Potawatomi Hotel & Casino

Although the Potawatomi Hotel was a clean and well maintained property, my reservation and check-in through Hotels.com wasn’t very smooth. They couldn’t initially find my reservation so I was left waiting in the lobby while they cleared that up and the first room they gave me was ALREADY OCCUPIED! So that was a bit awkward, but after getting settling in my stay was pleasant.

My burger was very salty, but I don't stay at the hotel for the food. Everyone was very accommodating. I like the shuttle ride to the Brewers game.

Rooms were nice sports bars were good .. but we had an incident regarding the loss of a purse with cash, credit cards and IDs in it and found the security within the hotel was well below the professional level .. and no "police" anywhere besides 1 car parked by the parking garage with no one around ! would hate to see if anything serious happened !

This hotel is NOT conducive to occupants under 21 years of age. Parking forces you to walk through the casino floor to the hotel desk, or walk around the exterior of the building. The shuttle mentioned on the website as available for Brewers games is ONLY AVAILABLE to 21 and over. This was the reason my daughter & I stayed. We had to Uber to the field & back. The hotel made an otherwise AWESOME trip feel lesser than.

It was cleaner and the staff were way better than where we stayed last year that is for sure
