Comfort Suites Meridian and I-40

Property listed airport shuttle , no airport shuttle , booked king suit however red necks were BBQing right outside my window management did not do anything about it .

Room was super nice and the staff was friendly. Pool is not headed so it was a little cold but still usable.

The pool was not heated and my kid was unable to enjoy it

We love booking hotels with a pool for the kids but this pool was - what felt like below freezing water!!! Very unenjoyable. The room was very spacious and the only complaint was the dirty rusted light fixtures in the bathroom. The hotel was nice but there was a lot of homeless in the area. We did feel safe with the police watching over the place at night. The hotel itself was also hot too. Probably wouldn’t stay here again but if I really had to, it wouldn’t be a problem. It wasn’t horrible. 3/5 stars…. Also, it’s close to everything so that was good. Lots of restaurants, stores, gas stations and even an arcade/go cart place.

Nice restaurants near the hotel but the pool water was freezing and our room was on the bottom floor so there was quite a lot noise throughout the night.

The pool was too cold to use. That would be my only complaint

The parking lot was a bit small but doable. A tour bus came while we were there and that added to the parking. Wonderful Hotel, great staff, good bed. Will stay there again

I stayed at this location a week before and they had no problems with me parking my Semi there. I show up this time and the manager is waiting outside telling me very rudely that I can’t park my Semi there. Never going back there

This is the second time we have stayed. They were able to make it easy for moderately handicapped friends to get in and out easily and were able to get us the same room 2 years in a row because of our needs. Breakfast is better than average and coffee available in the lobby is a real treat. There are a few lazy staff but most are delightful and a pleasure to work with. My only complaint this year was the blocking off of many, many up close parking spaces because supposedly workers would be in early to pull ACs and wash them. We never saw ANY workers using those spots. Very inconvenient for a week that was going to include many older or handicapped guests. I just wish Hotels.com made it possible for us to divide the bill between roommates when we choose to pay at the hotel. It’s ridiculous that they can’t make that happen.

I specifically booked this hotel because according to the web, they offered free parking as well as a free shuttle to the airport. When I got here, I found out that the airport shuttle was untrue. I felt cheated.

They have to invest in up keep of the property. Stained carpets in the hallway and bedroom. A hole in the curtains are not something you want to see. However, it's not a 5 star hotel. But I did like the breakfast bar, but the pancake machine did not work. According to staff had not worked in awhile. They can do better.

Had a pleasant stay at the property, employees were extremely nice, beds comfy.. cleaning could be a bit more thorough, there was yucky stuff on the headboard of my bed, and around the edges of the bathroom floor, but all in all I would definitely stay here again.

Clean rooms, stayed for 4 days, kept rooms clean daily. Breakfast was nice.

I'm only giving 4.5 stars because the water pressure was awful and the pillows were not full size. There was rust on the lighting in the bathroom. That was probably drom the moisture from fog drom showers. The bed was comfortable and ac and tv worked great.

I had a used bar of soap that was left on the sink which wasn't mind. Overall everything was excellent.

We were driving cross-country and arrived late at night, and Comfort Suites Meridian in Oklahoma City was the perfect stop. Check-in was quick and easy, the room was spotless, and everything was just what we needed to recharge. It was comfortable, quiet, and gave us the perfect rest before getting back on the road the next morning. Exactly what a traveler hopes to find!

The front desk staff upon check in announced our name, what floor and room number with other patrons being in the lobby, what?? This is a security risk, when asking questions throughout they stay they acted put out like they shouldn’t be bothered. When asked about different pillows they were even unwilling to go and look, we had to ask what timeframe breakfast was served. We informed the front desk of trash being in the elevator one morning before breakfast and it was not cleaned up until early afternoon, the curtains and shades in our room were dirty, the sink in the bathroom drained terribly slow so don’t leave the water on long, the lights in the bathroom were rusted, thankfully no bed bugs but the mattress was terrible and it felt like you sank to the bottom and we rolled to the middle no support, then upon checkout more trash found in the hallway. Not to mention how hot the hallways are. And breakfast, let’s just say it can barely pass for breakfast, we opted to eat out after the first morning. And where’s the manager? Your guess is as good as ours. Generally we feel when traveling that we can trust the reviews on hotels.com, this one left us stunned. I am including pics so you can see this is an honest review by disappointed customers, we expected better. We were celebrating our 35th anniversary and just don’t want anyone else trip to be a disappointment.

Had a wonderful stay! The rooms were spotless, very quiet, and comfortable. The price was also fantastic—great value. Highly recommend!

My room was directly across from the elevator so there was more noise than I expected. I had difficulty sleeping due to hearing sounds all night from the hallway and rooms around ours.

I stand by my 5 star rating for this hotel, but I would suggest getting curtains that actually fully close. The BRIGHT parking lot light was absolutely horrible, while trying to fall asleep. And then the sun woke me up, before my alarm, every morning. Other than that, excellent hotel, fantastic experience. Nobody is perfect, right?

Our room was clean & well stocked with towels. Breakfast was good & the choice was good as well. The only thing that needs changing is the way the doors into the rooms click into place when you close them. There is no way to close them without being loud, which is very disruptive when trying to sleep

We rented 2 rooms as we were traveling with lots of family. Rooms were huge! Clean and comfortable! Nice size mini fridge and microwave. We will definitely stay here again!

Great staff, clean room. Was on the road side and had bright lights shinning into the room and could hear a lot of traffic noise. Close to everything I needed.

Clean and quiet!

It is clean & comfortable and near many restaurants. I would have given 5 stars except there were doors slamming especially early morning & around bedtime. It wasn't rude guests it is the way the door closes & can't be avoided. It is very annoying for a light sleeper like me. Otherwise great stay everytime.

Rooms are big and beds are comfortable.

The room had a faulty ac that was leaking into the carpet. The front desk woman at check-in was rude. Also if you stay you will have men in the parking lot harrasing you anytime yiu exit or enter.

The staff was AMAZING!!!!!! I had an health emergency with my daughter and the staff bent over backwards to help us. The staff was personable but not nosey, professional and caring. Clean room, GREAT staff… it may cost a lil bit more …. But so worth it!

Hotel rooms were spacious and cleaned daily. Breakfast mediocre at best. Would have liked some more options. However we were chatting in the lobby and asked to move to their conference room. We were not loud, not drinking like some of the other group but for some reason the young lady at the front counter was really rude to us and our kids. Not a pleasant experience. We order dinner in and planned to eat at the tables but were forced to be secluded in a room with no TV to watch the woman’s World Series. I am sure there hotel was sold out because of this event and sad we couldn’t watch it while we ate with friends who also stayed here.

We had a very pleasurable and comfortable stay at this inn. Staff were friendly and efficient, room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, and the location was perfect for our area travel needs. Would gladly stay again.

Excellent front desk team! Explained the room, the amenities and the local area which helped us enjoy several family meals without the need for reservations.

I checked and went to my room. When I opened the door there was already luggage in the room and the beds were already slept in. I went back down to the front desk and there was another guest standing at the front counter. After standing there for 5 minutes the nigt manager Ashley walked out of the office and the two of them began to argue. I strod there with my daughter unrecognized by the mamager for a couple minutes until she acknowledged my lresence and asked if she could help me. I told her of my situation and the other guest began to continue argue with Ashley. The both of them were acting irate towards each other. Cops were called to remove the guest and Ashley finally gave me another room that was unoccupied much to me and my daughter's delight. I thanked her and she thanked me for my patience. The followomg day i received a call from a provate number which happened to be Akash Patel, the GM accusing and questioming me why i was being disrespectful to his night manager. I asked where he heard this and he told me thats what he heard, apparently from Ashley. I informed him he was told wrong and asked for my side of the story (read above). I do not recommend this property to any one especially family unless you want the potential of having unknown guests walking to your room. Akash Patel and his managers are incompetent!

We really enjoyed our stay! We’re normally always traveling and stay with comfort inn. The woman at check in very nice! The other one in the morning of check out, not so pleasant! We stood there for maybe 5 to 10 minutes until what looked like a maintenance guy came from down the hall and told the woman that someone was standing there! She was right on the other side of the wall basically! I’m a General Manager for a hotel in Illinois and I would never allow my staff to let guest/‘s stand there waiting unless they weren’t busy. She was clearly in the back eating her breakfast which was fine, but being that close to the desk how could you not hear anyone there. Overall our stay was fine!

Went to the wrong location first but lady at the desk was awesome and gave us directions. I guess it happens frequently since the hotels are the same name and located so closely. The hotel was really nice and a good price. The area had a lot of homeless people around Meridian though.

This property was amazing. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was great. Parking was very easy and I enjoyed the snack options in the lobby.

Everything was nice. Breakfast was great just wish they had two waffle makers but it’s not that big of a deal Very comfortable beds and convenient location to okc and plenty of restaurants nearby .
