Wir wurden beim check inn vor dem Frühstück für 18.000 p.P. zurecht gewarnt, denn es geht dort zu wie in einer riesigen Wartehalle. Alles geht hektisch und sehr lautstark zu. Unangenehm am Morgen. Wir haben bereits am Eingang zum Frühstücksbereich dankend verzichtet und uns im ca. 80m vom Hotel entfernten Subway mit Kaffee und Baguettes eingedeckt. Insgesamt ist das Hotel zentral, gut, sauber und die vollen 4* wert.

The Hotel is clean and the personnel has a good english level. The door of the shower cabin was not fully closing but it was acceptable. The gym has decent equipment for an hotel. The location is close enough to walk to the Busan Station. The buses are regular and allows to travel to key destinations. This Hotel is near Gamcheon but far away from Haeundae Beach. I recommend this Hotel as it is a very good value for the price.

釜山駅前や南浦の間にあり、ビジネス街？だからなのか喧騒から離れたい家族としてはベストでした。地下鉄からも近いし、バス停も目の前です。ちいさなコンビニも併設しており、チキンビアホールのようなお店もありました。朝食は利用しておりませんが、少々お高いような？近くの食事が少なく、あってもビジネス街だからなのか21:00前後で閉まるところが多くて難儀しました。空いてても満席でどこにも入れませんでした。お目当ての名物料理の数々には巡り合えませんでしたが、結果、お母さん２人でやっている家庭料理のお店でほっこりできて良かったですが(笑)。食事は別の場所か、移動するなどでケアできていれば、静かに過ごせる良い場所のホテルだと思います。フロントも若い男女が入れ替わり担当されて、英語も伝わりますし、笑顔で応対してもらえました。また利用したいホテルです。

地下鉄駅やバス停まで近くて交通の便が良い。そしてタクシー乗り場がホテルの前にあり、タクシーが捕まえやすい。客室のコンセントが日本と合わなくて、フロントで貸してもらいました。ホテルの中にレストランやカフェ、コンビニもあり良かったです。ただ、お風呂はシャワーのみで、バスタブはありません。

Hotel très propre. La salle de sport est bien équipée pour un hôtel. Le buffet à volonté propose un véritable rapport qualité/prix compétitif. L’emplacement proche de la gare est un vrai plus. Pratique pour les transports en commun et pour les visites guidées car le point de rendez-vous est à environ 9 minutes de marche.

I stayed two nights with my family. The Hotel is in a great location. however after we had issues with our shower drain. the staff moved us to another room. for the next two nights My son and I woke up with bug bites on our bodies. We told the staff that 1st night and they just said ok we will treat the bed after we leave. I was expecting some kind of compensation especially I had to pay an extra 60,000 won just for having my son in the same room. I didnt get anything just sorry while my son and I are still itching from the bites we got in the Hotel.

Convenient near Busan Station (10 Min walk) and we stayed for the BTS screening at the port. The room had so much hair on the floor and I felt it was not properly cleaned and was a bit dusty. The coffee shop (a Twosome place) was great to have in the lobby and it opens at 7am.

The hotel has connecting rooms so it is great for families. Rooms are spacious and have a small kitchenette so an additional basin is very useful. Wallpapers in the rooms are a little worn down at some parts but beds are comfortable. Rooms are clean. It is near to the Subway. A taxi drop off/pick up area right in front of the hotel is very convenient. Level 2 BBQ chicken restaurant opens till 2am. Convenient store right below the hotel is a blessing as we get our daily milk and snacks from the store. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

호텔은 찾기도 쉽고, 깨끝하고, 호텔 자체는 참 좋았어요. 하지만 밤이되니 폭주족.. 바이크ㅈ타고칠주하는 사람들 때문에 소음에 시달려서 잠을 잘 못 이루었네요. 이외에도 버스나 차지나가는 소리가 나긴 했지만 대로변이리는걸 감안하면 이정도는.. 최소한 버스는 밤에 잘때 운행을 안하니까요...바이크는 정도가 심해서 잠을 이룰 수 있는 수준이 아니었어요

今回二度目の利用でした。シャワーの水圧が弱いのと、お湯が出るまでに時間がかかるのと、壁が薄いのか…隣の部屋の会話が普通に聞こえるレベルなのは少し改善されて欲しい点です。スタッフの対応や、ホテル全体的な清潔感には問題ありません。

We stayed here for two nights during our tour of South Korea and this hotel was a great base from which to explore Busan. The only down side was that you need to get a take a taxi or public transport to get to the city centre. Very clean hotel and super friendly staff who spoke a good level of English. Some restaurants near by as well for different dining options.

I gave a low rating due to poor service. There was frequent noise in my room, so I went to the reception to report the issue. Two women were at the desk and acknowledged my presence. However, when I started explaining the problem, they turned their attention to their computers. Realizing that I was essentially speaking to no one, I asked, “Sorry, whom am I talking to?”Then I received service from one of the ladis by slightly lifting one of her hand and pointing at another lady beside her, without neither eye contact nor speaking a word. Although the noise problem was addressed and the room met expectations except the shower room, I did not feel that I was treated with respect.

About a 5 min walk from the metro and GS25 is connected to the building, which was convenient. Staff was accommodating and allowed my party to hold our luggage after checkout. Rooms were clean and spacious, and we chose to have 3 twin beds per room because we were a large group of friends. One of our rooms had a broken AC at first but maintenance fixed it right away, even at night. Location was decently distanced between popular areas in Busan, such as Gamcheon culture village (one way) and haeundae beach (complete opposite way). Well priced for the quality of stay. Would opt to stay here again!

About a 5 min walk from the metro and GS25 is connected to the building, which was convenient. Staff was accommodating and allowed my party to hold our luggage after checkout. Rooms were clean and spacious, and we chose to have 3 twin beds per room because we were a large group of friends. One of our rooms had a broken AC at first but maintenance fixed it right away, even at night. Location was decently distanced between popular areas in Busan, such as Gamcheon culture village (one way) and haeundae beach (complete opposite way). Well priced for the quality of stay. Would opt to stay here again!

We stayed here for two nights during our tour of South Korea and this hotel was a great base from which to explore Busan. The only down side was that you need to get a take a taxi or public transport to get to the city centre. Very clean hotel and super friendly staff who spoke a good level of English. Some restaurants near by as well for different dining options.

The Hotel is clean and the personnel has a good english level. The door of the shower cabin was not fully closing but it was acceptable. The gym has decent equipment for an hotel. The location is close enough to walk to the Busan Station. The buses are regular and allows to travel to key destinations. This Hotel is near Gamcheon but far away from Haeundae Beach. I recommend this Hotel as it is a very good value for the price.

Wir wurden beim check inn vor dem Frühstück für 18.000 p.P. zurecht gewarnt, denn es geht dort zu wie in einer riesigen Wartehalle. Alles geht hektisch und sehr lautstark zu. Unangenehm am Morgen. Wir haben bereits am Eingang zum Frühstücksbereich dankend verzichtet und uns im ca. 80m vom Hotel entfernten Subway mit Kaffee und Baguettes eingedeckt. Insgesamt ist das Hotel zentral, gut, sauber und die vollen 4* wert.

We stayed in the Family Room with Kids Room (Room 515) at Crown Harbor Hotel. Unfortunately, the condition of the room did not meet our expectations. The interior was poorly maintained, with wallpaper that was not properly installed and visible holes in the ceiling corners. In addition, the body wash provided for guests was almost empty and had not been refilled before our arrival. These issues affected the overall quality of our stay and should be addressed to improve the guest experience.
