Good location. Walking distance for anything including the main office. Laundry is coin op and machines seemed old and unclean. Room was clean and smelled clean. In the heart of town/shopping, 5 min walk to the beach.

The pictures were very deceiving. We were further out than the town. We were on the bottom floor and the neighbors upstairs were loud. You could hear every movement they made. The pool way green. No service in rooms. What was considered an ocean view was not was expected.

Overall I really enjoyed my stay, a couple of things to consider: there is no AC, they do have a fan and we opened the balcony and entrance doors to get a nice cross breeze and that worked well to cool the room. The room is on the third floor and there’s no elevator so be prepared for some stairs. It’s a cozy little hideaway with a fantastic view of the ocean and access to just about everything you would want to check out in Cannon Beach.

Nicely decorated condo near the beach. But we could hear the people above us clearly, so the walls are thin. The comfort of the place was great. The beds and couch bed were comfortable. It had all the things we needed (ie plates, silverware, hairdryer...). We did notice that there wasn't a lot of hot water though. We all took really short showers and still were showering in cold water at the end. We did enjoy the indoor pool as well.

This was the perfect location for our exploration of the Pacific coast. Right in downtown Cannon Beach so close to restaurants, shops and the beach. Our room was clean and comfortable and all the staff were wonderful.

I’ve stayed here several times before. I think this is the best overall place to stay in cannon beach. Service was great. The guy who checked me in was friendly and efficient. The bed was super comfy. The jetted bath tub was amazing. Had a great view of the ocean. Room had a kitchen and all of your basic cooking essentials. Definitely took advantage of the cozy fireplace as well.

Was listed as ground floor but was 2 1/2 short flights up. Toilet in bathroom was so close to sink cabinet that it wasn’t practical. Other than those two things it was a nice place to stay. View of ocean and Ecola Creek was beautiful.

Room was perfect. 50 foot walk to the beach. Angled rear balcony allowed a better view of the Beach and Ocean. Front and rear doors for easy access. Bar area and sink was separate from bath area. Plenty of room! Sitting area had plenty of natural light. Cannon Beach was beautiful !!!!

Good stay for the price. Beds were great. We were able to cook but limited. Very noisy from people upstairs. You can’t help who stays above you, but walls very thin and we had a difficult time falling asleep. Great location, and everything within a walkable distance. We loved that about this small place.

We loved it again and even got the same room. We visited last February and decided to come back for a weekend. We we checked in they didnt act like they had never done this before. Very quick and efficient. Will love to visit again, soon.

Unfortunate experience - arrived for three night stay on a weekend when storm and power loss were anticipated. The hotel even had a flyer with information; however when we arrived in room we only had one fireplace log for our three night stay, one of the lanterns (for power outage) did not work, and thermostat would not work as it was flashing “needs battery”. Room only had no extra rolls of paper towels and because there was no way to take out any garbage, we were told to “put the trash bag outside and a staff member will pick it up” (that sat there for three days and was never picked up). went and purchased $50 in additional fire logs as we anticipated that may be our only source of heat. (In the end we had no power for about 7 hours). TV/cable set up did not work but maintenance assisted promptly. Front desk triple charged us for the remaining balance and I am still trying to work this out with them now 6 days later!

We liked how close it was to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Truly a super location! There was ample parking. Also, the room was spacious, well-appointed, and confortable. We liked the friendly staff plus the easy checkin and checkout process.

This is a lovely hotel a block away from the beach and right in downtown Cannon Beach. The room was gorgeous, sparkling clean and incredibly comfortable. We loved having a fireplace and little kitchenette. Our room had a gorgeous view of the beach and it made our stay feel luxurious. Highly recommended!!

I liked being close to the beach. Hearing the ocean from the room and seeing it from the room. Very peaceful and quiet at a convienient lication to walk where ever you needed to go. The only thing that was a pain was tight parki g but i was always able to find a spot to squeeze our suburban in.

This is a superb value for the price. Spacious, clean, fireplace, private deck (large), private grass area, access to beach, stunning VIEW of the beach. Listening to the surf as you sleep, getting first-rate coffee drinks a half-block away. Recommend The Waves without any hesitation and will book there again.

This prosperity is located on Cannon Beach. Many of the rooms have an ocean view and you can walk a few feet to the beach. The beach is a fantastic walk or run(it is not a swimming beach). The local food within walking distance and shops allow you to simply stay put and not drive to different places. And there are historical sights and museums that are drivable distances if you want to explore. They also have many art galleries within walking distance. There are many trails for walking and hiking.

This motel room was recently renovated. Bed was very comfortable. TV was excellent. Bathroom small but well laid out.Good coffee.Pleasant helpful staff. Great stay.
