Staff was courteous, room was clean - I chose this hotel over the 5+ others similar in the area because of the EV chargers for my car. Both have been not working for 2+ months. Please keep your facility functioning and fix the EV chargers.

This is the second time I stayed here and I can’t wait to come back. I did have a small situation in my room & Victor didn’t hesitate to move me into a new room within minutes. I loved the cleanliness of the dining area during breakfast hours. Enjoyed the gym very much.

The staff was great and the shuttle service was very responsive. Very convenient option for quick airport access. The doors are very loud when they open and shut so I did wake up a few times overnight when other people on my hall returned to / left their rooms.

I woke up to bugs crawling on my water bottle on the nightstand. It was quite traumatizing. I informed the front desk the next morning and they were very nonchalant about it. They didn’t apologize or offer anything to make up for the experience. Needless to say I could not sleep after knowing bugs were crawling around in my room.

Our tv was old and the room smelled like mold. When googling the property the pictures they used must have been when it was first built. The property was much older in person. The restroom door was hung backwards.

Room #216. The walls in our room had stains on them. Sink in bathroom was not draining, even when the water pressure of the sink was extremely low. The ceramic sink has a huge crack on it. The wall paper in the room was peeling off. Luckily we stayed here for only one night before flying out. We chose this hotel because it was close to the airport, but will not be coming back and we do not recommend it.

We arrived pretty late after traveling back from our vacation. The placed looked clean and nice but once we were in our room we found bed beds. I’m about to call the health department because I was told I would hear from a manager. Two days later I haven’t heard from any one. I have pictures that are included. I travel all over the country and this is the first time this has ever happened . The lady at the front desk was super sweet and apologetic . I’m super disappointed that we have not heard from anyone after the issue. If we were to bring these bed bugs home that would have been very costly. I need someone to please call me. The management has let me down and maybe needs a change. Maybe she feels to comfortable in her position.

When ariving we were double charged for room and after getting to room we found that the sheets had hairs attached to them so sheets were not clean. We were transfered to another room and fridge didnt work enough to get drinks cold and when you set on the end of bed it made a noise as if the bed frame was falling apart.

The facility was beyond clean from the lobby to the room. My mother was thoroughly impressed with the handicap amenities, and it was nice and quiet. It was affordable and minutes away from the destinations we were in town for. I will be returning for another stay whenever I return back to the DFW area.

I arrived at the hotel and headed up to my room only to find that the bed sham was covered with bed bugs. I immediately left the room and went back to the front desk. They offered me another room but by that point I was so turned off I was just ready to leave. They were very apologetic and processed me a refund. Unfortunately, I am not a fan of bed bugs and will no longer stay at this hotel when I come into town for work.

The room was clean but water coming out of the shower is creating an issue with the floor lamination. The only complain the staff was not friendly enough. Not "Welcome to Hampton Inn" or thank you for staying with us at the end

This property needs a serious upgrade in bedding. The pillows were horrible. The pull-out couch mattress was absolutely the worst and most uncomfortable. The room keys would stop working the same day and we had to exchange them at the front desk every day of our stay. Room we reserved was for 2 queen beds. No such rooms were available at all when we arrived. For the nightly cost of $250 this was by far the worst properly we had to stay at. Do better!

The hotel was clean in the common areas outside of my room. The breakfast was fine. However, the room itself was needs some work asthetically. The furniture was old and looked cheap. The mattress was not very comfortable and could've used a matress topper. The little store in the lobby hardly had anything in it.

Pros- Cleanliness and staff were excellent. Cons- this was the smallest double queen room where Ive ever stayed. Stayed for 2 nights. Nowhere convenient to keep bags for three adults. Decided to unload bags into dresser drawers to make room.No dresser! They did have 3 small metal slide baskets under the TV area. We stuffed our clothes in those baskets. Went to try to put our empty luggage in the closet but that space was small as well. AND the small closet and bathroom shared the same sliding door. No lock for the bathroom since it was the closet sliding door. AND the sliding door was so heavy and tight it took 2 people to slide it back and forth. Also, only space for them to place the coffee maker was in the bathroom. No thank you. Wont be staying here ever again.

Great place to stay, this was our 6th time staying here and it's always excellent. The only thing I saw that wasn't good is the Hampton Inn neon signs on the building had lots of letters burned out. This doesn't affect the interior of the hotel though so all good. The shuttle service is nice.

Great location based on where I needed to be while in town. However upon checkout around 7:45am on 11/7/24 the front desk clerk seemed to have an attitude checking me out just because I asked for a receipt and then was questioning the charges. I gave up when she rudely decided to help others walking by and I walked off. Don’t think I will be staying here again because an accurate receipt is needed for me to expense my stay with my job.

This was a check in from hell! got there at 3:30 pm. Was told that our room wasn't ready. waited 30 minutes. Room was ready, but lady said the system wouldn't let her check us in. I told her we had to go to the game and she said go ahead, that when we got back, everything would be ready. We came back from the game and had to deal with someone else. he said I wasn't even in the system. After an hour, he found it and said he had no keys, so he went up with us and opened the door. Got back home to find out that I was charged twice. I hope I can work this out?

The staff was excellent! My flight was delayed and I was worried I would miss the shuttle. The hotel assured me it would be fine. When I arrived the shuttle driver gave me a water and took me through a drive through to get me something to eat. Everything about my stay was stellar! Thank you so much! I would highly recommend!!

There’s not much in walking distance, and there was construction around the hotel, bad roads. We did go to this one bar and grill down the street though that was quaint. I cant remember the name of it at the moment though.

Very nice hotel. The staff was professional and kind. The complimentary breakfast was nice (eggs, waffles, bacon, bagels, potatoes, coffee, tea, milk, fresh fruit and more). There places within walking distance to shop, and eat. Really convenient, affordable, and welcoming hotel.
