First of, paying for parking at any price at a hotel (outside of a downtown area) is absurd. We don't travel a lot and didn't realize that the hotel didn't own the lot until checkout when there was a ticket with a QR code on the windshield. We thought that info posted at the desk was to keep non-customers from parking in the lot since it's a high density area. If a company can't afford parking for patrons, then they shouldn't have a property in the area. It was also not clear there was a $75 charge for it small dog, that want included in the original reservation. Also, the pool is lacking. Went to the Lone Star Court, and they had a great pool and pool area. So, buyer beware. Other than, the food is outstanding.

The room was very clean and spacious (double beds) and the beds were extremely comfy! There was lots of work space in the room as well as down in the lobby. Bathroom was spacious and came with a tub which is rare these days. The staff were very helpful and even waived a parking ticket as I was unaware I had to register my car to be in the parking lot. There was a wide variety for breakfast and the buffet area was well-kept and re-stocked right away when needed. The waffles were exceptional. Breakfast was from 6am - 9am...which gave us plenty of time to get down to eat. The pool was a little tiny but clean and the outdoor area was well kept. There was a nice sized gym with new equipment. Overall, great stay. I would highly recommend and stay there again.

Staff was great, especially Miriam, one of the front desk clerks. Hotel is very clean and well-maintained. Parking lot felt safe. Breakfast was great - fresh, lots of options. This was my second time staying there this summer, and this was my experience both times. The only negative thing I could say is that, for my personal preferences, the beds are rather uncomfortable as they are very firm, and I prefer softer beds. Other than that, one of the best hotel experiences I've had.
