I was pleased and disappointed on the offering fur the high cost of a higher end property. While the hot tub was heated the jets didn’t work (yes, I turned on the jets at the wall control). The maintenance guy came by and when I asked about it he acknowledged the situation. That being said, the bartender was nice and the chef did a great job with the meal.

I really enjoyed the property/hotel the pool is awesome nice and roomy and the hot tub is nice and hot. The beds are comfy. Walmart is a walking distance and u have two restaurants nearby as well i would highly recommend this place.

room was gross, sheets did not smell clean and smelled like BO. no soap in the shower at all shampoo or gel. food was good at the bar and good drinks. hot tub was nice and clean. Applebees across the parking lot was gross and terrible, went over there at 3pm to get a beer because hotel bar doesnt open until 5pm. overall I would just skip Gallup altogether, what a dump of a place !

The hotel was clean, it was quiet and close to restaurants and shopping. They do have the option of staying in and have breakfast or dinner at the hotel as well. The evenings can be enjoyed at the bar watching a game and having a glass of wine or beer. The Outdoor patio is also inviting but did not have time to enjoy that during my stay. They have a pool and small gym to get a quick workout. I would definitely stay here again.

Pet fee was listed as $25, but the front desk said it's always been $50. Keep that in mind. We had to park in the Applebee's parking lot due to the front lot being packed. No carts available at 6:00 AM the next day to transport our heavy items. The elevator was slow and kept dinging on the floors it wasn't stopping at. Needs repair. Price was double the other locations. Not a fan of this location.

Love everything about this hotel! The lobby bar was great place to catch the Sunday night foot ball game and enjoy the atmosphere. They have a kitchen that served up some good food too!

Very noisy coming from pool. Disappointed as toilet was dirty. We notified front desk and they sent someone to clean it right away. Later we noticed hair on dispense bottles in the shower. Requested top floor but got first. Told it was full but I paid a week in advance. Beds were too soft for my liking.

The hotel is kind of run down for the amount charged for the room. The carpet was torn between the beds which could be a tripping hazard. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom. And I couldn’t get the tv to turn on.

The hotel lobby is very beautiful and welcoming. They have a lobby bar as well as serve breakfast and dinner there. Rooms are so beautiful with very comfortable beds. It was our silver lining to an unexpected stay!

Old!!! These room need to be updated. The tubs are entirely too small, the rug in the hallways ride up, dangerous, I almost tripped over a couple of times

Great hotel, even better front staff. Damian was very nice & helpful. Very disappointed in the greed of hotel management. Price jumped by $40 after learning that another hotel had to turn away their visitors due to a water leak. This management wasn’t happy with a full house, they decided to gouge people also. Sad.

This was not my first time staying at this location. I return because I feel safe in the location. I always park in front of the build for the lighting and an Applebee’s just walking distance. And easy to get back on the interstate.
