The front desk staff was welcoming and friendly. We stayed for 4 nights so the size of the room was important to us. The room was very spacious. Loved the full kitchen and living room area. The bed was very comfortable, and I am very picky about that. Breakfast had a good variety of items to choice from. The lady who run the breakfast area was helpful and friendly. Nice fire pit, pool, and fitness center. Overall we had a great experience, and comfortable stay. I would definitely stay again.

Stayed here for three days while in town for a conference. It was easy to check in and get the room. I liked that the morning front desk crew were pleasant, and that it was easy to find parking near my room. There were a couple issues: there was a used, dirty, still wet face towel in the shower, there was no hand soap in the bathroom, and the light when you walk in didn’t work. For some odd reason the sanitation truck picked up the trash at 1am. I’ve never in my life seen this until now. I can’t fault the property but a heads up would have been nice. I am a light sleeper so the noise not only scared me, it interrupted my sleep pattern. There was no fresh fruit for breakfast either morning, and they had plastic cutlery out.

Everything is good from my observations, l didn't give them excellent on property conditions because they're busy with renovations and l believe that by the time I'll go again, they'll get excellent from me. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was standard. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Only complaint is the pool area. The floor around the pool was completely flooded so you would have to take your shoes off prior to even entering the pool room and any belongings were subject to being soaked if they fell off the tables. Other than that we enjoyed ourselves and will definitely use again in the future

The room was filthy and blood stains in the bathroom on the floor: there was NO HOT WATER. When I asked a staff to help me they said the boilers are down and only 1 is workingl they offered to put me in another room that was across the hall where when we tested for hot water it did not have any either. Several other guest in the lobby in the morning were complaining about cold showers. I asked for a refund to the staff member and was denied: I would have gone else where. I was also given a handicap room that I did not request. This place is poorly managed and needs to be assessed by its owners.

Customer service was great the appearance of the hotel was ok, but my tub faucet dropped all night, informed the staff put a work order in tub never got fixed and to top it all off there was three roaches that were seen in my room. One in the phone receiver, one roach in the kitchen and a baby roach crawling on the door. So this place has to be infested with roaches. Maybe that is the reason why part of the second floor is completely vacant and there is discarded box springs and couches on the back look.

I reserved a king bed and got a double. I also got an accessible room which had a chair in the shower/tub. The comforter had blood on it. The front of the fridge was filthy. The carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a week. The hallway had the same trash in it the entire 2.5 days I was there. It was the worst Marriott experience I’ve ever had.

Woke up to small ants all over our room and our belongings. We cancelled our 4 day stay after one night. The front desk reimbursed my night and cancelled others but it was a huge inconvenience to have a pending hold on my funds and have to reserve another hotel, it threw off our entire plans.

My television had "no signal". My check in was late and i did not feel like getting someone to the room at that hour. I turned the set off and it kept coming back on lighting up the room. I finally unplugged the cables from the rear of the set so i could sleep. Very disappointing.

When i first checked in they weren't done cleaning out my room, I didnt mind waiting for that. The rooms on the very top floor get hot, but my room this stay on floor six stayed nice and cool. My room was right next to the housekeeping, it was so incredibly loud. All in all the room was super nice and clean but the noise was truely a bit infuriating.

King room with sofa has a full size fridge, electric stove top, microwave & mini d/w. Sofa bed is a full size bed, so better for one person. Nice desk provided if you are traveling for business and need the workspace. Worked out great for our stay.

This is a really nice place very clean and the staff is wonderful. Good for a long stay because thy are studio style and there are many restaurants in reasonable driving distance. The only negative is there is no hotel bar/restaurant and many restaurants and bars in the neighborhood close early. Also, it is across from a hospital and freeway so it can be very loud in the middle of the night at times with sirens etc. But I would stay there again if you ask me.

No room service for Thanksgiving holiday. Understandable , but got no new towels, trash wasn’t removed, or anything like that. Pam at front desk was very short and rude when I questioned my bank charge vs my receipt. Had no prior knowledge of a hold on my account. That type of thing should be discussed at check in. Will not stay again, even tho I’m a rewards member. I do not entertain people in hospitality as rude as Pam was. My money was given to yall and if a different amount was charged I should have been told.

This hotel is a 10/10 from our easy check in to the check out was great. All the staff was so friendly and welcoming the young man that attended us while we checked in was so nice and respectful he didn’t get annoyed with our thousand questions answered them all. I was in town for a funeral and the hotel was centrally located providing access to the meeting place, the funeral home, and the cemetery. It was also located near shopping centers and eateries. Our stay was very disappointing. 1st room was not very clean. We returned for booked 2nd night and they had rented our room to someone else. Showed front desk our booking which showed 2 days, along with the other 2 reservations for family that came at the same time & they did not take responsibility for the error. We did get another room and they had our suitcase at the front desk. Both evenings there were so many people outside the front door standing around smoking something besides cigarettes. Rooms were ok but bathrooms not very clean. Charged us a different nightly amount than the reservation stated. Overall, I would recommend you choose another hotel. There has to be better choices.

The hotel room, hallways, and outside property were well maintained. The pool however was cloudy and had a horrible smell. The breakfast was very lacking (many empty containers) and the cooked food was horrible. No dinner was served as is done in most Residence Inn hotels. And the front desk attendant, while friendly, made it clear that he doesn't like children.

The hotel itself was fine. The bed wasn’t great, but better than the hotel I stayed in the week before. All of the glasses and plates in the room were clean. But the breakfast…OMG…worst hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. It was horrible. If the hotel breakfast is important to you, DO NOT stay here. Of the three hot options, one was completely empty. One had sausage that probably predated the Civil War. It was so dry and hard. Completely inedible. There was no oatmeal available…but the toppings for the oatmeal were all neatly displayed. I asked the lady working the breakfast for oatmeal. She said there was none that day. I asked about the toppings and she thought for a second and said, “Well, you can use those on your yogurt.” ????? Horrible breakfast experience. We were also excited about the indoor pool. Yeah…it’s not heated and was ICE cold. I struggle to see the point of an indoor pool if it isn’t heated and comfortable.
