Great places ignore the negative reviews are only down fall was that there was no lift so getting the pram up and down all the stairs was a nightmare however we had a great trip

Really straight forward check in process, someone always on hand to sort luggage and help if needed. Location excellent, room was very quiet and a decent size. Only downside was the building we were in had no lift and we were at the very top. But would still stay again.

Room dated , cracks in wall , no bin in room. On way up to room very strong smell of weed in corridor. Staff hard to get hold off. Not a very pleasant stay .False advertising showed room with seating area and kitchen area .

Stayed for a couple of nights. Booked two apartments , both were spacious enough , 1 x couple, 3 x adults. rooms were clean, bathrooms were clean and all in good condition. loads of nice towels, beds were really comfy. Kitchen facilities etc were in good shape and well kitted out, handy for snacks and breakfast. Decor is on the dark side and the main room downlighters were not working, so sometimes it was a little dark, all other lighting fixtures operated okay. Location is bang in the middle of the city so access to everywhere was good. Bars and restaurants on your doorstep. No noise heard from any of the other rooms or from outside. If there was anything to improve, would be access to the top floors as there is no lift, so if you struggle (i didn't) then make sure you ask for lower floors. Oh and the chimney stack in the bedroom reverberated with some low level constant noise like an aircon or something that was slightly annoying.

Liked the space, the kitchen, the price, the location. Didn't realise there was no lift. My fault for not checking so there were a few flights of stairs. The whole stairwell reeked of cigarette smoke. The sofabed was the least comfortable bed I have ever lay on. 3 sets of guests woke us up drunk in the night. One set opposite were screaming like crazy people and laughing like witches at 3am. Thankfully a message to reception and they came up to sort the problem immediately. Some cutlery was missing, some was dirty and only 1 tumbler between 4. There were food and liquid residue drips dried down all the cupboards and wall in the kitchen which I cleaned up. No washing up liquid available so had to use shower gel. The pans are a bit small really to cook for a family of 4 but just glad to have the saucepan and frying pan. 11 am checkout fine but as i retrieved the car the cleaner knocked on the door at 11:05 and with no "good morning" rudely demanded of my wife and children "time to leave now". Most likely wouldn't stay here again.

Even though they were modern, clean and in a good location, I would definitely not recommend these apartments. So many issues. Before our stay, they never replied to messages. Then, they had a convoluted, precheck-in procedure. They told me I had to provide a credit card as a deposit. Fine, even though it was already provided to Hotels.com, but I had to provide it on the day of check-in, after 1pm. As an international visitor, this meant finding wifi while traveling to Liverpool. Although the apartment is renovated and looks modern, it was done cheaply with no thought of travelers. A table instead of dresser with drawers for clothes. A shower stall with no shelf to put even a tiny bottle of shampoo. There were many other examples. I believe they do warn you that there's no lift, but the stairs are very tight and steep. Look for someplace else.

Room was lovely and clean with all equipment that would be needed room was comfortable and clean No internet access was very frustrating we had been out in the day came back wanted to chill out watch a film tried to load internet multiple times when we rang because it wouldn’t load was told no internet for a couple of days strong smell of weed at times and the entrance needed a clean

All good but not appropiate for elderly people as the apartments have no lifts

Only 2 towels for 2 people for 2 nights and nothing to put on the floor. The bathroom was in pretty poor condition. We were told to park in a particular car park to get discounted parking, this wasn’t the closest but due to the promised discount we parked in the advised car park, when checking out Sunday morning we asked how to apply the discount to be told they didn’t do this anymore. The hotel is in a great location and was very easy to access with the information sent through via WhatsApp.

The shower was in need of a clean as the head had limescale all over it cobwebs were in the apartment and the curtain was installed incorrectly so we couldn't even shut the curtains fully. the bed was also incredibly uncofortable that it gave me neck pain the day after but we vote with our wallet so I doubt I will use this property again

Was very clean and spacious.

Great apartment spotlessly clean, comfy double bed, lovely little kitchen with everything you need great little extra of coffee tea sugar and little sachets of milk in the fridge will definitely stay again

I wouldn't class this place as 3 stars, let alone the 4 stars it claims. Absolute waste of money. To start with the bathroom, we were given two half rolls of cheap, translucent loo roll. The extractor fan didn't seem to do anything, so when we showered the condensation quickly built up until the counters had pools of water on. We couldn't keep the door open because water got everywhere. That's probably the reason that both showerheads were covered with black mould. On our first night, we noticed that the TV had a fire stick but no fire remote and it couldn't access any channels or other HDMI ports, so we couldn't watch anything. We reported this the next morning and were told they'd find a spare remote. Never happened. The oven was filthy, there were literally solidified drips of grease on the trays. We were given washing up liquid, but nothing to wash up with. There was also only 1 bowl and 1 wine glass, 2 of everything else. On our first night, I found a long, blonde hair under my pillow. We both have dark hair. The windows would only open a few inches because of the amount of weeds growing outside. That also hid our view of the JCBs at the building site outside that woke us up at 5am each morning. To top it all off, we both developed sore throats because the Aircon was filthy. I'm keeping an eye out for symptoms of legionnaire's.

The sofa bed mattress was all stains when i pulled it out and there was a ball of hair lying on the floor and a smell when we entered the room

I was disappointed to be honest the shower had mould around the base, the main floor was dirty. We had 2 cups 2 glasses despite the apartment being for upto 4 people.

Check in was fine, as expected. Staff were friendly and efficient. The building communal corridors were filthy and tatty, which represented the room too. Grubby walls and floor, tea and coffee hadn’t been topped up, someone’s used towel in the bathroom. Poorly made bed which I basically had to remake. The bed was comfy and I slept ok. Overall I wouldn’t stay again.

Location was ideal right in centre of Liverpool. These apartments are more for hens and stags if I’m honest. The apartment is modern but our bedding was definitely not cleaned , stains on the sheets , pillows and duvets, makeup stains too. Not a bad place but for family it could do with a deep clean

Our room (28) was tidy, but was riddled with mould. The bathroom was extermely bad, everytime we went in the smell hit us. It was so overpowering that the cleaner had open all 3 windows in the apartment making the room freezing. The waterfall shower head was also riddled with limescale. We didnt have the time to make a complaint at the time as we had to head to the theatre. We certainly wont stay there again!

There were no blinds on the sleeping area rooflights so sleep was disturbed early. Major cleanliness issues on furniture and within fridges and cupboards. Crockery not washed well.

Stayed for 3 nights and did not sleep in the bedroom due to unbearable noise 24/7, in a void within the bedroom wall it sounded like a fan was running constantly so sleeping next to it was impossible, I spoke to the reception numerous times but it never got sorted, maintenance just said it was an extractor fan from another room. Also had a really bad smell from the bathroom drain which I ended up buying bleach to try get rid of it, again this was reported but not sorted.

Excellent room lay out. Thoroughly enjoyed the room. Only problem was the wifi wasnt working in the building I was in. Upon checking I was told they were experiencing problems.

The location is fantastic and we found great parking nearby that cost us less that £20 for over 48hrs. The apartments are very spacious but could do with some fresh paint on the walls. Ours had missing pictures frames and there were no blinds on the windows so the light woke us up early. The beds were clean and comfy and it was great to have a full kitchen to prep food for during the day.

There was food left in the microwave, the pull out sofa bed was uncomfortable and the location very noisy (next to night clubs).

the light switch didn't work, seemed like the switch itself was broken, so had to rely on lamp light. the shower door was loose so would be slightly ajar while showering. the decor was a bit tired /tatty but overall it was clean and comfortable enough for a one night stay.

Finally got the information after I called them on the way to the hotel at 17:00 on the day of arrival. Room and bed was very comfortable. Could have added some basic extras like milk sachets for the tea/coffee and soap/handwash. WiFi was non existent, the WiFi could not be found on my iPhone. Stay was adequate for our needs.

I stayed here recently and couldn’t believe the price for the apartment. Therefore, as a regular visitor to Liverpool, I decided to book again. Based on the price I paid I cannot have any complaints, however if I was paying a lot more or what I suspect is anything “peak” I’d expect the following to be looked at: 1. I was given a different room to the one at the time of booking. As I’ve now stayed in a few and seen the price differences I would expect more from (18) if it’s the same price as (22). 2. I received a text to say I’d been given the wrong room, however this included the code so I hope this was changed for the people in that room. Something to consider security wise. 3. Only one large towel was provided for 2 people, no big deal and I appreciate it’s an easy mistake. 4. WiFi was patchy to say the least, which I know isn’t a problem in the other rooms at the front. Something to look into. 5. There’s a very unpleasant stain on the sofa that could do with looking at. I will be staying here again as the value is unbelievable, however, as you give apartment numbers on the booking page I would expect that to be the one I stay in, although I appreciate damages/repairs may sometimes affect this. All in all when I book last minute on quiet days of the week this will always be my go to and I’ll continue to recommend it.

This was a very very basic studio-style room, with absolutely no storage: about four hangars for clothes, but other than that absolutely nowhere to stash anything. This is fine if you're in town for a weekend, which is probably what these rooms are intended for, but I found it challenging to live in for over a week. A non-staffed location also made living logistics difficult. Everyone I ran into was very friendly, and I did catch a cleaner one morning for fresh towels, but I bought my own toilet paper at one point. There were also other small issues: the shower door didn't stay closed, so it was both difficult to keep the ground dry and annoying to dry off with a door resting on your body. The room itself showed a lot of wear and tear, also suggestive of its use as a weekend party pad. I regret not doing a video tour on arrival to make sure I didn't get charged for any of the existing damage (though I don't know that this will happen, they do require a very large deposit). The bed was comfortable (two twins together) and the area was quite quiet for Ropewalks. The location is very convenient to get to pretty much anywhere you'd like to in town.

Staff and services is very bad and rude. They said I have to pay £82.81,then I paid after they gave me keys. My property condition is bad.TV not working my children was boring.then I call and someone comes but he said to cable problem and said someone come tomorrow morning.but not came. I call many times not answer my calls. Can refund my £82.81. Please

Fantastic apartment, a short walk from everything we needed see in Liverpool. Great little kitchen with a dishwasher (not that we needed to use it. Great location with plenty of good restaurants. Great communication from the agents who rectified a slight issue within an hour. Will definitely recommend and will stay here again next time I'm in Liverpool.

Our room was not at all what we had requested and reserved. No proper communication with staff. Very disappointed. We just left and ate the cost..found another brilliant place to stay and resume our vacation. Unfortunate.

When we checked in, we were able to get into the building but when we went up to our room our lockbox didn’t open and we were locked out of our room for an hour. Only after calling reception 15+ times were we able to finally get in after waiting so long in the hot hallway. Some of the light switches didn’t work and room seemed like a lot of it hasn’t been updated in awhile. Toilet flushing was a weak as you had to flush multiple times. Only realistically good for the price and location.

For the price the accommodation was really good value for money the beds where comfy and it was really big apartment on 2 floors Couple of things which didn’t spoil it but just grated slightly was booked it for 6 people but only had 2 glasses 4mugs and 4 dinner plates The shower in the upstairs bathroom leaked as door didn’t shut properly Also when checked I we were asked for a £300 security deposit it needs to be clearer on check in details exactly how much you need to pay as it says from£50 I wasn’t expecting such a large amount and it’s takes 10 days to return it to Your card

Asks for a huge deposit of £250 and still not refunded after check out. We stayed for 3 nights no change of towels or bin. Poor lighting and facilities. The room was in poor condition and the double bed had 2 mattresses which kept drifting apart. Wouldn’t recommend.

The apartment itself was fine, clean and exactly as described. Comfortable bed and great shower. You will hear noise from the street. Unfortunately I had a bad experience cleaning in. I had chosen to pay some of the money on the day of arrival however they asked me to pay via a link on whatsapp which immediately felt like a scam. I had to contact expedia to confirm its reliability. I had contacted them to request early check in (an hour beforehand) which they stated would be £25 which I felt was very steep for an hour, but as I wasnt in a position to afford it they stated they would try have the room available for me at 2pm. I arrived at 2, then insisted i pay via the link which i did. I was then left waiting outside for 2 hours for the room to be available. I unfortunately had something booked for 4pm which meant I missed it. There were other people waiting for their rooms too (questioning if it was a scam as we hadnt heard anything). Eventually cleaning staff showed us there was an office down the road, and when we spoke to them they advised they were really busy so rooms were not cleaned yet. I was repeatedly told "10 mins or so"... I was quite upset as I missed what I had booked and they did try and accommodate me but this was after 4pm (1 hour post advised checkin). Just a really bad experience unfortunately so I cant say I would reccommend to anyone. It really ruined my weekend which is a shame as its a nice place.

In a fantastic location right in the city centre but still enjoyed a peaceful and quiet night. Didn’t hear any noise from other rooms. Kitchen within the room was so handy and the sofa bed was extremely comfortable. Highly recommend for a stay with a group of friends.
