Very well located, good breakfast buffet and very quiet even though it's directly downtown. Parking and circulation around the hotel is a bit hectic though, with the hotel not having reserved drop off space in front of the entrance.

A very nice, well appointed hotel, 10-minutes walk from the Old Town and New Town. The breakfast is excellent, the rooms were spotless and the ‘Beer Spa’ is definitely worth treating yourself.

We stayed for 3 nights with our elderly aunt and uncle. We all thought the staff and property were excellent and would stay again. My request for an accessible room for them was honoured and this made their stay much safer and more comfortable. The breakfast buffet was extensive and excellent quality. It was smaller than the other hotel we stayed in Prague and this made it more comfortable and convenient. The staff were professional and polite. Would definitely stay again on a future visit. The only negatives for us were the lifts were small and slow and it’s on a narrow road which made getting in and out of taxis difficult for our elderly aunt and uncle.

Hotel staff was very nice and welcoming as well as the security guards in the front. The breakfast was delectable and everyone was very compensating and nice. The room was splendid, everything was clean and well organized. I would 100% recommend this hotel to someone who is visiting Prague! The gym is small but very clean and free bottle water is available.

Clean property with nice size rooms and comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and very good! Fairly convenient for walking to all the sights. However, parking is quite challenging. Make a parking reservation in advance if you are driving to Prague. That was not very clear and so we had to park at a sister property instead. Try the beer bath at the spa - that was a fun experience!

The girls can't handle cleaning the rooms. They only straighten the bed linen, but they don't change it for the 5 nights we spent there. And another minus - there are no scales in the room.

Room was really clean and spacious, with regular cleaning from housekeeping. The inclusion of bath robes and slippers was a nice touch. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection of free hot food, snacks, fruit, coffee, juice and various sweet treats. Hotel is smack in the middle of old town so walkable distance to all great cafes, restraunts and tourist attractions. If we ever come back to Prague we'd definitely stay here again!

Rengøring var rigtig dårlig. Der blev ikke støvsuget til trods for at det var meget tydeligt at der trængte. Til morgenmad skulle vi selv insistere på at der blev gjort et bord klar, ellers havde der ikke været et sted at spise morgenmaden. Det eneste sted vi blev mødt af et smil var ved indtjekning, ellers ingen overhovedet.

Here’s the details you need- clean, safe, quiet, soft linens. Clean bathroom with EVERY amenity you need. Humongous breakfast/lunch FREE buffet. From eggs to veggies to pastries to desserts it was outstanding. Huge benefit. The watch outs: the shower tub is high up and tricky to get in and out. I wouldn’t want anyone over age 65 doing it. The water sprayed everywhere and floor was slippery. Every time. For me it was ok, but wouldn’t want my mom to do it. Staff was great especially thanks to Miloslav who was super helpful and sweet!!!

I have stayed here several times, and the place is always clean and the employees courteous and helpful. Problems with the internet though need to be solved. You can't hold a zoom call or a proper phone call over whatsapp.

Uitstekend gelegen hotel in het centrum van Praag. Vriendelijk personeel en grote kamer. Ook een uitgebreid ontbijt. Verbeterpunt is de WIFI, valt regelmatig weg. Kortom , top!

Guter Ausgangspunkt zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Abgesehen vom Samstag-Abend-Party Lärm in der Straße, war es sehr ruhig im Hotel. Aufgrund der Lage, der Sauberkeit und des angenehmen Personals komme ich gern wieder.

The hotel was spotless, breakfast was amazing and staff were friendly and helpful. My only issue was that our room had the bathroom down some steps which was ok during the day but we were very afraid that someone might slip down them in the night. Just something to be aware of if booking a triple room as we did as in some cases this night mean a child in the room.

Hotel was in a good location, close to amenities and not far from tourist attractions. Room was positioned outside the lifts therefore was noisy at times. Bathroom was poorly designed - the shower head was placed over the curved part of the bath so difficult to stand under the shower head. This resulted in water spraying all over the bathroom. We asked for a double room however got 2 single beds that had been pushed together.

This is a very good hotel, reasonably priced, and well located within easy walking distance of the Old Town, bridges, etc. Rooms are spacious and well appointed, breakfast is very good, and facilities are of a high standard. The one important let-down was the hotel's customer service culture, which appeared to be across the board in the areas we interacted. While nobody expects all staff to speak English, an effort to smile and try and understand should be an essential element of hotel staff training. Almost every interaction was with surly staff - with the exception of one reception staffer! Yet they all seemed to speak English! And one small thing - if Hotels.com promise a loyalty benefit, the hotel should deliver that benefit. It lets your brand down when the hotels don't hold up their part of the deal. Would I recommend it? Yes, but be warned about the staff culture!

Réservation du service pick-up aéroport oubliée malgré une confirmation par mail reçue. Ce n est pas super grave en soit mais ce n est pas professionnel. Literie moyenne. Draps trop petits par rapport a la taille du lit. Accueil plus ou moins chaleureux selon la personne qui se trouve a l accueil. Voilà pour le négatif. Côté positif : chambre spacieuse calme et propre. Produits de toulette en quantité suffisante. Petit dejeuner très correct et très bon emplacement pour visiter Prague.

Disappointing start to our 6 day stay when we arrived at the hotel to be told someone was in our suite and it wouldn’t be ready for us they have left the next. We was put in a double room for the night with a complementary bottle of Prosecco for the inconvenience. The next day arrived and we was told our room wouldn’t be ready until the afternoon and that they would move our cases to our new room while we went exploring the city. When we got in the suite we had booked it was lovely and glad we booked it rather than the double we had been put in originally. The breakfast was fantastic with a great choice everyday from a hot choice lots of breads cold meats cereals fresh fruit yogurt and cakes. The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful and the hotel was immaculately clean. We was also offered complimentary taxi back to the airport for the inconveniences we had experienced. Would I stop at this hotel again if I was in Prague? Even with the hotel room experience most definitely with a great location and a great breakfast we had a great time stopping here.

Room and bathroom were excellent. The breakfast was included and there was plenty of options. Staff were friendly and the location is ideal for exploring both the old town and the other side of the river. Slightly disappointed not to be offered the VIP access benefits that were promised such as the complimentary wine in the room. Whilst we were checking out all newcomers were being offered a free beer which we weren’t offered.

It's a very good place, with a privileged location that allows you to move around both the new and old city. It's in an area where you'll find attractions like the Charles IV Bridge, a 10-minute walk away, or Kafka's revolving head, a three-minute walk away. There are nearby shopping centers and local restaurants where you can eat. You can easily get around by tram because it runs very close by. The breakfast served cold food. We are late and early but the bacons, fried egg etc was always cold. The food overall didnt feel like 5* as we was used too. The personal was 10/10. Super friendly, polite, well manner and top of the top!! I only wishes that they would have made something for my birthday. Even 3* hotels usually gives balloons or a small cake or anything since we decided to celebrate and book this hotel on my birthday. I even announced ahead that it was my birthday. So it was a little dissapointed, expected a little more regarding that. The rooms were clean! The shower handle was loose but worked, however the bathtub vent didnt work only shower head. I thought the hotel would have somewhat of fine dining. But there was no restaurant, just like evenings snacks and pizza.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Michelangelo Grand Hotel ans it exceeded our expectations. The staff were friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of variety and had vegan options. The room was very cozy. We enjoyed drinks in the lounge which was also very comfortable. It was very easy to get to and from the hotel. Definitely recommend to anyone visiting Prague.

Läget oslagbart. Nära till det mesta med gångavstånd och med spårvagn 22 runt hörnet (till Pragborgen), även Metro nära. Rent och fräscht. Service- och frukostpersonalen trevliga och duktiga på att hålla snyggt. Frukosten suverän, goda bröd, stort utbud av pålägg, varma rätter, frukt o grönt, shots, yoghurt, olika sorters the och kaffe (gott kaffe) och för den som önskade även stort utbud av söta bakverk. Utbudet varierande också olika dagar, positivt. Frukostens öppettider också ett plus. Vi bodde i en svit, men ställ inte förväntningarna för högt på den. Utsikten från andra våningen var suverän, men bara om du står upp. Möbleringen väldigt spartansk, mysfaktor låg. Men sängen väldigt skön, det var tyst och vi kunde göra svalt och mörkt som vi önskar. I hallen saknar vi en stol. Allt utom sovdelen kändes inte genomtänkt. Men överlag trivdes vi väldigt bra på hotellet.

Fab hotel, gorgeous room and great location. Service was great but not too many smiles from staff, friendliness was lacking. Breakfast a little chaotic. Was super busy and table turn around was slow so it meant standing around waiting for a clean table and getting in everyone’s way.

Hotel location is superb. For what we paid for the room it is fantastic value. Definitely would return. The only grievance I have is that this hotel is marketed as a 5 star. In my opinion, it is no where near that calibre. A very good 3 or average 4 star absolutely, the price I felt reflected a hotel of this range of rating. Oddly if the hotel had been rated this I would have been more pleased with my stay, but with the 5 star I was expecting grand things which was not the case. Bed was super comfy, room clean and modern. Service was average, no real enthusiasm though it must be said, bit flat atmosphere at times. Cleaner on 5th floor this past week was very kind and welcoming in corridor. Breakfast needs serious work in my opinion, water scrambled eggs and mushrooms, processed low quality sausages, pancakes that have went chewy from sitting out too long. Not ideal to be honest, could be improved greatly. Would return to this hotel at the price we paid for sure again, just not for breakfast.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at the Michelangelo Grand Hotel, perfect for our city break in Prague. Spotless rooms, staff always very attentive and helpful, one of the best hotel buffet breakfasts we have ever had! Tonnes of choice available, would highly recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Prague. Also wonderful location, great access to the old town, Wenceslas square and public transport nearby.
