Also zuerst das positive,-das Frühstück geht total in Ordnung, reichlich Auswahl von allem. Allerdings findet das Frühstück im Keller statt was gewöhnungsbedürftig ist und sicher den Platzverhältnissen zu schulden kommt. Auch das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das es sich hier um ein vier Sterne Hotel handelt kann ich nur damit begründen das es sich in optimaler Stadt Nähe befindet und ich nichts negatives am Frühstück auszusetzen habe. Nun das nicht so ganz schöne. Die Zimmer sind eher klein, der Teppich etwas Fleckenreich und als Dusche dient eine kleine Badewanne die für Menschen der etwas älteren Generation nicht von Vorteil ist. An der Tür befinden sich Handtuchhaken aber die Handtücher haben keine Aufhänger. In der höheren Etage sollte man am Fahrstuhl zu Stoss Zeiten mit längerer Wartezeit rechnen. Und zu allererst die Anfahrt mit dem Auto und der Zufahrt zum Hotel kann etwas stressig werden da die Parksituation wirklich sehr sehr schlecht ist. Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage sollte im Vorfeld reserviert werden und ist auch nicht kostenfrei ca.20€ pro Tag. Für ein Kurztrip alles noch OK aber ein wirkliches 4 Sternehotel sieht für mich etwas anders aus.

Love the breakfast set up. The location close to metro. Felt safe with the key usage for the elevator. Had delicious hot tea in lobby machine. Some servers at breakfast are not friendly. Lady whomchecked me in was friendly and very informative.

Great place to stay in Prague. Very friendly and efficient staff. Even changed some out of date notes for me. Room very clean. Short walk from Pavlova tram and metro stop from which you can get everywhere. Quieter than city centre. The garden area is welcome also a great place to relax. Good breakfast too

Not a bad stay for the price. The hotel is in a good, well-connected area, the 24-hour front desk is helpful, and the breakfast is decent. However, the hotel lacks facilities and the Wi-Fi was awful.

Das Hotel liegt zentral es ist nicht weit zur Straßenbahn und Metro man kommt überall hin. Frühstück ist reichlich alles vorhanden. Nur leider kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer! Wir können es für einen Städtetrip weiter empfehlen. Parkplatz ist im Nachbar Hotel, die Einfahrt in die Tiefgarage ist sehr schmal, wir mussten die Spiegel einklappen 😃

Vi boede i et familie værelse på 6 sal med 3 sange og aircondition . Værelset var virkeligt godt, dog kunne man høre trafik fra gaden, hvilket er forventeligt i en storby som Prag . Værelset manglede bare en skridsikker bademåtte, da badekar var meget glat at stå i når man skulle tage et brusebad. Og et minikøleskab så man kunne have kolde drikkevarer. Parkering valgte vi at betale for, hvilket var en god ide, eftersom parkeringspladser i området er der ikke mange af. Man skulle køre ned i en kælder som var smal og p plads dernede var nu ikke store men det gik fint. Personale er meget hjælpsomme og taler fint engelsk 😉. Morgenmad er fin der mangler intet , og der er god service på.

Hotel forms part of a picturesque 19th century building. Service was friendly and quick I expected to pay an additional city tax for my stay which is roughly £2 a night - you can choose to pay at check in or check out. The free breakfast buffet offers good options of hot and cold food, room was clean and spotless. However I didn’t quite expect the 30 minute walk into the Old Town but the walk lets you take in much of the city’s picturesque beauty and buildings outside of the Old Town and there are tram stops nearby if you can’t manage the walk - the public transport system is reliable and cheap enough. On the first night it would’ve been nice to be able to eat dinner at the hotel after travelling most of the day. But there’s plenty of options. There is a lack of amenities at the hotel such as no hotel gym, no bar, no evening dining which questions the 4* claim. At best it is a much more pleasant, charming and clean 3.5* (Think Britannia Hotels - but with friendly staff, clean rooms and clean bedding)

Das Hotel ist sehr gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und boten genug Platz. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Unsere Zimmer, konnten wir bereits im 12:30 Uhr beziehen. Auswahl beim Frühstück war völlig ausreichend. Wir können dieses Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Amazing location ! A 10 minute walk from the train station and close to all the main attractions. Room was clean and spacious. Towels were replaced every day. Which especially liked the windows that fully opened. The breakfast was great. Alot of options. Overall great stay and would stay again if ever in Prague!

Vi hade två rum Ena var riktigt bra Andra var helt värdelöst då vi hörde hissen hela natten och inte kunde sova något alls Fick byta rum och det var bättre Hade vi inte fått byta hade vi gett hotellet ett betydligt sämre betyg

breakfast was good. in the room, the bed was 2 singles pushed together, so their was a gap I noticed when I moved around. the bathtub/shower needs a high handle to hold onto to be safer

I liked that the property was just outside of the heavy touristy zone but just a 10-15 min walk to Wenceslas square. There were many restaurants and cafes close by as well as a subway station I.P Pavlova, and tram stop The area was relatively quiet and safe. I was on the 1st floor, very fortunately, but each floor just had a few rooms and the guests were quiet. When I went to breakfast in the morning I was surprised how many people were actually in that hotel. However the doors or walls were relatively thin. The staff were professional and there 24 hrs-- loved that. The room was efficient as well as bathroom-not too small. We were two that travelled. There was no iron but that seems to be commonly the case in Eastern Europe. I believe one was available upon request. Our room had no refrigerator or microwave either, but it wasn't a bother. We had AC unit in the room that we controlled, and we could open the windows if we wanted, yeah! The beds were comfortable and pillows were large and firm enough, not too much. I would def go back and stay there again for its convenient and safe location, and basic comfort of the rooms, and hall area, and the surrounding beautiful buildings. Also for the included breakfast. The breakfast was okay, not great, but def good enough. There were two types of eggs, if you didn't want the runny ones, fresh fruits daily, proscuitto, and other meats, cheeses, bread, pastries incl croissants, cereals, salads and beverages. Das Hotel ist sehr gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und boten genug Platz. Got cheated with billing, I booked with a different tariff and got charged more. Very rude lady at the front seat. Pathetic wifi does not work. You could hear the trains through the night makes it hard to sleep. Please do not go here

The hotel was not up to what it promises in the website. They chested us on tariff . Front desk staff was very rude and brushed us off. We were left with no option as they had already deducted the money. Please be aware what you are going for. I would suggest avoid going and getting trapped.

Room is okay but rating is not 4 star. Check in was not flexible, long waiting. Staff at the check in counter is ok, could be more friendly. The breakfast is not good in general, there was more dry cakes rather than the real breakfast stuff. Who will eat dry cakes in the morning? Bacon and egg is so watery that can miss your appetit.

We landed late in Prague and needed somewhere to stop overnight before continuing our journey the next day, ideally a family room for 4 at a reasonable price and close to the train station would be ideal for us. Hotel Ambiance ticked all the boxes. The hotel arranged an airport transfer for us, so getting there from the airport was stress free, on arrival check in was open and straight forward. The room was basic but had everything we could want for a nights stay. In the morning we discovered the 2 most important things about a hotel… 1) The shower was amazing! Someone had clearly replaced it with a jet wash, high water pressure with lots of hot water to invigorate for the day ahead. 2) breakfast was phenomenal, decent selection of different foods in abundance, spread around the room so no crowding around a central point. It was clearly busy but didn’t feel like it, very well managed and decent strong coffee available on tap. Great hotel, worth a visit. Will remember for the future.

The breakfast did not have a lot of options, but the bacon was very good. You had to pay for a kettle for your room and the supplies you needed for it. There was a coffee machine in the reception which you could pay for. Breakfast finished at 10.30. The staff were lovely. It is a basic room but the air conditioning worked well. Throughout the day you can hear people moving about.
