relaxation and exploring the area. Highly recommend booking here, and definitely try for the ocean view!

Not very welcoming. Very confusing. Needed to take 2 different lifts in order to get to the room. Very inconvenient to change lifts every time you go out or come in. Family trip to Busan and all the family unhappy after stay at this hotel. In the room notice saying that we have to clean used cups and utencils if not we have to pay the penalty of 11000 Korean Won. Also if guests not seperate rubbish will get penalty too. We asked extra blanket and we were told to pay 11000 Korean Won. We stayed excusecutive suit room but nothing special just a big room. Paid extra for seaview room but other hotel in front so not full view of the sea. Cleaning not done properly still hairs on the bed and other areas. I am very confused. Is this hotel or self catering flat? There was a microwave and cook top but no cooking utensils. Also electric cattle and 2 mugs but no teas or coffees. Our family of 4 but only 2 glasses and 2 mugs. Also only 2 bath towels. No extra toilet rolls. I don’t think this hotel is ready to provide service to the guests or don’t know the meaning of the SERVICE. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone and this is definitely my last visit to this hotel / self catering flat.

ホテルのスタッフのせいでは無いのだが、宿泊中に電気と水道が止まり、ライフラインが完全にストップしてしまった。Wi-Fiも使えず、内線も繋がらないため完全に室内監禁状態になってしまった。ホテルからの案内もなく、自力で4階のフロントまで真っ暗な非常階段を降りて確認せねばならなくなり不安な時間を過ごさざるを得なくなってしまった。フロントで原因を聞いても「わかならい」とのこと、電気系のトラブルらしいが、チェックアウトも手動で対応していた。タクシーもタクシー乗り場を案内されるだけで、今回のトラブル時は簡単に捕まるわけはなく、大変だった。フロントもルームキーバーもフレンドリーで丁寧、部屋も綺麗でトラブルさえなければ快適だっただけに残念だ。立地は最高。

3/5 Stars We recently stayed in the Junior Suite at Seacloud Hotel, and while it had its strengths and weaknesses, our overall experience was just average. The room itself was very spacious and comfortable, which was a pleasant surprise. However, the toilet was incredibly cramped and not suitable for four people, which was a significant issue for our group. Additionally, the pillows were uncomfortable and needed to be replaced. The lift system was also frustratingly slow, and we spent a lot of time waiting for the lift to arrive. On the plus side, the hotel's location was excellent, with the beautiful beach and traditional market just a short walk away. However, it's important to note that the hotel is quite far from Busan train station, so plan your transportation accordingly. Overall, while Seacloud Hotel has potential, it falls short in some key areas. With some improvements to the toilet, pillows, and lift system, it could be a truly great stay. I loved that the property was so close to the beach, Walking distance to the subway and so close to the street with many street food stalls and restaurants. Did not need a car. The hotel was nice and clean and the AC worked well. Breakfast was better than I had hoped for. All Korean breakfast items as well as cereal and waffles if you prefer western choice. This hotel was an excellent choice
