Negative: The shuttle pickup was easy to find but it took 35 minutes to arrive. If I didn’t have luggage with me I would have walked it in 10 minutes. Seriously it is a 5 minute bus ride. We noticed other shuttles passed by 2 or 3 times during the time we waited and the hotels are in pretty much the same location as the Marriott Residence. The room next door to us partied until 3:00 am. Where was security? No one at the Front desk! Four hours sleep really!

I was able to check in to the hotel at 11:30 PM as the escalators or the lifts were not working. All of them were switched off for maintenance and it did not work the whole day. we were asked to walk up the stairs if we had to check in our rooms. So we literally lost one whole day. I had my parents with me who were 75 years old and had heart conditions it was very difficult for them to climb up the stairs. We decided to climb and they had shortness of breath after climbing up three floors with luggage. I want expedia to speak to the hotel and get me the first night that i stayed refunded as the escalators were not working and we had to wait solid 6 hours in the lobby.

I like the hotel, I wouldn’t stay again due to the parking situation. It was complicated getting in and out of the structure and many customers were waiting to get in and out due to all the confusion. Then they charged me 54 dollars for it, when you park in the ska estructure without the hotel involved it costs 26. I find it distasteful to up charge your customers in such a blatant manner.

One sad part of this hotel was the pool. It was cold and not heated. I complained, but they said it was heated. It was NOT! other than that it was a nice hotel - especially for families.

Overall this is a great choice for travelling in and out of LAX. Charging two days worth of parking when you check in at 10 pm one night and leave before 9 am the next day is excessive disappointing.

Needs a major upgrade. Stains on the furniture and walls gave the room a dirty look. Room also had a weird smell so I Lysol’d and wiped it down. No one came to replace our towels or clean the room the second day. No fans in the bathrooms so they were muggy and had water stains all over. Just felt dirty.

Although the location was good for LAX, our room did not seem prepared for us. The trash cans had not been emptied from the prior guest, and there was a dirty towel hanging too. We also only had 2 clean towels provided, even though we were a confirmed party of five. Also, the bedside clock alarm went off at 6am, which wasn’t set by us. Definitely dissatisfied with this stay.

Ideal place to stay close to LAX - great to have a studio for the price of a room in the nearby hotels, self-contained and pleasant for a business trip or simply a family lay over in LA. 2nd time there - it did not disappoint.

Wifi dropped out they said it was because of rain. I guess USA rain is stronger than Australian as this doesn’t happen in Australia. Airport shuttle was excellent but make sure you give full name of hotel as there a few Marriott hotels. Breakfast was not worth the price of adding to stay.

Loved the King suite (larger version). Kitchen and amenities were great, Also loved room 912 as the view of the LAX runways and cargo operations were fun to observe.

Large room with comfortable beds and plenty of accessible power points to charge up devices. Although we didn't need it, the kitchen was a decent size. Overall staff were great and the 2 shuttle drivers we had to and from the airport were good. We didn't fit on the first shuttle bus that stopped and the driver was quite rude (one person actually got off and caught the next shuttle with us as she was so rude to him).

I really enjoyed my stay here. The receptionist this evening was fantastic when I checked in. Warm welcome, helpful and extremely attentive to ensuring my stay would be great. The room was excellent and very large. Also had nice bar, small shop and breakfast area. Nice to relax and recharge here. Thank you.

Staff courteous, room clean. But a mistake made with my booking! I booked with accrued points and the hotel still managed to charge me full room rate. I explained that the room was prepaid, but I still have a room charge on my credit card. I was told that it would be credited back but have not seen the adjustment as yet.

The front desk staffed were not friendly when I checked in, almost like I was being inconsiderate that I wanted to check in. The room was ok, but the bathroom was the worse. The sink drained so slow and when I went to tell the front desk, they let me know they would send someone up. No one ever came during my whole stay, which was for a week. I typically will stay at a residence inn cause I’m familiar with their service, but I don’t recommend this location.

I had a really good checkin process. I asked a lot of questions and the front desk attendants were very helpful with arranging transportation and discussing luggage storage etc however on the day of check out a very grumpy and some what difficult manager was very confrontational and contradicted what the attendants had told me. I was a little offended from her tone and was upset that the info I received was different then what I had been told. Since the manager's issue was about what time we would return from a concert I thought she was being petty and her expectations unfair. Disappointed in the manager

Booked 2 nights, paid upfront 3 weeks prior through Expedia. On arrival at 11:25 pm on July 12th after a long plane ride, I was told there were no rooms due to overbooking . They only offered a refund, no alternative. I spoke with the manager and asked for relocation assistance—none was offered tell 1am. and no explanation given. This caused stress, extra search time, Refund was issued through Expedia with apologies, Last the hotel need to fix its booking process; this experience was unacceptable and deeply disappointed. At 2 am I was forced to find an alternative hotel for my family and I.

Breakfast was very good Irma and her crew were very helpful, I accidentally dropped my plate with food (Breakfast) and Irma brought food back after it was time to close already. Receptionist was very helpful in checking out and very responsive when asking questions 10/10 service overall. Thank you to all your team.!

We were checking in at the lobby when my husbands backpack got stolen. We were told by the front desk people that they don't have access to the camera. We had to call the police to report because nothing was done to help us. Our passports were there in that backpack. I liked this hotel but its scary that your belonging will be stolen inside the hotel. Security was not in the area at the time and doesn't even know we got stolen. Why go o Marriott when its not safe?

Near the airport so if you choose to take a flight to LA this is a close hotel. Also next to Starbucks and In n out. Parking is expensive. I like their breakfast. It is a bit far from famous tourist attractions or downtown.

This hotel on Century blvd ( there are several Marriotts) was well cared for! The staff hard working and very professional, yet warm and friendly!! The location was perfect for access to LAX. In house eatery. Close the In and Out burger on Sepulveda Blvd. The shuttle was on time and drivers were so friendly. The best experience I've had in 30 years of picking up and delivering family to and from Los Angeles international airport.

It is very close to the airport but you can’t hear the planes flying by. The daily breakfast was good and had different options. The workers there did a great job keeping area clean and getting food out. Staff was friendly. Nice to have a Starbucks and 2 food places attached. Pool was not crowded. Rooms were good size. Beds were comfortable. Nice to have a sitting area and kitchen. Bathroom is good size with a small area next to it so others can do hair or makeup. Only issue we had was with housekeeping. They are supposed to come every 2 to 3 days but they didn’t come until I had to call twice. They were very apologetic and we weren’t sure why our room was not being cleaned. When we asked for extra towels or toilet paper, they did bring it up right away. as for the location, daily breakfast and price of the hotel, it was worth going to.

The stay was good, no complaints as per usual with a Marriott property. The complimentary shuttle to and from the hotel was pleasant and reliable. Nice hotel with the convenience of having a Starbucks, sandwich and pizza/wings place at the hotel. The complimentary breakfast was also decent. Great hotel!

This is a wonderful hotel with clean spacious rooms. The service is excellent. They have a heated outdoor pool and exercise room. The on-site restaurants are great. The complementary breakfast is amazing with everything from hot food items to the usual toast, cereal, fruit and juice. They even had iced coffee! I would highly recommend this hotel if you need a hotel by the airport.

We found the hotel to be clean but dated…hallway carpets and paint…lobby furniture …room couch uncomfortable. Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly, courteous and did a great job of keeping food supplied and area clean. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We were disappointed with dining options… could use an in house restaurant/ bar.

Very close to airport and easy to get back and forth from. It was a bit run down in the bathroom, peeling paint on tub and no hot water in the shower, only warm or cold. The breakfast was excellent for a free breakfast! I will be staying here again when I need a snack mace close to LAX.
