From the parking, to reception staff, the room cleanliness and overall facilities, we had an outstanding stay. Thankyou. It was a great quick getaway for not wanting to travel far in the midlands.

Spotlessly clean and beautifully presented hotel and rooms. Excellent mini bar included and Tamsin on reception was so incredibly welcoming. Absolutely would stay here again.

Breakfast was amazing. The view was great. I love a rooftop, and Sky restaurant is one of my favourites when I am in Birmingham, and to have breakfast there was such a treat. The hotel is one of the best I stayed in. Definitely will come back.

Hotels nice, room was so nice and bed was very compfy but the lady who booked me in didnt know what she was doing, she asked me if i wanted a bath with shower or walk in shower, i asked for a walk in shower instead gave me the bath. The room she out us in was 358 far from the esclators next to a fire exit 2 long corridor where the light did not come on for a few seconds in the second corridor, so walking in the dark for a couple steps which is not great for ladies walking back on there own or if they have had a drink. For what i paid i didnt bother complain or ask to be moved as room itself is nice.
