Very nice property with great amenities. 4 things prevented giving this Fairfield In. 5 stars: 1.) First floor curtains were not designed to close. So there is little privacy and no sun blocking. 2.) The poor Quality toilet paper. The hotel’s toilet paper was like something a Motel 6 would offer. 3.) Lighting in the bathroom was bad for makeup wearers, and one of the two lamps in the room didn’t work 4.) $10 extra to pay for parking in a lot that wasn’t tight on space is Nicole and filing your guests. Otherwise we loved the place!

Clean convenient location not too far from Legoland, and about 25 minutes from San Diego Zoo Safari. They charge $10/night for parking, but it is clean, serves breakfast in the mornings between 7am and 9:30am and has a medium sized pool (no hot tub). Also not far from the beaches - 5-7 minutes by car. We recommend Moonlight Beach (free).

My family and I stayed here for only one night, but we enjoyed it. The room was spacious and comfortable (though the pull-out beds are LOUD, as a warning), everything felt clean, and we appreciated the complimentary breakfast. Note that parking costs $10 per night. I don't think that was very clear on the Expedia profile, as I saw something that said it was "free," so just know that it's not free parking. But it was easy and convenient to get in and out of the parking lot, and I wasn't worried about the area. We would absolutely stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good. Easy check in and check out. Parking was only $10 a day. 6 min drive to LegoLand and Costco and burger joint. Family enjoyed our stay

Bathroom is a moldy mess. Not ebough towels for a family of 5. No help with us wantimg and needing to leave early. We were charge 2 full days but left after first night. Walls are dirty in room. Tons of dust everywhere.

Our room wasn't cleaned fully. The bathroom was used and smelled like urine as if it was sitting more than a day. And the couch was really stained. The front desk clerk was so awesome to switch our room in which we were satisfied with the next room.

The hotel was conveniently located not far from the freeway but far enough that you didn't hear freeway noise. Included an outdoor swimming pool, gym, laundry facility, and breakfast. The staff were polite and helpful. Even went as far as giving up their spot for is to park one night. Now with the not so good, the room seemed dated. Lighting at night was very dim in the bathroom and the room even with all the lights on. Our mattress seemed very dirty while the other was encased in mattress protector. Very noisy on our first night with people partying a few doors away. I did call the front desk, they addressed it right away. Breakfast was nothing special with the usual waffles and other items.

We had to switch rooms 3X within 30 minutes. The floor smelled. The carpet was wet in both rooms. They acted like they weren’t aware of this. Then as I waited for my 3rd room I heard another lady complaining about her room. This hotel is definitely not to Marriott standards. I have stayed at plenty and have all been really nice.

We booked this stay for how close it is for our trip to Legoland to celebrate three kids birthdays. The hotel was very clean and in a nice area. Staff was very friendly. We did though have to end our stay a day early due to our son and my niece both have a skin reaction to something on the bed sheets. We had to have them both checked out and we were told it may have been something used to clean the sheets with. We did inform the staff and the young lady was very nice and understanding but we couldn't stay another night due to have to take the kids skin reaction. Another thing at least for our room we could hear our neighbors talking all night long which was a bit unfortunate. Other than that everything about the hotel was very nice.

We had to switch rooms late at night due to the beds (mattresses) being dirty and trash in the room. Even the second room was not clean and there was a horrible smell on the floor of the room we had to move to. I was told by a manager I would receive points as a refund for the room that would cover me booking “another room and some” due to the inconvenience; however, I never received anything. I called a few times to speak to the general manager but I keep being told he’s not in. The only thing decent about the stay was the receptionist. She was very apologetic for the condition of the rooms and me having to switch rooms late with my children. I even emailed photos of the rooms condition. I’m disappointed that I was lied to and nothing as actually done. I’m going to chuck this up as maybe the hotel is under staffed and the few employees there are doing the best they can and rushing. Yet it is unfair that guests and employees get the bad end of the stick.

This was the worst experience i have ever had at a hotel, the lady gives me the key to the room and when i open the door there are already people in the room, as i take a step inside the man jumps at me so i had to jump back outside of the room and i had to push my wifeband daughter back outside so that they wouldn't get hurt, it was a nightmare.

Tim at the front desk. Lovely, funny, and with the hotel filled with soccer & gymnastics kids, tried to find us a quiet spot in the hotel. He's a wonderful asset!

It’s not fancy but it was very clean, had great service, and was an easy stay. We would absolutely return in a heartbeat. The only recommendation would be to elevate the quality of the food at the breakfast buffet, but there was nothing wrong with it.

Property was in a nice area but really showed its age! Outlets were few and far between and the ones they had were so bad we couldn't charge our phones correctly. Lighting was terrible, and the free breakfast was a disgusting free for all! My wife got food poisoning from the turkey sausage! Staff never said hello unless you were checking in or out. We're very disappointed and won't be back!
