WARNING!!!!!! Do not stay at this hotel, I arrived at 6pm and parked my truck in the front row, 10:43 my truck was stole, the night shift watched it happen and didn’t call the police, I didn’t find out till 6am the next morning when I walked out to go to work, Then Thursday night another Truck got stole from the same motel, THERE IS NO SECURITY!!!!!! They have very poor camera surveillance and the staff is told to stay out of these situations Very unhappy customer

Pool doesn't work, ice maker doesn't work, front desk computer not working. Thank goodness I'm not staying long. Took almost 40 minutes to wait for the 1 person in line because one computer didn't work and she was trying to move the monitor in just the right position to get it other one to work. Finally she just reset the entire system. Completely clueless on why the pool was closed, when it would reopen, or even how long it has been down. Ice maker had a note on it that it was out of order and to use the one at the sister hotel next door. Room not fully stocked with soap and such even though the dispensers are in the bathroom. Bring a pillow, these are flat as a pancake. Will never be back.

We booked the hotel seeing they had a free shuttle to & from the airport. When we got into Houston we called & their shuttle was broke down so they sent a van. There were other people needing it also so we took an Uber. When we got back from our cruise we had an early flight the next morning & they didn’t run it that early. Also the outside pool was very dirty.

Woke up Monday morning to find someone had stolen our truck, and from what the police say it happens alot at this hotel,and the one across the hwy. Our truck was right in front of the hotel where we could see it from our room.

It was great. We just wish they would have be open and honest on the website about the pool closure. My kids love to swim and were so excited about the pool only for it to be closed. Overall it was a good stay.

The shuttle only runs from 6 am to 9 pm, but this is not advertised. I arrived at 8:30 PM, waited, then tried calling, but no answer, finally ended up taking an uber to the hotel. Very frustrating. The room itself was good in appearance, however the AC had a loud rattle to it, and the shower was set up so one got wet turning the water on - the design of the shower and access was poor.

Good property..clean room for the most part. I had a dirty towel, some hair left on the sink, and hot water from shower took like 15mins to get hot, the room had a locker room stench. Mostly clean though..fresh sheets, shower and toilet was clean. Definitely overall would stay again. Just could have been a miss by service.

The staff was great! The property was well kept. The only thing I could complain about was my room was very dusty. Also, it seem like someone killed a bug or two in the bathroom and did not clean the blood up.

Was not happy with this hotel. The carpet was so dirty it turned my feet black. The bathroom counter had been broken and now sits at an angle. The same for the shelf and towel hook. The halls are not air conditioned, so heat hits you as soon as you walk out the door. Will never stay here again.

Tub was clogged when we arrived to the room. there was a dirty towel in the bathroom. Curtains had holes. Plastic bottle of water was not removed behind the TV stand. I stayed a year ago and thought it was a descent hotel overall. This time I felt hotel building had not received maintenance during the year.

Fairly close to airport. Very good strong coffee. My guest enjoyed the rolling stools to put her luggage on, and the sliding bathroom door... Some guy underneath us or adjoining rooms were slamming doors at 5AM so hard, that it made the entire unit floor shook?

The breakfast was great! The front desk worker went above and beyond recommending places to eat around town, but the room had no microwave and there was an obvious water leak that damaged the drywall above one of the beds.The door to the bathroom was a sliding door that was very difficult to close and could not close completely for privacy.

The phone in the room didn’t work, tv didn’t work, cabinet coming off the wall. Received a message that their was a water problem and had no water to use the restroom or even brush my teeth until I want down to front desk to get a bottle of water to brush

The hotel is clean and the service is excellent however in our room, the majority of electrical outlets weren't working. Also, the USB chargers weren't functional. The Wi-Fi was too slow and it took some work arounds to connect. The refrigerator in our room was broken and had to be exchanged.

Curtain was dirty, I was afraid to open that how dirty it’s was. The view was terrible looking at trash. They needed to update everything in the room . Some of the outlets not working.

Met expectations for our travel plans. Not too far from the airport, easy access to freeway. Only a couple of concerns: drain problem in the shower/tub left us standing in ankle deep water during showers; GFI outlet broken in bathroom, USB/plug outlet on nightstand did not work properly. Friendly front desk staff at check-in, clean room. In all, we like Hampton Inn and have stayed in many during our past travels and will continue to do so in the future.

Terrible, we arrive to the hotel, the room I reserved was a 2 double beds for 2 adults and 2 kids, they tell me that room is not available, they give me a room with 1 King bed with a sofa bed, the sofa bed TERRIBLE!!! I call and ask for 2 pillows, after 2 hours nothing, I came down to the front desk, and they said that they don’t have pillows, the front desk agent ask for time to check if pillows were available from other rooms. Terrible

Hotel desk clerk (George was his name i believe) was absolutely amazing! So helpful with the local area and was a joy to talk to. Would definitely recommend! Hotel was clean and nice. Decent location.

The property was clean, the staff said I don’t know more than I would have liked to hear. The pool was clean but there was no umbrellas to block that Texas sun while you chill. There isn’t anything close in walking distance but a gas station. I didn’t know that until I got there but the stay was great. The room and beds were clean and smelled amazing.

It’s clean and cozy. It it’s close to the airport but very far from the bus station and food. Basically nothing good around for a walk. And the pool it’s outside at the front where everyone can see you.

Clean, comfortable hotel with a very comfy bed and hot showers! Perfect for one night! Very limited dining options around the hotel, and no bar/restaurant at the hotel, and not much to do within walking distance. But if you just need a bed for the night, then this is good!

Good short stay before our early morning flight. The hotel charged a $5.85 extra fee after checkout. I called to inquire and they said they would credit it but they have not done so. Grab and Go breakfast had a moldy bagel in the bag.
